The chair was dented in 2 places when we received it. It took a very long time to be shipped and delivered.

Love my new couch. Great employees, deliver team has wonderful. Only thing I would change would be receiving larger fabric samples.

Couch is great - looks good, very comfortable. Confirmation and delivery process took substantially longer than expected, otherwise all is well.
