I tried using 3 different forms of payment and all were stating "declined" due to some specialized payment type through Chrono24's escrow service. All were verified Visas through all of my personal account. Had to call the seller to make the exchange. It was such a pun in the $#*! that I didn't even want to complete the transaction.
Excellent experience. First time ordering a luxury watch pre-owned online. Was very hesitant, but I wanted a Cartier Santos Galbee, which is no longer manufactured so I needed to pursue the pre-owned option. The transaction was smooth and simple, start to finish. Very good communication via email to update me on the progress of the transaction. The product was in pristine, excellent condition, exactly as portrayed in the high quality photos. I thought all of this was too good to be true, but it just turns out that Chrono 24 really is the best watch website out there. I looked at several websites selling watches but Chrono24 stood out above the rest. The user experience is second to none and the selection is everything you want and then some. This is your one stop shop for luxury watches!
I had ordered a watch band from them approximately one month ago and i have repeatedly emailed them asking for assistance in locating my shipment. As they have not responded with any detail, i have asked for a refund. Again no response.
Its a crap shoot with this organization.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. I had fear ordering the wrist watch overseas might add some extra hassle for me but no. Not only the product came on time I was satisfied with their payment processing as well.
Chrono24 is such an ideal setup! From the website/app to the way they interact with you by phone (if necessary), to the way they look out for the buyer, it is such an ideal way to look for and purchase your next timepiece. I am extremely happy with my purchase/customer service and will make more without hesitation in the future.
I'm sure the experience also depends on the seller you work with, but Chrono24 made it easy to find the watch I love at a great price, communicate with the dealer, track my package, and even see the average price change of my watch after purchase.
No problems with my experience, even though I returned the piece, the seller was fine and there were no issues with refund etc.
If I had to give advice on ways to improve the service it would be to try and keep a bit more human contact available for the service users, especially 1st time users.
This apart, I would recommend both Chrono24 and and the seller.
I had seen a specific watch a friend had, Chrono 24 gave me excellent options to consider after i entered my specifications on the type of watch i was looking for. Ultimately, the watch and dealer i ended up purchasing from was an easy and pleasant experience all backed by the escrow service Chrono 24 offers. Would recommend if you are in the market for a watch.

The seller was timely and responsive, the order was received well in advance of the estimated timeframe for delivery, and the timepiece arrived in good condition and as advertised.

Chrono24 did not inspect item from the seller.the seller operated the timepiece and we did not receive it for ageed price of£7100 and I could never get phone help and with us being 1st time buyers did not get told by chrono24 that there was such a thing called import tax that is why me as a watch buyer is going elsewhere to buy my gents timepiece we both felt let down by chrono24

Purchased 2 grail watches from this platform. One domestically from private seller (Black Bay). Another internally from a dealer (Speedmaster). Both were smooth transactions and the delivery was timely with both purchases.
Sometimes everything goes fine. All the questions were answered, and the service was fine, as it should be. It's probably easier to do a review when one has a complaint, but fortunately that wasn't the case here.
Transaction went as smooth as possible. Received an excellent watch for an excellent price. Chrono24s escrow and their other services offer great peace of mind when purchasing overseas, or anywhere I suppose.
Had a very good experience with Chrono24. I ordered the wrong watch (different dial). I called Chrono24 and they stopped the order and are currently processing my refund. They walked me through the process for the new watch order which I completed. The staff was great to work with. Will definitely buy future watches from them
