After placing my order online I called the customer support number to have a few questions answered. Kelsey was extremely helpful, answered all my product questions and was apply to apply a discount code that I had forgotten to use when placing the order. She made sure that the machines I had ordered were all going to be compatible with the hoses and masks I already had, which was a concern of mine. I high; y recommend CPAP.COM for purchasing equipment - excellent customer service.
Their chat service is worse than terrible. They will insult you and send you stupid videos to watch (btw I already had watched); then they just ignore you. It takes up to a minute to get a response. First (and last) time i will ever use them. They strongly believe in customer NO service
Never bought a CPAP machine electronically before. Had a bunch of questions and called. Brittany answered and led me through the process carefully and gently. That's a big help for this old man. She responded to my every question with skill (she knew her stuff) and with patience.

I found this to be a very positive experience while ordering a bipap to replace the Phillips recalled devise. Replacements are scarce due to high demand amid supply issues. Went to the website and found what i needed. Went to check out and the site kept asking for my long in even after i gave it, so i could not checkout. Made the call and had to wait a while than Brandy came on the phone and was extremely helpful. She changed my perceptions, so i did have a good experience after some frustration.

Usually I have nothing but good things to say about cpap.com. However, in this case I was calling about the status of the repair of my CPAP machine. The only thing they gave me, was that the machine was still at the manufacturer. I feel like they should have called the manufacturer to give me a date on when it will be back to me. It is very difficult not having your machine when you rely on it. I didn't feel they were concerned about how this impacted me.

I sent in a machine for warranty repair. Two weeks I called them and waited 5 minutes to talk to someone. I learned they still hadn't evaluated it! Repair hasn't even been started. Terrible service. Stay away.
Had an aggravating experience with an "800" competitor. Wanted to make a CPAP purchase during 2016 since my deductibles were paid up and I'd get favorable reimbursement. This was mid Dec, so there was plenty of time and I already had a RX from my Doc. Was made to jump through so many hoops, I cancelled and gladly paid a cancel fee. Then I called CPAP.com, long story short, had a great conversation with an upbeat and knowledgeable representative. My CPAP machine was inbound, and arrived 2 days later. Very pleasant experience. Even got a cheaper price.
