This was a good company to deal with, but they have taken a drastic turn for the worst. I ordered a machine; they said I didn't have the right prescription so I couldn't have it. Then they charged my card anyway. I called customer service and waited 30 minutes. No answer. I tried the on line chat. No answer. I e-mailed them. No response.
Look at the more recent reviews of this company; and avoid them like the plague.
My experience with CPAP.Com has been great. They have items that I had to be on a waitlist for at other vendors. I did not get one package on-time and though it was Fedex's fault their customer service took care of it for me as a one time courtesy. I will be using them going forward
It is so confusing to find the perfect mask as well as machine as well as travel CPAP. Especially when there are so many available and so many sites. CPAP.com allows me to return the mask I will not like. That was my deciding factor. Otherwise I could be left with 3 masks laying around. Crystal answered ALL my questions, and I had atleast 100. She remained professional and calm even at my stupid questions. But I learned more from Crystal today than the other sites I had called, so now I am going shopping for all my new equipment. I called and spoke with Carol. My wifes cpap machine failed. She walked us through the entire process and got everything handled quickly, very efficient and Professional. A great service representative of Cpap company. I have been purchasing with cpap for close to 10 years. I have had no concerns. The amazing part was I called on a friday afternoon around 3pm, paid for the shipping and it arrived from Texas to Florida by noon Saturday the next morning. Think my wife was happy? I was too. I ordered an AirSense 10 AutoSet - supposed to be the top of the line system. It is as noisy as my travel transcend device. After a review and some emails it was determined this device must be defective. I am now instructed to send the device back, at my expense, for an undetermined amount of time and to go without medically advised care or I am only offered the ability to rent one from them. The QA and customer service is simply sub par - I would shop elsewhere or deal with a qualified local provider. Additionally, my review on their site was removed - it only talked about how the machine was not as quiet as claimed and well underperformed the S9.
LaToya was fantastic helping me get my prescription sent and my order processed today. Every time I have used CPAP.com, they have been polite, helpful and their deliveries are prompt. I really appreciate having them as a reliable resource. Many thanks!

Dealt with a number of people via chat after ordering due to issues with FedEx. It took a while to get a resolution and the mask did get here; however, it wasn't what I expected and was immensely uncomfortable for me. I contacted them see what the return options were and the masks are insured. Thus, they issued an immediate refund for the mask and sent a return label for the unopened extra cushion I had ordered. I really can't complain about that at all and in spite of it not working out, CPAP.com and the last rep I worked with, Crystal, did an outstanding job of resolving my issue. Will definitely consider them in the future.

Great service from Crystal in cpap.com, fast and friendly. I was buying some filters for my cpap and I couldn't find the right ones on the website, so she with just few questions quickly figured it out and helped me.

I ordered a few parts from cpap.com because they offered them for a lower price than anyone else I found. I wasn't sure if ONE of the parts was compatible with my mask, so I asked for confirmation in the notes section of my order. They (mistakenly) confirmed. The part didn't fit. I informed them by email and had a resolution within ~2 hours. They're sending me the right part (Which costs $5 or $6 dollars more.) for no charge. They also said I don't need to return the wrong part, dispose of it as I see fit.

I'm old and cranky. I needed to order a new cpap today (12/31). I had only 35 minutes to get it done before departing for travel (covid compliant). I googled the product i wanted and found cpap.com. Never heard of them. I called. I had the good fortune of speaking with Brandy. I quickly explained my needs and expected to hear "well," or "but". I was pleased to hear a friendly knowledgeable efficient employee. In under 20 minutes this is what got done... I was walked through their web site, identified the pieces i wanted, learned that the mask i wanted was no longer available, had a similar product recommended and chose it, had my prescription emailed to them where it was reviewed (it's long and detailed) and approved, had shipping options explained, paid, gave my necessary personal info, received an email documenting the order, reviewed the order, learned the return policies, said thanks and bye. Oh... excellent pricing too. I kept expecting a catch. There wasn't one.
