After a friend recommended Creation to me, I thought Id give them a go.
Looking at their website, I was surprised by the huge number of watches they offer for sale and all at very good prices.

Saturday morning I started looking for a watch to buy for a friend. It took nearly two hours before I found something suitable. The reason being, I kept getting distracted and looking at watches for myself.

Anyway I ordered the watch Saturday afternoon and it arrived here Wednesday morning.
Very well wrapped and in perfect condition. I was kept informed of its progress all the way.

Will I use Creation again?
You bet I will. Only next time it will be something for me.
I have my eye on quite a few watches that I like and are very affordable.

It took over 3 weeks for my product to be delivered and when it was "delivered" I had to pay an extra £11 due to them not putting enough postage on the parcel.
Within the 4 weeks I was waiting for my parcel I emailed the customer service team 3 times, and request contact through the form online and received no response - nothing at all. Also tried the customer service phone line 6 times and nobody even answered the phone.
Parcel finally arrived and it was a plastic bag wrapped in duct tape.
