Purchased a panerai from one of their approved top notch US based dealers, paid into the escrow account, only to find out the seller didnt even have the correct watch. After waiting for a tracking number for over a week, they admitted they did not have the watch in stock. Asked for a refund from Chrono24 to my CC and its been 10 days. NY office gives you the runaround saying it will take 1-2 business days, then they change it to " we initiate refunds once a week " and now they are telling me the best person to help me is out of the office. STAY AWAY!
My watch arrived with box and papers as specified, this watch is genuine, and comes with all the proper paperwork. I was able to get this watch over $1000 under MSRP thanks to this website, and with the extra money I can put it towards a car.

Bought a like new Seamaster from Japan and it was a great experience. I was able to communicate with seller, and watch arrived in better condition than I was initially expecting. Very happy with my purchase and will buy from again.
Would have given it a five but the ID authentication aspect was a little wonky. It wasn't clear if it needed one or both sides of the ID. I submitted multiple photos of the front just to meet the system "requirement"
Do not under any circumstances use this scam service for the purchase of anything outside of the US. The "Chrono24 Certificate of Purchase" is worthless. Be prepared for for X number of delays and additional payments needing to be paid to DHL just to get delivered whatever it is you might have ordered...Amounting to hundreds of extra dollars and weeks of delay. STAY AWAY.

Overall good experience. Great variety. Love the price suggestion option. Price was great. Accuracy of the condition on the piece was not. I had to do the mediation with the dealer myself. Shouldn't have to pay extra if using American Express, I buy at other sites and never had to pay extra.
