I was a bit nervous at first about buying an expensive watch on the internet but when read your reviews I was reassured. I purchased a watch from Spain, it arrived in 24 hours and was perfect. I can't fault this service.
I bought an Omega from a trusted seller on this platform. The delivery was fast and the watch corresponded to the description.
But when I asked for the invoice, the seller refused it on the flimsy grounds that he was just a private seller. This, although he runs a shop and offers over a dozen other watches on this platform.
The support simply did not respond to my complaints. Not even when the seller cancelled the trial afterwards and cheated Chrono24 out of his commission.
I can only advise against buying high-priced watches on this platform.
First time buyer/ user and Chrono24 has a user friendly interface and was very efficient with the process. I received my watch as detailed by the seller and was in mint condition. I was kept informed through emails during each step of the process and i am very pleased this my experience and new watch.
I read some of the other reviews and I did not have these issues. I used the Escrow service with no problems.
If the guy had been a scammer, I would only hope the Escrow service would have saved me.
Perhaps the way to do it is run via your credit card and then you have recourse.
Most of the watches I have asked about the dealers do not actually have or can get. Lots of old and no longer in-stock listings too.
For the two transactions that I did where the dealers actually had the stock, they went very smoothly with excellent communication by the platform.
First time purchase of a watch of value for me. After considerable research, I decided on the perfect Breitling watch. Chrono24 had one of the better prices but service and purchase security were of far greater concern. After a lot of background checking, I committed to the purchase because of the escrow account through a credit card so that if it all went sideways I would be protected. Not only did it NOT go sideways, the communication from Chrono24 was excellent and they delivered far better than they promised. The watch was a 2019 model yr and arrived via DHL in factory packaging with all proof of purchase and warranty items sealed inside. I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend Chrono24.
Though I appreciate the Plattform as an excellent search field for watches, I am disappointed about the non-existence of any help/support in a Situation where this would have been definitely called for., Be patient‘ messages are of no help at all, if these are not being followed up Timely by concrete messages that address the issue at hand. This creates the impression as if no real support is actually available. Till today I have not received a single message on this case and I have therefore decided to conclude the matter without any support by the Chrono24-Team.
I enjoyed the shopping experience on Chrono24. The details and feature of the watches I was considering, were clearly and accurately described. As a result, that made it easy to compare products and prices between different sellers. I also paid $400 less for the watch I purchased on Chrono24 when compared to the price for the same watch being offered on another website.
It takes a leap of faith to buy a 5 digit watch sight unseen, but the escrow feature and the link to the vendor's website, as well as the direct line of communication to the actual vendor, put me at ease. The watch I received was exactly the one I expected to receive. I gained confidence in the Chrono24 program through personal experience.
I wasn't so sure about purchasing a watch costing a few thousand US dollars on Chrono24. But after this smooth, easy, and efficient first purchase, I'm sure I'll be back for more. This may be my only way to buy watches from now on. Thanks to Chrono24!
Chrono 24 is the only way to sell your new or used time piece. I have done so now multiple times as well as made purchases. Each time the transactions have gone without a hitch. The escrow service makes it worth it.
I wish I would have seen these reviews before I sold my watch on Chrono24. It's been a month and still haven't been paid. Customer service is non existent common since is not common at Chrono24. DO NOT USE Chrono24 to sell or buy. You will regret it.
Process was fairly straightforward. Had an issue with my card not being accepted, but customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue. The seller never responded to my email/question though, so if I had a more serious question, I would probably not have gone with this seller.
I am very pleased with the buying experience through Chrono24.The website is easy to use and well organized. My communication with Chrono24 was very well. In future, Chrono24 will be my first choice for watches.
I've bought a few watches through Chrono24 and never had any trouble. Usually communication with the Dealer is good and Chrono24 provides a good interface to do so. Delivery is timely and packages have been secured well. The only problem I've had in the past is with the trusted checkout and the escrow account process, though on my last transaction it wasn't an issue. I would recommend them if you want to find watches not normally available in the U.S.

I bought my first purchase on Chrono24 recently and was obviously a bit nervous about how it would all work. The seller I worked with was very professional, and I trusted Chrono24's "trusted seller" denomination. The negotiations and sale were all very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend the platform to anyone who is looking to buy a watch. I will definitely keep using the platform.
The phone number, email form, and DM through social media channels do not work to get a hold of Chrono24. Fortunately after weeks of being held up in customs, my order worked out in the end, but I will never use Chrono24 again knowing that when I needed help, it was impossible to get in touch with an actual person.
I recently made a purchase via Chrono24. I felt comfortable that the seller was genuine, that the watch was as described and that my money and purchase were in safe hands. Super easy transaction, no concerns or problems. A really great service. Thank you.
So much to choose from I can get lost in the selection, and the detail on each watch is great. For anyone worried about paying to much Chrono24 is great for price shopping and the selection is unbeatable.
