My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Easy shopping, fast delivery. Affordable. I'm eager to order much more & now I know where to go to each time I need new clothes
My biggest issue with ChicWish is your poor delivery status/ETA information. Although I received the order n Xmas Eve, I had to purchase another similar item from Amazon because I had no way of knowing whether I would receive the ChicWish order in time to give it to my wife for Christmas. You need to improve the way you keep your clients informed of the estimated delivery date of their orders, like Amazon does.
Received my pieces and they are all brand new. Items look just like the pictures.

Reasonable prices and great qualities. It also came faster than I expected. I will definitely come back to get more. Lot of friends asking where I shop for my dresses.

I personally ordered a item order number *******0772 February 3,2022 and almost 4 months later I have never received delivery, all the contact phone number are fake and the email address as well, I am out of $48.13, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Love Chicwish! Everything I've purchased has been made out of great material. Great customer service with quick email responses to any questions or concerns.
Easy website to use, unique design with special touch. Also, great costumer serves. U can easily style any item with something you already have in your wardrobe.

The Timeless Favorite Chiffon Maxi Skirt in Wine was exactly as pictured. Beautiful. M size fit great (my usual size). Cant wait to wear it and take pics!
The dress is lovely and really good value. It took a couple more weeks to arrive than the estimated delivery date so make sure you order in plenty of time.

I love the midi tool skirts; however, you have very limited selections in L/XL. The two that I received were of poor workmanship - seams uneven and some threads hanging past material
The processes was easy from the start. I received my dress and was not disappointed the size guide was very belpful in choosing my size. I am 130 ppunds, 5 ft 6 inches and the small was a good fit.
I got tons of compliments when I wore it to chruch. I would definitely recommend. And have already ordered anther dress I can wait to try on
The quality of the dress was ok. I was completely disappointed with the return service. I had to pay $21 at the post office even though the policy/FAQ's on this site say 1-2 items will cost $5.99 - I spent $105 and got $99 refunded. I was trying out dresses for my sons wedding and it was inconvenient to return and I had to provide proof of my return receipt in order to get my refund because they said it was not delivered yet. I got proof of the return and the post office confirmed it showed in their tracking system that the packages were delivered 5 days prior. As soon as I sent it they issued the refund in the next email. I don't think I would have gotten my partial refund without that which is not good or what was promised in their return policy. I will never order from them again.
UPDATE: After I submitted this complaint I promptly received an email with a refund of the additional amount that was left off my original refund. I appreciate this so much and will give them a better rating and possibly order from them in the future. It's tough to find excellent customer service these days but I know things happen and can appreciate if someone makes the effort to correct the error made. Thank you chicwish.
They constantly asked me to provide proof, lied about the cost of shipping and just sweetly apologized and gave me a partial refund. Lesson learned. I won’t order from this site ever again and will let my friends know not to order either.
Found online and read the return policy very thoroughly- chatted about some dresses and thought it would be a good option to try. Live and learn!
