My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

The dress size small does not fit well at all! Made for a much larger,taller woman! Reached out to customer service and Christal replied right away to get my dress returned and a refund issued.

I was nervous about ordering from an overseas company at first, however, the skirt arrived in a short amount of time, fit perfectly, and I get tons of compliments:)
I've ordered from other overseas companies before with horrible customer service and return policies, but I will be ordering from ChicWish again.

The fabulous skirt I just loved it. Comfortable to wear.the shirts were very high quality and they look exactly as they do in the photos. I would 100% recommend this shop

I love the pants. They are a great color and true to size. Very comfortable to wear. Now I want to order more in different colors. However took a little longer to get than expected.

Received this beautiful, elegant, gorgeous skirt today! Extremely flowy! For reference, my waist is 26" and ordered an xs.even though the measurements for xs were 25.5 inches.but it fit perfectly fine! Probably slightlyyyy lose! With a thin sweater tucked in, it will work perfectly fine! Thank you, Chicwish! <3

I bought two skirt outfits that I saw advertised on Facebook. I absolutely love them and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I'll definitely be buying more from Chicwish.
The dresses I ordered were as advertised. Both stunning and in good quality. I found they fit smaller than western sizes and it could be because they are made in China. Order a size up!
A smooth order process. I was a bit concerned about the shipping insurance extra fee but someone on the ChicWish team reached out to me to help very quickly. Looking forward to receiving my clothes!
I think asking for the customer to pay shipping insurance is pretty dodgy and makes me not trust your brand. Let's see what the clothes are like but wouldn't recommend you to anyone yet

This skirt is gorgeous. It's the perfect holiday flowy skirt that looks beautiful with any top. Great material too that doesn't crease. I love it so much I've ordered it in a different colour too!

Beautiful clothes. Not feeling comfortable with the sizing. Pink fit well. I wear a 14 and ordered XL-XXL. The cream sweater (also a XL-XXL) was 4" smaller so doesn't close.
