Messaged and emailed on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't expecting such a quick positive response. Can't wait to receive my second canvas from them! Thank you Clock Canvas, faith in an online business x
Order was delivered well over a month late! My credit card was charged before item was received so I opened up a depute. I requested to cancel before item was received. I was told it was coming. When it was received I requested they send me a free shipping label to return. They told me it was not in their return policy. Clock Canvas then proceeded to lie about the delivery date, call me a liar and someone who fraudulently tried not to pay for their order. I have multiple emails about this. I am so disappointed in their response to a customer who has used them before. I will never use them again and would like to spread the word to others!
I like the picture but I ordered the glass and it appears cloudy after we hung the picture.
I kept seeing your advert on FB and really liked the picture.

The canvas I received was perfect. The colors matched my decour perfectly. Customer service was excellent.
After receiving my canvas order, it didn't work in my space, the color as wrong, so I contacted customer service to ask what to do so I can return it. They surprisingly told me not to return it, and to pick out a different canvas print at no additional charge. I did and received my new canvas selection. Thank you for being so nice and accommodating.
