My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

I could go on and on about how much I love this store. I have received SO MANY compliments from other people when wearing ChicWish items. Tracking the package was useless. It never worked. Took a long time and I got part of my order before my trip and didn't receive 1 of my items ever. No return info. To send back 2 my items.

La spedizione per l'Italia è lenta (quasi un mese) ma tutto è filato liscio. Il prodotto rispecchia bene l'immagine. Buona qualità e bei colori. La taglia però è un po' ingannevole perché anche la S risulta un po' larghina rispetto a come sembra aderente sulla modella.
I prodotti di questo negozio sono stupendi e non trovo lo stesso stile in altri shop.
Il vestito è bello e particolare, mi serve per un matrimonio.
This was a cute top. The quality was great and it arrived on time. The only reason I'm returning it is because it was shorter than expected and didn't go with the outfit I purchased it for.

It's such a shame that I didn't see the 10% off for my first order as it didn't appear until after I had ordered. I would have saved £6.50 if it had been visible before I placed my order.

Great and easy to navigate. My order was delivered on time. I love the outfit. The shirt was a different color than pictured so it didn't match the skirt for the outfit but otherwise fine.
