Order was delivered well over a month late! My credit card was charged before item was received so I opened up a depute. I requested to cancel before item was received. I was told it was coming. When it was received I requested they send me a free shipping label to return. They told me it was not in their return policy. Clock Canvas then proceeded to lie about the delivery date, call me a liar and someone who fraudulently tried not to pay for their order. I have multiple emails about this. I am so disappointed in their response to a customer who has used them before. I will never use them again and would like to spread the word to others!

My girlfriend had a bunch of paintings at her place and I really liked how they looked. I got one as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves it! Super quick delivery process too.

I thought it was going to be paper/poster quality. OMG - I don't know what the material is called, but it has kind of a linen feel. Very expensive-looking for what I paid. Highly recommend!

My purchase was one of the Best investments I made to enrich my home. The canvas purchases came well packaged and they are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend Clock Canvas!

Great customer service. I ordered a very large framed print and I was impressed with how well it was packaged for shipment. The picture is awesome and I love it!
Stumbled across it while browsing the internet and found a print I needed in my life. It was pricey but I’m very happy with it. Very professional company and they deliver a great product.

Packaging was pieces of cardboard placed in jigsaw-like pattern to make cover the product.
It was NOT all covered. There were gaping holes in packaging.

It was all good, but the email said I was supposed to sign for it, the delivery guy didn't ask me to sign anything, just luck i was home at the time and answered the door.

The colours on the canvas I received were dull and looked nothing like the advert on the website. They were definitely not worth what I paid for them. When I enquired about returning I was offered a 25% discount but there was no chance I was putting them up in my house and wanted a full refund. I was asked to send the package to an address in the UK to receive a full refund. 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard anything I contacted customer service who asked me for a tracking number and despite me explaining over 6 emails to Dave that I used the Uk Royal Mail first class service and so did not have a tracking number he advised there was nothing he could do without my tracking number. So in affect my package has been received and will now be resold but due to me not be able to prove it I won't receive a refund. Dave has since disappeared and is no longer responding to my emails. I wish I'd have read the other reviews online before ordering from this company as I would've steered well clear!

I ordered a painting from them and in the estimated time it was in my country and on my wall. Highly recomended. The painting is highly detailed with very vivid colors. 5/5 stars

I orderd the painting to be shipped in Romania, and it came in less than 27 days from the US (5 days it was in customs).

I wanted to return an art work. I was told I would have to return the art work to ENGLAND! (I live in California), with a tracking number. The U.S. post office told me this would cost $57!
