Thought their clothing looked cool. Bought some "winter weight" sweatshirts. When I received the items (which took a month) 2 of the items had the weighting of t shirts and the material was not as depicted in their ads. One item has elbow patches sewn on the side of the sleeves.

Contacted them wanting a paid return label because the items they sent are not as described. Nothing but hassle. Send SKU's, send pics, identify items you want to return (duh, it's the order number I provided in my email) we won't pay return shipping, blah, blah… But one of my favorites was when they told me, "you send it back and let us know when it has been delivered". RUFKM?

Like I said scammers based out of Hong Kong. There website images are all click bait. You will be disappointed if you do business with these people. Shame on me for not checking their feedback before I did business with them.

Promissed refund never received!
Customer Service disappeared and ignores Mails.
I send back a the goods – refund was promissed, but did not happen.
All money lost.

I just can warn everybody to order from Cotosen.

We ordered a brown 1776 America shirt for my father in law's birthday. Instead, we received a pirate shirt. Rather they refund the purchase and take back the wrong shirt, they offered us a $5 credit toward a future purchase and told us to keep the wrong item. In essence, we paid full price for a wrong item and were told to just keep it. Beware, when you receive the wrong item, you will not be able to get your money back. This comes up in many of the 1 star reviews. Wish we read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

The only positive thing about Cotosen is there slick website and ability to quickly charge your credit card.
The numerous negative things about Cotosen:
- Items shipped do not match your order invoice (bait and switch).
- Sizes run small; material used is poor; and overall quality is substandard.
- Order arrives piecemeal with no real tracking mechanism.
- Nonexistence customer service.
- Absence of any viable means to return or exchange items.
I thought about using the four items received as paint smocks or when I do yard work but decided to donate it all to the local homeless shelter.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Hese are by far the best tactics pants! Pros: Pockets held so much was able to carry a glock 19 and the mag in the designated pocket. Easily brush off dirt keeping the pants looking clean. Even after wearing for a week didn't have that bad of smell Really comfortable and easy to move around in. Fit well over my boots.

This was a surprise. Most less expensive tee shirts are tight, made of poor fabric, or just generally unappealing to look at. This is the exception. Two for this price is amazing. And they are comfortable shirts. The fabric is reasonably soft.

I got suckered like everyone else here by the cool-looking clothing photos in my feed. I imagined tough outerwear with thick fleece and cool vintage looks. I got shiny polyester crap that is going straight in the trash. Don't even attempt to return the stuff - as others have mentioned there is zero customer service and no refunds. Just avoid Cotosen and buy real clothing at real prices elsewhere. You have been warned.

I am very happy with all my purchases since I have been shopping on this website. I never had to return any of my items. I buy for myself, any member of my family and friends. I like how I can zoom in to see the photos of the item that I am purchasing from all angles. This helps very much with the decision making if I will really make the purchase. Description of the product as well. I like how I can track my items while it's in transit to me. The convenience of shopping online is the best. You can get just about everything by shopping online. The option to pick up my package at locations nearest to me is great. I just love this website Prime as well. How can I forget that? I recommend this website to anyone that I come in contact with and they're looking to make a purchase. I always say look? It up on this site from the comfort and the convenience of wherever you are. Make your purchase and it will come right to your door.

The jacket fit me perfectly. The material is awesome as it was tested in the rain and kept me totally dry and warm. In addition, I also tried it entering a dense forest and it resisted scratches without being damaged. Excellent quality.

They will send your their surplus regardless of your size and never refund your money.

No return lable provided, I was given the address to mail the item in. I did, the recepient REFUSED to accept the package. They want me to sent it back again to the same address, spend money and my time to deal with such stupidity is more than I can stand for.
Don't buy anything from. This website or you are in for a rude awakening about they type of business they run.

I was sceptic about the fabric and fit but everything looks and feels great, the color is not exactly as shown but not far from it as well, overall I'm satisfied and most definitely buy again, the fit is not tight around the waist or shoulders it's more relaxed.

Comfortable casual sweatshirt. They sit freely and comfortably, I am very satisfied. Good and fast enough delivery, shipping and inner packaging are not damaged. I recommend the seller and the goods to purchase.

Ordered 2 shirts. Always wear 2x, maybe 1x depending on maker. The 2x was comparable to a Large. So undersized. Made in Hong Kong, took way too long to get. When I wanted to return them, I was offered a small credit to keep and reorder something else. Just beware the sizes are not American sizes. I'm a fit 6', 210 lbs.

The most useless and dubious online shopping market place. I ordered for 9 items they sent only only one. And the only one they sent wasn't the quality I choose from their page everyone should avoid to transact business with them. This fleece is thick and warm. The fit is excellent and true to size. The unconventional dual neck zippers work very well to keep the garment close fitting around the neck and retain warmth. This garment represents excellent value for money when you compare it to the cost of similar heavy weight fleece garments. I quite like the coyote color as well.

I bought this jacket for myself because like oversized sweatshirts and jackets. I ordered a size up because wanted it to be roomy but its a little too roomy. That's my bad. The lining is very soft and warm and despite it being a little too big, I love it and would buy it again.

I have to say the clothes look great in the ads, the design, everything looks really good. The reviews either they love it or hate no in between. I really liked the rugged looks of the ads, I'm an outdoors person and moving to Colorado the clothes would have been really good for it. So I ordered 4 items 3 shirts and a jacket. Well, when I got them, which took a very long time to receive them. Could have come from China directly. But I think the worst thing I first noticed was how thin the material is, very thin and flimsy. Then I noticed something totally wrong the elbow patches weren't on the elbow. They were around the inside of the arm; I thought what, no way. Yep! Everything I now noticed was not in the right place and the items were not made correctly. I won't ever order from them again, won't even ask to return anything, I need to be American and buy American for quality products.

My husband loves this style tactical shorts. They loook good with everything. From t shirts to collared shirts. Perfect for summer and keeping cool. These shorts are great for hiking and are waterproof too. The waistband is elastic making them so comfortable and it comes with the belt. Locks of pockets opened and zippered and velcro! He likes these so much I may have to order other colors soon! Good material great quality! Runs slightly small order a size or two up! Then they are perfect!

This Company is a straight-up SCAM. The clothes look great online but what you get is Polyester stretch garbage. I bought $160 worth because they looked great online. When they arrived it was clear I got scammed. Everything is polyester and washed out. What looked brown on the website are actually orange dots that are smeared together. The two coats I got are as thin as a T-shirt. I should've just thrown my money out the window, it would have been better than helping this fake clothing company scam more people. I was completely fooled by their website, and I majorly regret it.

Their website is a bait and switch, it should be shut down for false advertising.
