Dan was very helpful! As someone who has never dealt with a pool before Dan was very patient and very detailed on helping me with my problem. He even allowed me to send him photos to make sure everything was working properly. It was a great experience and now I am able to rest knowing the pool is all set! Thanks so much Dan!

The PVC and cell install was very straightforward. Took only 4 hours.
I was not getting voltage to the control module, and John diagnosed it in 5 minutes. I had one wire wrong in my timer box. This company makes very solid, well engineered products, and the manual was clear and easy to follow. Glad there are still good US companies like this you can call, (without waiting an hour).

Had 2 CircuPool Salt System Units failed after less than 2 Years! Cost this owner over $120.00 in postage and bypass cells and now CircuPool wants another $264.20 for repairs. My Hayward unit lasted 7 years without any repairs. These units do not last! Buyer beware.

Had a power issue with my RJ+45 Control Panel. Had the pleasure of working with Sonny Adams to help resolve the problem. He troubleshot the issue and provided numerous easy to follow solutions to pursue. We stayed in contact and when all the solutions that I could perform did not work, he provided the final solution that worked out perfectly. I appreciated all his assistance and contact and I do hope he is appreciated by his employer. All of my experiences with Circupool have been great and Sonny top it off. Thanks.

I have had my salt chlorinator from circupool for about a year now, and I was having issues with my salt cell. When removing the cell for maintenance the plastic broke and it was unusable. I called circupool for assistance with getting a replacement, possibly at a discount as I took blame for the removal of the cell. The customer service representative sent me helpful links on pool maintenance and sent me a new cell right away under warranty. Great company and wonderful customer service!

I have owned a circupool system for 5 years and during that time I have learned a lot about their many systems, their company, and owning a salt water pool. While it wasn't always smooth sailing, Circupool and Discount Salt Pool made things right. I recommend Circupool products to my friends and family.

I live in Texas and I've taken care of my pool for over a decade. I did my research and I chose a CircuPool RJ45 salt system for my pool in lieu of other brands that the pool store had when I was converting my pool from using chlorine tablets. It has made my pool maintenance at total breeze and paid for itself many times over. I recently had to finally replace the RJ45 cell, and the support team was incredibly helpful to determine that was the issue and they went out of their way to troubleshoot and to ensure that was what I needed. I got ahold of support in about 4 rings, which is unheard of. I received my replacement cell the next day. I want to say thank you for making such a great product and for standing behind it. I was using a Goldline Aqualogic Salt System with constant problems and finally the salt generator portion of the control board burned out. I wanted to utilize something that was easy to hook up and would do the job. I looked on the interweb and Cicupool universal salt system showed up. I read the reviews and decided to purchase, 5 days later UPS drops the item off. I wanted to hookup the system to run with the timers on the Aqualogic board. The current system has dual speed motor with a booster pump for the pool cleaner, but of course the Polaris was also not working correctly. I purchased a separate robotic cleaner, unhooked the booster pump and wired the CircuPool system on the booster timer and breaker and Wala, we have lift off. The Cicupool has only been installed for about a week and so far perfect. This was a straight forward hookup from my point of view and I'm satisfied with the product.
