I was able to use the text feature to chat with Zachary about when my hurricane dryer would be delivered. He was kind, helpful and provided the information I was looking for. This was convenient for me to do the text chat. I also would like to add that the 20% off incentive was helpful in the affordability of the dryer. I am a new cpap user and I believe the hurricane dryer will be helpful. It cost too much on Amazon.
It's been a while since I've ordered a cpap machine and Crystal was able to confirm that my prescription was still valid from ages ago and provide advice on availability. My last machine has lasted a long time and I recommend dealing with cpap.com.

Professional, super convenient and quick wait time when you call them. Brandy T most recently serviced me via telephone, and she was so kind and caring and helpful to me. I had a lot of questions and needed some guidance and she was able to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel like i was inconveniencing her.

I spoke to Heath at cpap.com today who was a pleasure. I requested information on delivery of recent order. Although it was returned due typo of address on my part. After trying to get a CPAP from a well know medical supply company in Santa Rosa, Ca. And was spoken to like my business didn't matter and fighting with me on insurance and then when said I will pay cash and sending me to their website. I found out how they gouge customers. I found this site and the service was extremely good, the price was 1/2 and the pointed me in the best direction. They also can ship it to me overnight at no charge Which the other company was taking over 7 days with no results. CPAP.com was able to order me one in 20 minutes.

After two calls to my health insurer and the front office of my provider, unfortunately staffed by less than solution-focused staff members, my call to Heath resulted in a solution and closure of the pending order.
