Coinbase

I thought coinbase was legit, but they took $7,785 and ran. It's been weeks with no communication. Their customer service is a joke. I'm beyond frustrated and feel so cheated. Avoid this site at all costs if you don't want to lose your money.
Each step with...! Check them out on you net has been a stride away from financial despair towards prosperity.!

I strongly caution against engaging with Coinbase, as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.

I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).

They have blocked access to my Money for weeks and will not answer simple support requests.
I thought it may have been a one off technical problem but after some research on a number of social media platforms and reputable news feeds it seems I'm not the only one.
Please check Coinbase on any review site that allows some sort of unfiltered content before you sign up and give them your hard earned cash.

Lots of people rate this site. My experience was very dispiriting. I entered two credit cards each with generous allowances on and they were both rejected when trying to make a purchase. I could not get my bank account verified as the page with details about making a £2 deposit refreshed and there was no way to start again. Dont think there is real "contact us" service - its just a set of pull down menu items of the things they imagine will go wrong and then you are sent to pages which you have already read

I've used Coinbase over 4 years now, but every time I want to sell any of my crypto I found my account to be blocked for unclear reason. Coinbase support maybe responses one out of 10 email with useless responses stating it should work when it doesn't next time I try to make a transaction. They track your IP address and when you log on abroad they start demanding loads of excessive paper work and threaten to close down the account if I do not provide documentation I don't have within 15 days. When uploading a passport Coinbase automatically sets the country of issue as the country of residence. The platform is buggy, expensive and limited.

Buyer Beware! As an attorney and executive for a fortune 300 company, I am amazed this can happen. I was locked out of my account. I went through the verification process and submitted pictures of my drivers license. After several unsuccessful attempts I did a chat line. Zero help! There was literally no way to get my account verified. Luckily on the iPhone app I had a direct deposit back to my bank. Thus I immediately sold everything. They lost my money and my business because they have no way to work with you directly when their software will not work properly.

It appears coinbase is nothing more than a scam they took money out of my account and here I am 8 Days later because of what they say as security reasons I'm still not able to have access to my funds. They changed the rules in midair and have created nothing but a miserable experience. I urge anybody considering doing business with coinbase to take your money and run and don't look back... In my whole life I've never experienced anything more ridiculous. You've been warned!

To say worst customer service ever doesn't explain.
I've been locked out of Coinbase for 2 months, no fault of my own. It's a glitch on their end.
Zero customer service. No phone. No accountability.
It's an AI emailing and saying "your issue is being looked into by a specialist"
It isn't. I'm one of the countless customers locked out of life savings and Coinbase does not care.

I've been with coinbase and coinbase wallet about 2 years. Just know when you need your money it won't be available or it will be at a very high price. Recently, BTC hit 42,000+. My goal. I got no sleep for two days because there is no alert to wake you if you hit your goal. I did finally sell BTC@$41,740. I was only paid $41,540 per BTC. I tried to remove my other alt coins to sell from coinbase wallet and cannot. Fees are hundreds of dollars to move my money from my wallet. They also charged to put my money in my wallet. Customer service says it's due to system congestion. So I cannot sell those assets. Now trading is down due to maintenance. When prices are high, this is the norm. If you want to make money better look elsewhere.
