Very smooth experience - I called their NYC office and a live, knowledgeable person walked me through their process and controls in detail. I was hesitant about buying a watch online, but their team member was very clear with everything. The end purchase was prompt and accurate to the description.

Watch shipped in one day after I ordered it. UPS made a mistake and didn't deliver correctly. The seller provided me full support and helped me trough all the paperwork for UPS. I finally managed to retreat the watch and it was in perfect condition, fully working as promised.

Great experience using Chrono 24 to connect with a bunch of dealers. The watches delivered were exactly as described and came on a timely basis, and there was good communications with the sellers. The escrow service also gives great peace of mind for transacting with people who you you do not know.

Chrono24 was very helpful in my first time buying from the site. They helped with my confidence in the seller in that they happened to be verified by Chrono24. They also give me the option of returning the watch within 14 days which helped mitigate risk. Ultimately, the watch came as described, the seller was great, and I'm happy with the watch. Would use again.

An easy site to deal with. The selection was great. Checkout is fair. They charge a 2% fee for using AMEX which I think is BS. I asked them why they charge the 2% and didn't get an answer. I rated my experience with them a 4 because of the 5 star rating I had with the dealer I got the watch from.

Overall I am satisfied with Chrono24 and happy with the watch I purchased. The only hang up is that they use a European bank. I wired funds on Friday morning. Because of the time difference and the weekend, they did not acknowledge receipt of the funds until Monday. This delayed shipment. I will only wire funds early in the week in the future.
