This company is extremely efficient when dealing with it's orders and customer enquiries. I have received orders as quick as the next day and I am in Australia which is very impressive. Also, any questions I have emailed them, have been answered within a couple of hours.

Creation watches provided the option of free DHL shipping to my provided address in India, which I chose. Unfortunately after waiting for more than a month during which time I was always told by Creation Watches that my "watch will be delivered soon", nothing happened. Even DHL stopped responding mentioning a weird clause that my address is "not serviceable". I do not understand why they picked up the parcel at all if the address was "not serviceable". My request to refund my money was also not responded to by Creation Watches. Ultimately I had to complain to Paypal who ruled in my favour and permitted a full refund. I am yet to receive the money in my account, but I believe Paypal refunds take about 2 weeks time to show up on credit card accounts. However Creation Watches failed miserably. They have good watch collection at great price, but they cannot ship properly, so you might end up getting nothing.

Ordered one item took a week to deliver from singapore to china but considering chinese red tape this is an achievement sure will use them again.
The negative thing the item didn't arrive in original packing although ordered to be.
Thank you so much for the extremely quick delivery, and a nice watch. This was my second time buying watches from Creation Watches and I would not hesitate to do it again. The watch arrived to Finland in there days.
I was immediately attracted to this Seiko watch by the price which even thought it would be shipped from Singapore that did not bother me. However, and it was probably my own fault I did not read the small print. My watch was subject to UK import tax so the end result was I got my timepiece just £6 cheaper than if I would have bought it in the UK and it took nearly a week to get to the UK rather than next day delivery!
However the watch duly arrived when anticipated and first impressions are favourable. I think Creation should make it known in big flashing lights on their home page that some purchases will be subject to import taxes where applicable, rather than hiding it in the small print, where to be honest no one rarely looks nowadays. This is very misleading and Creation should take responsibility for duping customers with their attractive cheap prices.

As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. After ordering a Seiko watch I was surprised how fast the shipment was processed. I had to pay national tax when my national customs handled it but through DHL that was done on line as well. Overall very good and fast handling. Enjoying my Seiko. Thanks CreationWatches!
Update.
After paying the £40 shipping tax to DHL the watch i purchased for my sons birthday has now been lost.
DHL wont refund they say i have to claim it back from creation watches.
Email creation watches daily and same reply; we are in touch with DHL.
I am really at the end of my tether. No watch and £182 out of pocket!
All countries levy import duties which the customer has to bear.

For your next order you can choose Registered Airmail shipping since there is less chance of customs taxes with this shipping method.

I paid via paypal and I was a bit worry in the beginning because I did not receive immediately the order confirmation, but I received it in few ours by email. A full tracking of the delivery door to door keep you informed about all shipment steps. My watch was selected for a custom inspection in Italy, every document was in order and there was no issue at all. I received the watch in perfect condition with the guarantee and its box ordered together.
Order a watch through QOO10 but seller claims price error during sales period so request to top up $100. When I request to cancel my order, seller asks me to cancel from my end. That is ridiculous because I did nothing wrong. By clicking the cancel button, my reputation or scores at QOO10 will be deducted. Irresponsible seller and never buy from them again.
