The sofa and ottoman is so comfortable and looks perfect in the space. It is the only place I found a sofa with the right dimensions to fit a small space.

I have never ordered a large upholstered piece of furniture online, and was nervous to make a purchase of this size sight unseen. My furniture took 6-7 weeks to arrive from the time I placed my order due to our South Dakota location, but aside from the wait, I am very happy with my purchase. My sectional is comfortable and looks fantastic, and construction seems to be good.

There is one side of the couch that squeaks a bit when you sit down - I think a particular joist in this section may be extra tight, and I'm hoping the sound goes away once we wear the piece in a bit.

Both pieces of the sectional connect underneath in a single spot, and disconnecting and reconnecting them is easy. I wasn't sure beforehand how the pieces would stay together, but it's simple to use and keeps the seating in place as a single unit.

I would recommend Club Furniture to others in the future. I have researched sectional furniture online for over a year, and for the price I paid and the look/quality of the piece, I am very happy with my furniture. I didn't think I could afford a sectional of this size/style, but this piece is exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.

I would use Club Furniture again in the future. Thumbs up!

When you consider the cost of furniture and you consider you can CUSTOMIZE your furniture with CLUB FURNITURE why would you shop anywhere else. I found the piece I wanted was exactly the look and the quality I wanted cheaper than big box retail OR pricey high end catalogs. AND I could communicate with live folks. What's not to like?

Initially, I loved my reversible sectional sofa from Club Furniture. It's a nubby teal color and was gorgeous. Within a few months, the back of the sofa started puckering and one of the cushions was pilling. I contacted Customer Service who referred my email to someone else. Waited a few weeks and followed up. This time it was referred out to a local upholsterer who contacted me and came to my apartment within a week or so. Although he spoke very limited English, he recognized the problems, took some photos. He took apart the back of the sofa and reattached the fabric as best it could be pulled taut. I am pretty satisfied with that, but he took numerous photos of the pilling and sent them to customer service. Their response was that this was normal "shedding." Well, now this shedding has spread to another cushion (but curiously, not the entire sofa).
It can't be vacuumed or wiped off the sofa, the "shedding" is clearly attached to the sofa and is permanent. The sofa looks like an old sofa and is only 6 months old. I loved the flexibility of this sectional and was hard pressed to find the small size for my Manhattan apartment. However, I really regret taking the leap of faith and making this expensive purchase online. Additionally, I had asked about the durability of this fabric before my purchase. This was a very expensive mistake and I can't wait until I can afford to replace this sofa.

We had been searching for a 'right size' quality leather sofa for over a year. Our smaller town home floorplan just wasn't large enough for most of the furniture pieces that we had looked at. We visited local retailers and searched online. We were convinced that we needed to buy a sofa locally so we could see it in person and sit on it. Test it. Try it out. Every time we found something we liked it was either cheaply built (meaning it looked nice but was not built well) or was way overpriced. After months of searching, we came back to Club Furniture due to the positive reviews. Buying a piece of premium furniture like a large sectional sofa isn't easy. You can second guess yourself with regards to the size and color for months. It was a bit of a leap of faith since we didn't know if it would be as comfortable as it looked in the photos. But, Darrin was easy to work with and we even went through multiple leather samples before choosing the perfect color for our home's style. We chose the Benjamin sectional and finally placed our order. The new sofa arrived on schedule with no issues. Not a scratch on it even thought it was shipped nearly 1,000 miles. It delivered directly from North Carolina to our home in Wisconsin. The build quality is amazing, the leather fit and finish is literally perfect. And yes, it's super comfortable! Excellent style and quality from top to bottom. We couldn't be more pleased!

First, Darrin was super helpful. I really wanted my furniture in the 6 instead of 8-week timeframe (and called to inquire weekly about this). Although mine was in the 8-week window, Darrin couldn't have been more helpful to keep me posted on the weekly progress. The furniture is exceptional. I have already recommended this company to more than one friend. The only reason I can't give 5 Stars is because I had traveled 300 miles to wait on my furniture at our beach house on the promised day of arrival. However, an unforeseen truck break-down caused this to be much later. Although promised a 7:00 P.M. (instead of 12:00 P.M.) delivery time, it ended up being closer to 11:00 P.M. Had I known it would have been this late, I would have rescheduled, since I had to drive back the 300 miles to be at work the next day. Being a condo community, I also had to make some calls very late to ensure the truck would be allowed in, since this time is past "quiet hours," which our complex is pretty strict about. So, although I would have liked to have not had these unforeseen streeses, this still has not deterred me from recommending because the furniture is so great. I would suggest a delivery company that will deliver more quickly, since my furniture was actually ready 1 1/2 weeks before I received it but the company only made that route monthly to the coast. To sum up, delivery is what caused the lower rating. The furniture is awesome.
