Messaged and emailed on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't expecting such a quick positive response. Can't wait to receive my second canvas from them! Thank you Clock Canvas, faith in an online business x
Order was delivered well over a month late! My credit card was charged before item was received so I opened up a depute. I requested to cancel before item was received. I was told it was coming. When it was received I requested they send me a free shipping label to return. They told me it was not in their return policy. Clock Canvas then proceeded to lie about the delivery date, call me a liar and someone who fraudulently tried not to pay for their order. I have multiple emails about this. I am so disappointed in their response to a customer who has used them before. I will never use them again and would like to spread the word to others!
The process of selecting a painting was simple and easy. Two out of the three paintings arrive within a week and the larger one the following week. Great experience with Clockcanvas.

It does take a while to arrive but it is worth it! Beautiful canvas and great customer experience. I realized I needed a bigger picture and customer service helped me to upgrade my purchase. Will shop again.

The frame does not join at corners and the new canvas is extremely tight and corners are very unfinished.

The red balloon is supposed to pop in color. Its more of a dark red which makes the painting look like a bad copy.

I thought the painting had ALOT of TEAL coloring but turned out to be a different blue and not good with my decor!

I like the product in general but I think for what you get the price isn't justified. It's a standard canvas on a wooden frame, you pay for the individual motive. As my order and the selected picture has an emotional value to me, it's fine for me, but I think the price is quite high. Quality is good, not perfect, but good. I would describe the finish as semi-gloss, the black / dark colors aren't really dark in direct sunlight. Also, be aware of any import fees as I was confronted with an additional 10€ for the import to Europe.

I love the print. I ordered a framed print of "Forest Dawn". It came in 2 weeks and very well packaged. I was disappointed that the frame was not ready to hang like it said it would be. I got the hardware to attach to the frame, but it is hard for me. The low-glare plexiglass is not low-glare at all, and there are a few slight imperfections in the plexiglass. I will probably have to take it somewhere and pay to have the hanging hardware attached, and have the plexiglass replaced with non-glare glass.

I paid $269 for the canvas with butterflies because I saw on your website a beautiful canvas but I didn't receive a smaller picture than the one I paid for, without quality and I'm not satisfied!
In the first email they told me that it would not be necessary to return the picture and that they would return the money but they did not answer me anymore and I have already sent several emails!

To eliminate the gap you have to connect the frame first and then tighten. If the frame starts with no gap then tightening will keep it that way!
