I asked them a few times for help, the watch I received was inconsistent with the description. They did not reply to any of my questions, very poor service quality. You should close such a company, charge a commission and do not fulfill your obligations!

Chrono24 allows one to survey a vast array of watches from around the world, with multiple examples of virtually everything of interest. Pricing varies, as does the watch band material which can be shipped or not from particular countries. In short, the shopping per se was fascinating. Then the purchase was safe and secure, and the dealer was wonderful to work with, making this an altogether positive experience.
This site is a search engine for watch sales. The cool thing is that it compiles sales from many sources online, and also retains ratings of the sellers. I also really like that they use an Escrow service, so they're acting to keep everything honest.
Great description of watches and clear info on dealers. The whole process was very smooth. I just wish you mentioned your service fee upfront not when I'm reaching for my credit card. Also, I wasn't clear as to sales tax the dealer may charge until the actual checkout (they didn't charge sales tax in my case). Overall, I like it!
My purchase could not have gone smoother. Chrono24 is essentially a clearing house for people selling watches. They are super professional and have a good handle on their sellers and communicate well. My seller, was also exceptional. Great experience all-round.

I find the website very useful for finding information about watches, It's my first stop when considering a watch purchase. Their newsletter is also useful and informative. I have now purchased two watches via Chrono24 and am pleased with both.
Overall, I'm quite happy with my experience at Chrono24. The only thing that lets it down are sellers who advertise their stock as being available now but then the product has to be ordered from a manufacturer. Perhaps Chrono24 could Police this more as it could be perceived by buyers as false advertising.
Just as soon as I placed an order, they guided me with how to pay for the goods, when to expect, etc. I am pleased to know that there are still some companies who practice excellent client services. These days, it is very rare to find a company with this level of services.
This company has held my $2500 for past 30 days based on their unreasonable policies. Package has been declared lost by shipper and I still have to wait for sender to collect insurance in order for me to get my money back! What a stupid policy.
Poor communication and customer service.

I typically buy all my watches from an AD, but I thought I would give Chrono24 a try. I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth the transaction went considering that seller was located outside of the US. I chose a watch, paid the seller and within days my new timepiece was on my wrist. The only drawback was paying customs duty, but I already knew it would be due based on the disclaimer before I placed my order. Roughly, it amounts to approximately 4% of the watch value. Other than that I would buy from this platform without hesitation. All around 5 star experience.
I've had several buying and selling experiences through Chrono24 that have all been positive. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars was I was not aware that the billing was all done in Germany. I'm not sure if that's changed or if I just didn't notice it before but if you are not careful, you will get charged a very hefty international transaction fee by your bank! That said, just make sure you use a card or an account that does not charge this fee and everything else is incredible!
I bought a rolex batman on chrono24, as i was comfortable with their 14 day escrow hold of the payment to verify authenticity. This gave me time to drop at the nearest authorized dealer, who shipped it to rolex in switzerland for a general service. Authenticity has been confirmed. I would never buy a watch online without some sort of escrow arrangement, so I will be using chrono24 for any future purchases. I even have some watches i dont wear so i will use them to sell as well. Highly recommended from a happy customer.

Lost income waiting for delivery which never arrived. Had to pay import charges which were never mentioned
Despite asking about strap size which never got response I foolishly ordered anyway... lo and behold when watch eventually arrived the bracelet strap was ridiculously small. Almost as if links had purposely been removed because it just so happens links were available at quite a price... as I said never again...
Bought a watch using the "Trusted Checkout". Chrono24 instructed me to open the package in the presence of delivery staff. Seller sent package very late+preventing inspection. I have written to both Seller and Chrono24 the deal terms have been broken and I want my money back ASAP.
Now Chrono24 not responding for 10 DAYS, ignoring my messages. Considering criminal complaint option.
Friendly piece of advice: stay away, they will take your money and then ignore you.

Everything progressed very smoothly, from communication with the seller to payment verification to shipping and delivery confirmation. The deliverer did *not* wait to collect a signature, but this falls out side of Chrono24's control.
