With a fantastic choice of watches, this is a great place to find your next watch purchase. I was able to find the exact model much lower than list price. Communication with the seller was excellent and the watch was perfect when it arrived - brand new, complete with box, papers etc. The Chrono24 platform and escrow service gave me the confidence to pay over thousands to a seller I had never heard of and would have been wary of otherwise.
Chrono24 is an excellent service and completely trustworthy. I will continue to use them. However, as a buyer in the US, I was forced to make my purchase in US Dollars. Chrono 24 automatically converted the Euro price to USD. I would have saved several hundred dollars if I had been able to pay in Euros, as my bank offered me a much better exchange rate than Chrono24, and this was a very expensive watch. This additional cost was highly disappointing.
Chrono24 is designed for simple, routine transactions. It lacks flexibility and continuity. One one transaction I had to buy the watch three times to get the transaction executed. On another transaction they received payment and didn't know it. I bought four Rolex watches over a three month period. It became very confusing. On one watch they warned me that if I didn't pay within three days they were going to cancel the order even though they had the cash and it had been sitting in an escrow account for approximately two to three weeks. Many of the watches I buy range in price of $40,000 to $90,000. That's a lot of money to move around which seems to cause problems. It's too bad that that it has such a comprehensive collection on the front end with such mediocre performance on the back end.
Don't even try to do an international transaction unless you are fond of hidden fees, laughable questions on the customs form (yes, dear buyer, this is your responsibility) (sample question: What is the country of origin of the watch battery?), and customer "support" that is friendly, polite, but sadly, incompetent. At least the watch arrived without a smelly band, as did another customer's in a review. In fact, my watch arrived without a band at all, which was surprising since I received an email from the dealer stating he was fitting a leather band on the watch. A representative of the company indicated this was not intentional, but an unfortunate human error. That was a relief to hear. I can certainly understand that it sometimes takes a leap of faith to think a watch may need a band.
This service and system chronos has in place has revolutionized watch buying and given the consumer a tool to be more empowered about their buying decisions and basically given back the power of choice to everyone equally. I lobe chronos and will continue to expand my watch collection through chronos. Best in the game!
I've only bought 2 watches now through Chrono24 and the experiences have been fantastic. Love the ability to find what I'm looking for and trust that they are looking after both parties in the transaction. I'm sure I will continue to use them for the majority of my purchases.
Overly pleased, they handle every aspect of my recent purchase with great diligence. Seems that they don't care if you are buying a 200k AP or a 1,100$ Ball they treat everyone as equals. A great experience!
I purchased an expensive watch that I felt safe purchasing due to the way Chrono24 has an escrow account in place,making the monies safe until proof of authenticity. Also I spoke with them about the seller and they assured me that they have proved to be very trustworthy. The watch is beautiful and exactly as described. This is the second time I have purchased a watch through Chrono24 and definitely will do so again.
Been deciding for a long time to purchase a nice watch as a gift to myself. Never bought a watch online but decided to finally get it from Chrono24, I'm glad I did, the buyer protection and guarantee are definitely part of the decision. Communication was great and efficient. Last month (04/2022) I bought a Rolex Sea Dweller thru a private seller. 1. The seller lives in a different country it is hard to get any information except the ones you get from Chrono. 2. I asked him about the condition and was told it is in excellent condition. Wrong - when it arrived it had a nick on the shoulder of the watch and scratches on the side. In addition the watch was not from 2010 as advertised it is from 2002! It is called misleading or even fraud 3. If you buy from a private seller you are on your own. There is no protection or any support from Chrono. They just claim they checked the buyer. That's it. They are just the middle man and leave you alone. I would never ever buy a watch again from Chrono24. Here is my warning: don't be fooled by their answers - they are nice but do not help at all!

No surprise is the best surprise. Watch was exactly as pictured and described. Delivery was very fast (ordered on Friday, had it the following Monday. Seller agreed to reduce price if I ordered promptly which I did. Overall, a very positive experience.
No problems with the easy to use website. Escrow is a great service. Full seller details were available including reviews. Once the deal was done, the seller sent the item within 3 days from Holland to the UK. Super happy all round...
It can be overwhelming with all the online stores that offer varying prices of your dream watch. Chrono24 will put your mind at ease by verifying the the authenticity of the watch and the dealer's they choose to work with. The fact they put your money in escrow for 2 weeks while you get to experience your purchase and that you are able to contact the person/dealer who you purchased from is very reassuring. I recently purchased an LE and when I expected no help a niggling question about taxes (so much so I'm not sure I recall asking C24) I was blown away by their attempt to answer it and by and their dogged follow through. These folks are always great. Another safe, worry-free purchase.
I have ordered a watch that had been ranked by the vendor as "very good". It can with a chip in the crystal. I returned the watch. The vendor messaged me indicating that they received it in good condition and authorized the refund. I have not yet received the refund from chrono24 and it's been over a month. UNACCEPTABLE! (picture shows proof of purchase)
I was able to get a great watch cheaper than I expected with few hassles. Some "dealers" turned out to not have the watch after advertising it, but Chrono24 made it relatively easy to find and ignore those. The buyer protection plan was reassuring even though I didn't actually need it. All around, this was a great shopping experience.
I've shopped at Chrono24 several times, and each time has been simple and quick. The vendors are trustworthy, and the site is safe to use for online transactions. It is an excellent resource for anyone interested in watches.

Shipping and communication with the seller was seamless. The site has many options to choose from and is easy to navigate. In 3yrs I will send my watch to Rolex to be serviced so that will be the real test with regard to authenticity of the product. It did come with papers which was reassuring.
