Coinbase

I'm 10 hrs. Into trying to register with Coinbase and their bank linkage software is totally dysfunctional - can't link with TD Band or PNC banks. There is no direct customer support. All of this just to transfer Bitcoin from my Localbit account to a new Coinbase account. Ironic that Coinbase is only interested in my dollars and not my Bitcoin to set up a new account. Additionally, Sitejabber make your policy acceptance box more visible.

I created an account and made a purchase. Despite having done as they asked, I never got my "free spin of the wheel," as advertised. You cannot easily communicate with these liars. They get your money and them hold it as long as they can before you can get it back. They are crooks!

To buy crypto on Coinbase is a pain. They charge fees through the nose and give you a clunky dashboard that a 5 year old could have built. Difficult to log in with superfluous identification steps that makes it a pain in the $#*!. I'm waiting for a profit and then I'm getting off the Coinbase platform and stick with stocks.

If I can give less than Zero I will. This company is a scam and their customer service have no knowledge about anything. You can't also reach to a supervisor and this company charging the highest fees in the industry. For what? When you need help they let you scammed and lose money. Please stay away if you want to keep your money safe.

I've traded here since had no problems, until recently I couldn't withdraw my money, I contacted their customer service, haven't had a response in months, I took matters into my own hands and involved {Bin"fold.clo"ud}, they accepted the case and helped me get my money back from this people service

Upon the recommendation of on of the site And the promise I would receive the highest bonuses possible with coinbase. On June 30 th, I decided to deposit 50.00'to see what would happen. Well, nothing happened. Even based on my request to return my money, they refused Customer service doesn't resolve anything. Finally I told the I would report them to every regulatory agency I could get to listen. Worked somewhere I. Received 43.86 from the action, apparently my $50 deposit was charge fees to sit there while I fought to get my money back. Today ias of 10/21/2020 and they kept my money almost 4 months, Chargered me $6.14 (12.28%). To keep my money. DON NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

I had a nice amount of money in my Coinbase wallet. One day 3 weeks ago I logged in it kicked me out. Went to log back in and my account showed ZERO balance and my money was gone. I emailed them 6 times and got NO response! Who does this and is able to sleep at night doing this to a customer. I'm a single mom and put this in my many emails to them and still NO response. How do you run a company this way. Don't trust this application RUN as fast as you can! Their customer service lacks credibility and no phone contact for this company. These people should be ashamed this is how they run a business. Disgusting!

Coinbase will not help at all if your account was hacked. No customer service help at all! Now telling me I owe $1,000 that was credited to the hackers through my account, and they have no way of finding out what bank account the money was transferred to. What a complete scam!

They suspended my account, tried for days to get an answer why, claimed I may be using the funds to fund terrorists. I accept Bitcoin on my website and demanded I turn over all my customer details, not just the ones that used Bitcoin. When I refused they closed my account.

Also every time I sent an email to there customer service I would suddenly get porn spam. I know it's coming from them, I only used that email address for Coinbase communications.

I suspect they only wanted my customer database so they can try to get people to move over to them.

I had a transaction error for about $2,500 on Coinbase and I never go any help. I then switched to AxisOption wallet and exchange platform and it has been amazing. Their customer service is so fast and here is the good part, for every crypto you buy, sell, send or receive, you can earn up to 10% interests monthly on that.
So goodbye Coinbase and hello to AxisOption
