Crystal helped me last week when my order had been delayed but I'd not seen the email asking for clarification on the settings of my machine. After receiving it, it turns out it's not quite the machine I want so she helped me today with arranging for the return. I'm sure I will be continuing to 'shop' so hopefully she can help me in the future too.

Brandi was so helpful! I called and luckily was immediately connect with Brandi who gave me an excellent mask suggestion and also was able to help the condensation issue by recommending a heated tube. The company and it's CSR's have been a pleasure to work with! We had a few shipping issues, not the fault of CPAP.com, but they handled them promptly and professionally. I ordered some filters on line. Had trouble logging into their web site to check the status. When I finally got in it said I have no orders in process. I left a message and an email inquiring about the status of my order. No response. I called again was able to talk to a customer service representative. Even though she gave me the answer I was looking for, she obviously didn't care because she was unfriendly and very unprofessional for a person in her position. I did get the filters but my big takeaway is to not order from them again. This was a simple order and I was still able to use my cpap. But what if it was for a bigger order or a new cpap? Buyer beware.

I got a Device from CPAP.com. The machine stops while I am asleep - more than one in a single night. Called customer service. They will take the machine back (return) and send a new one. This is acceptable, but it would have been better if the machine was not defective in the first place.
I needed help getting the info from my SD card. Totally lost! I got on the Chat site and Zachary was extremely helpful! He gave me a couple of options to try and gave me an option for my doctor to use as well! He was friendly and helpful. We need more customer service people like him! Thanks Zachary!
