I want to give 5 stars, because I bought an excellent espresso machine for a very competitive price, directly sent from Italy, plus instant customer service when I needed a warranty exchange for the damaged water tank. I just needed to provide a few photos of the damage, and they instantly sent me a replacement tank. Now a short comment on the website: It is a great website with a huge variety, but I could not make my purchase while being logged into my account, it only worked while being logged out. That led to the purchase not showing up in my account, which worried me a bit. But in the end, everything was correct. It would be nice to fix this bug on the page, for the customer's peace of mind.
There support staff was not active. They don't active on the phone calls. Also there food was not so good. With they have overprice. I wish that no one came hare. Thank you.

I like drinking coffee and basically I cosnider this beverage is one of the best. I also like tea, but coffee is my passion anyway. I started to explore various websites and coffee shops online in order to understand which sorts of coffee I didn't drink mainly to acquire such coffee and drink couple of cups. I found i nthe internet this coffee shop, which claims that this coffee is from Italia. I contacted customer support and found our how much I would pay for the delivery of this coffee. It wasn't so much and ordered it. It was shipped pretty fast and I have already tasted some cups. Definitely recommend this place.
I was having problems with my La Pavoni El, I called Matteo and he promply replied my calls and assisted me on repair the product.

Immediately, as I posted the issue, I received an email from one of the staff at WLL. Thank you so much for giving such great customer care and service.

They solved a shortage problem literally within 2 days and I had my goods promptly (I know that the team tried to have everything in Athens by Thursday the 29th and they succeeded!). Great service and will be my source for coffee technical equipment from now onwards. The bonus is also that my beautiful shiny inox Bezzera BZ10 is also very "fresh" since it was produced late September 2020 as the quality control indicates. I would also like to point out that the packaging was fantastic (box in a box and airbags) and as a result, the original packaging came perfect, with the Bezzera logo (biscione) in perfect condition!"

I ordered a Rancilio Rocky in June-21. Unfortunately UPS somehow managed to lose the delivery to my intermediate shipper, based in Luton, England. Upon notifying Caffe Italia I was immediately sent a replacement grinder which arrived without any issue.
The grinder itself exceeds my expectations. It is a serious bit of home barista kit, simple but seemingly bombproof and I am able to pull really decent espresso shots using my stovetop 9Barista espresso machine.
I can only recommend Caffe Italia for their service & great equipment

I bought a Gaggia Babila Espresso machine along with a bag of Caffè Italia coffee beans. The shipment is really fast and I was able to get my items within a week, given it's from United Kingdom to Denmark.
The machine is great and I have since drunk at least three cups of latte or cappuccino per day:-) and the beans are very fresh with a lot of crema.
I would definitely recommend Caffè Italia for anyone who is either just getting into espresso and not satisfied with milky drink at chain coffee shop to coffee connoisseurs. They have complete lineup of machines ranging from very decent low end ones for starters to high end presumer, commercial ones, accessories and coffee beans.

In my view QuickMill builds the best fully automatic coffee machine In the world, but the german manual is horror.

Ordered a Quick Mill Alexia Evo (Plus a host of other equipment over £1200) on the 28th April and have heard nothing since.
Had one email response saying my machine would arrive Tuesday this week... it hasn't and I've had no correspondance since.
REFUSED to provide me with a tracking number or any confirmation that my order has even been dispatched after asking 4 times.
As far as I'm concerned this is a fraudulent company.
NO ORDERS ARE POSTED FROM LONDON WAREHOUSE as they have stated on their website.
Barefaced liars - I'll be proceeding with a chargeback via my bank and raising this with trading standards.

Managed to get Matteo on the phone, made him aware I was reversing charges if he doesn't provide me my tracking number immediately, said he was busy and disrupting his work and hung up on me, empty promises yet again as still NOT BEEN PROVIDED tracking number or proof of dispatch in 2 weeks since ordering.

As I live in the Canary Islands and some suppliers do not have deliveries to the islands, I have to make sure through several emails that Caffe Italia was able to deliver the coffee maker I desire, and in the service I received by this company was excellent all the time, getting my product in time as promised.
This company's customer relation is a rip off, we just purchased the Quickmill Achille 0996PID, it arrived 2/3 weeks ago. You can imagine our excitement, we are coffee drinkers and we wanted to purchased one of the best machine. We plugged in the machine and nothing, we email, they gave us some unreliable instructions, we asked for a technician, we asked for pics, we asked for videos, none of those were provided. This has been 2/3 weeks. They suggested in an email for us to open up the machine. Our response was, "NO" their response "you probably burned the resistance, and i suggest you to contact someone locally to examine the machine" seriously, THE MACHINE NEVER TURNED ON. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. We will go to all type of channels to make sure that ever everyone is aware of this. We don't want another machine, TAKE YOUR MACHINE AND give us our money back.
I bought a portafilter after written confirmation that it was compatible with my machine. I received it and it was not compatible. I had to prove with photos and videos that it was not compatible indeed. They confirmed in writing from the UK that I would receive the compatible product at no extra cost to me, as the error was not mine. They passed the ball between the teams from UK and Spain and, in the end, from coffeeitalia.es they asked me to pay an extra cost of 35 euros if I wanted the compatible product (of course without justifying why such extra cost). In the end, their mistake had to be paid by me as a customer. I refused. After almost two months and about 20 emails, they finally made me a refund (what I paid for the non-compatible portafilter plus the shipping costs to Italy for its return) but not in its entirety, since 2.71 euros were missing. Very shabby. I asked for the reason why and never got a response. In short, the management of coffeeitalia.es (Caffè Italia) is terrible and really shabby due to its lack of transparency and ethics with the client. If you have a problem with your order, most likely you will also waste your time and money too.

I've ordered a gaggia classic coffee machine. After recieving the order and following instruction I found the pump would not prime.
After trying common fixes for this I contacted the customer help phone number. I have only recieved rude and unhelpful advice on this number. I have now spoken on the phone to this contact four times, each time with him hanging up on me whilst im still trying to talk with him.On one call they offered me a free repair and was directed to speak to their customer helpline. I would have been happy to receive this, but speaking to the customer help email has also been massive waste of time. I've explained that I have been directed there to get a repair but I am still in the cycle of them giving me simple advise on fixing the machine, which i tried last week.
After all this fiasco i found the same machine for £40 more at house of fraser. I should have got my machine from there to save myself the hassle.
Also machine was shipped with a Europeon kettle lead. Not a big deal but not as advertised.
I'm currently trying to get a refund. Wish me good luck.

I was researching different brands of Super-Automatic Espresso Machines for a little over a month.
On a Saturday my wife and I made a call to a manufacturing company store and they were closed. The next call was to Whole latte love. What a blessing it turned out to be! We spoke with a brilliant guy that knew her coffees and Super-Automatic Espresso Machines! Long story short, we followed her recommendation on brand choice of Automatic Espresso Machines, and our family of four now enjoy the Gaggia Babila One-Touch Coffee and Espresso Machine two times every day since receiving it!

I bought the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige with a slightly heavy heart, simply because I am barista trained and enjoy the interaction with coffee making. However, we decided to make the move, at home, to this Gaggia beans to cup machine. What a fantastic decision it turned out to be! The whole machination is faultless; the cleaning system is well thought out, the button options are clearly designed by people who enjoy their coffee and it is actually quite simple to use. The worktop footprint it takes up is minimal and design wise, I think it looks quite snazzy! One initial problem was accessing the water tank but after making a quick call to the UK supplier, this was sorted; the water tank was interference fit so needed a bit of a yank to pull it out but once I realised it was sturdy enough, the problem was solved and after extracting and reinstalling it a handful of times, it became just a snug fit. I was reassured by the advice given and it proved totally correct. I anticipate a fulfilled and and lengthy usage from this Gaggia Cadorna Prestige machine and somewhat begrudgingly wonder why I have spent years manually perfecting coffee, when all I need now is to push buttons. Another plus point is that my husband can use this machine without making my kitchen look totally ransacked!
