Chrono24

So much to choose from I can get lost in the selection, and the detail on each watch is great. For anyone worried about paying to much Chrono24 is great for price shopping and the selection is unbeatable.

I felt secure in making a purchase with Chrono24 based on their reviews and policies. Purchase went off without a hitch. I received a watch less than 24 hours after purcahse that exceeded my expectations.

The fact that chrono24 escrows money is a huge plus. Also they are unlike eBay where they seem to be impartial--fostering trust on both sides of the deal (buyer and seller alike, eBay tends to always side with the buyer).
I just feel that chrono24 is a better marketplace for these high-end luxury watches and I have bought two watches via chrono24 and both transactions were successful.

Very smooth experience - I called their NYC office and a live, knowledgeable person walked me through their process and controls in detail. I was hesitant about buying a watch online, but their team member was very clear with everything. The end purchase was prompt and accurate to the description.

Watch shipped in one day after I ordered it. UPS made a mistake and didn't deliver correctly. The seller provided me full support and helped me trough all the paperwork for UPS. I finally managed to retreat the watch and it was in perfect condition, fully working as promised.

Chrono24 was very helpful in my first time buying from the site. They helped with my confidence in the seller in that they happened to be verified by Chrono24. They also give me the option of returning the watch within 14 days which helped mitigate risk. Ultimately, the watch came as described, the seller was great, and I'm happy with the watch. Would use again.

An easy site to deal with. The selection was great. Checkout is fair. They charge a 2% fee for using AMEX which I think is BS. I asked them why they charge the 2% and didn't get an answer. I rated my experience with them a 4 because of the 5 star rating I had with the dealer I got the watch from.
