I tried using 3 different forms of payment and all were stating "declined" due to some specialized payment type through Chrono24's escrow service. All were verified Visas through all of my personal account. Had to call the seller to make the exchange. It was such a pun in the $#*! that I didn't even want to complete the transaction.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. I had fear ordering the wrist watch overseas might add some extra hassle for me but no. Not only the product came on time I was satisfied with their payment processing as well.
Chrono24 is such an ideal setup! I'm sure the experience also depends on the seller you work with, but Chrono24 made it easy to find the watch I love at a great price, communicate with the dealer, track my package, and even see the average price change of my watch after purchase.
No problems with my experience, even though I returned the piece, the seller was fine and there were no issues with refund etc.
If I had to give advice on ways to improve the service it would be to try and keep a bit more human contact available for the service users, especially 1st time users.
This apart, I would recommend both Chrono24 and and the seller.

Chrono24 did not inspect item from the seller.the seller operated the timepiece and we did not receive it for ageed price of£7100 and I could never get phone help and with us being 1st time buyers did not get told by chrono24 that there was such a thing called import tax that is why me as a watch buyer is going elsewhere to buy my gents timepiece we both felt let down by chrono24

Purchased 2 grail watches from this platform. One domestically from private seller (Black Bay). Another internally from a dealer (Speedmaster). Both were smooth transactions and the delivery was timely with both purchases.
Sometimes everything goes fine. All the questions were answered, and the service was fine, as it should be. It's probably easier to do a review when one has a complaint, but fortunately that wasn't the case here.
Transaction went as smooth as possible. Received an excellent watch for an excellent price. Chrono24s escrow and their other services offer great peace of mind when purchasing overseas, or anywhere I suppose.
