As buyer and seller endless problems for me!
As a buyer received a €1000 watch wrapped in newspaper badly, eventually returned.
As a seller, well if you want an early grave welcome to chrono24!
They have sold a few watches for me but it's the unsold that present many problems,
1. If you receive an enquiry they suspect you have sold it privately and send you an invoice as if sold. This takes many unanswered emails, the girls on the telephone always respond they will have someone call back but out of 4 occasions this happened once. Also they continually ask for photographic proof with identity card to get refunded. My watches are new, kept in a safe box, so it's a no no to keep handling them. It's akin to have your watches in prison. I might add it's the mentality of the site owners.

I sold a BRAND NEW Uboat chimera on this site. Chrono24 asked me to set time and date watch twice and send photos to verify I own it and it works. I paid £240 to ship insured to Singapore, the watch arrived undamaged. They buyer refused to acknowledge he had received it for 24 hours then said it was broke. Chrono24 now want me to massively reduce the price of the watch on the word of a scammer in Singapore.
The buyer refuses to ship the watch back because he won't pay the cost, despite chrono 24 stipulating the buyer must cover return costs. He now has my watch, I have no money, and chrono24 have ignored me for 5 days straight. The company should be closed down, do not, under any circumstances, sell your watch through this Company.
This was my first luxury watch purchase. While I was concerned about spending thousands of dollars using a web marketplace, I trusted the escrow process and things went as promised. Don't know how things would have gone if there was a problem, of course. Suffice it to say that my first try was a success and I will use Chrono24 in the future.
Have been looking for an Omega Dynamic for awhile. I really wanted it in NIB which isn't easy considering when the watch was made. Any way thanks to Chrono24 I was able to find one overseas and the transaction went flawlessly!

Everything was excellent except for the performance of the "delivery service UPS". This caused almost a 2 week delay. No communication from UPS only unsatisfactory reactions to my calls and emails. The watch arrived in perfect condition... eventually. The seller and Chrono24 were very helpful.
