I was a new user for this service. I inadvertently used the wrong Email address,. Com vs. ca. Needless to say I had problems logging on and could not figure out why I was not getting the reset password notice. I called customer service and spoke with Heath R. He was kind, patient, clear, concise and he quickly identified my error. After I recovered from my embarrassment, he quickly transferred my info to the correct Email account and gave me instruction on deleting info and trying to claim other account to protect my information. I was and am very grateful for excellent service.

Let me start off by saying every time I called in from the initial call about getting the machine to checking my prescription, I've been greeted with kind, patient and caring people. Due to my doctor being lackadaisical with getting the prescription to CPAP.com, I had been very inpatient. Finally, I was able to provide the correct documentation which Erica went above and beyond to make sure my equipment got shipped after she took the initiative of putting together everything CPAP.com needed to fulfill the order. It may seem like she's just doing her job, but her going the extra mile and making sure I got my machine ASAP really made the difference.
