Cricket after tearing up a phone on my account, then refusing us upgrades we could afford, thanks to their bait and switch scheme. Display phones under $100 then refuse to sell them, "we only sell phones priced $100 and up" several reps told us that. One moron said "pay $100 for a phone and it will last you 100 years" I told him he was an idiot. Let's see hmm $375 plus taxes and fees to stay with Cricket or $90 for service plus taxes and fees plus 3 free $150 phones. Total cost $150. Yes, we switched to Metro PCS and you should too!
I haven't cried out of shear frustration in years but tonight after 2 hours of trying to get help from cricket chats I'm losing it. All I wanted to do was pay them to add one Gig to my service for the month. Hurricane Helene wiped out my town's internet so I can't watch TV or use my phone because having no wifi burned up my data in 3 days. It took about 2 hours and many customer service chats to get a very SIMPLE payment accomplished. I'm switching to consumer cellular

Has the right name, because they're definitely not straight with you. The app always breaks and they have a bunch of hidden charges and give you no breathing room.
They told me they would charge me an extra $10 but charged me an extra $50.
They might as well reduce customer service to just bots. Neither of them do a good job.

This is a review on the screen protector for the Galaxy a32 phone do not buy the cheaper or the lowest screen protector for this phone it will not protect your phone it will crack very very easily went to the store to try to return it after it cracked for a(happened with 1st purchase also) second time in less than a week without barely touching it and the store refused to exchange or do anything. She told me they had no problems but I'm wondering if people are just going elsewhere to replace and not complaining. That's what I did the first time, I just kept using phone until protector cracks were to bad, but with the second purchase I thought I would come in and try to have them let me pay the difference for a better one.

I have had cricket for quite a while. Everything is going along just fine until today. I tried to change my phone number, first by using the app. Unsuccessful. So I use the chat and the useless robot that only spits out pre-recorded messages that mean absolutely nothing to me. Then I tried calling the 800 number that's supposed to be customer support. The first one I talked to just hung up on me. Then I called back again and waited 45 minutes for an answer. I waited for nothing because I still didn't get an answer. The closest thing I got to an answer was tough. I would not recommend cricket to my worst enemy or my dog. I wish I could just terminate, but apparently I can't. But you can bet I will not ever ever ever use them again and I won't recommend them to anybody! They really really really really stink! I wouldn't have given them one star, but they don't have less than one star to offer.

Spoke with Chelsea Bell who thought it was appropriate to start the professional email to follow my complaint "GM!". As well Shakib Hoque emailed me today, it is not a customer based company, I lost data, had to pay to have my first malfunctioning phone sent out, never received a credit for the days missed, time spent, now the replacement has the same issues I've only been a customer of cricket 6 months now, this company really treats you insignificantly the no would not have been as difficult if the leads in Atlanta that contacted me had an ounce of tact and professionalism. AT&T truly has better service#BoycottCricket can't appreciate your consumers then you deserve none. Simple.
I needed a replacement phone I went to a Cricket Wireless location in Flagstaff AZ.
I told the young man that helped me my #1 requirement for a new phone was cordless charging ability.
He showed me a number of phones, I made my selection. I chose Samsung Galaxy A53 5G.
The price...$349.99 I also purchased a phone case and screen protector for a final bill
$499.26 (In retrospect I'm not certain I wasn't taken advantage of... RIPPED OFF?).
I got home set up my phone. The next day I started researching a cordless charger for my phone. I discovered none available as the $350 Phone that cost me $500 was not cordless charging capable.
I will recommend avoiding Cricket to anyone that asks
Cricket wireless charge me almost $200 for 2 lines I set up a promise to pay $50 when weekend $50 to remaining there trying to say I have to pay another $105 for 2 phones and instead they can take them in shove them up their $#*! before I pay $200 for a company that my service barely works

I ordered Cricket service and brought my own device which they said was compatible. Tried the first Sim card, after countless chats and troubleshooting Sim card was invalid. The rep suggested it was the Sim card and to buy another one and they would credit my account. Second Sim card, same thing. They suggested the phone wasn't unlocked, checked with my previous carrier twice, they assured me it was unlocked. Tried to cancel Cricket service and get a refund. They said there was no proof the Sim card wasn't good, had I tried another phone from Cricket. Of course, the whole deal was they wanted me to buy one of their phones! They wouldn't do a refund. So I've spent over $50 for a service I never used. Writing the corporate office now, wish me luck.
I wanted to get a copy of my call logs to see how often a debt collector had been contacting me to report them for violating the law. Cricket wouldn't give me my own call log without a subpoena. I used to have Verizon and could view my call log anytime I wanted. Cricket tells me that I have to get a lawyer and a subpoena to get a copy of my own phone records. It's ridiculous.
I was locked out of my account for forgetting my password. I called over cricket WiFi calling twice. They couldn't hear me adequately and told me there was something wrong with my WIFI. They said to reset my security question on a chat. I went to the chat, which directed me to sign in online. I can't sign in. I pushed chat with a live agent and was taken to a page directing me to call cricket. They can't hear me. There is nothing wrong with my WIFI. There is something wrong with cricket.
Been with them for over 5 years they don't go to the extreme in helping you like they use to which is now I know alot of people are leaving them and going to a different carrier I'm going back to MetroPCS. Thanks for giving sending my account number through text when I payed my bill.
Went to the cricket store in menomonee falls wisconsin. The sales rep (Marlo) was extremely rude and refused to explain the phones and their features. I end up purchasing a phone that I did not understand the functions. When i asked Marlo to help me transfer my contacts and photos she refused and said " if 611 cant help you I cant either AFTER 611 directed me back to the store for help! I requested a call from the district manager Michael. He never called. After a week I went back to the store and insisted Marlo have the district manager michael call me. She provided me his number, I called and explained my issue and he said he will look into my concerns and call me back. He never called back. I texted, called several times, and left messages. No return! The district manager should be held at higher standards. No wonder Marlo behaved the way she did! Her district manager does not care, and im stuck with a useless phone!

Cristena is a top list employee. She knows more about how to troubleshoot shoot a phone. She was the only one that set it up right! Never lose Cristena as an employee she is very valuable to the Streamwood Cricket store. I will never go anywhere else! If I have to go somewhere else I'll have to change my mobile service. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
There systym was down as usual and therefore i had to go to the store and pay my time my gas and an extra 4 dollar fee they wouldnt even credit my account they dont even give you a paperbill everything is the internet thats always down dont use cricket they are horrible im switching

I brought my phone in to get Cricket service. They did the test and said my phone would work. I can't get voicemail. Now they want to tell my phone is not compatible and that I will still be charged 87.00. The saleperson threw my sim card away too. I told that I need to go back to store that I got the services from. They also lied about calling me back to let me know they provide my phone voicemail. There's no record of the calls on my phone. This is unacceptiable. They just want you money. Please be careful with these guys. They will tell you your phone will work then they don't want to give you your money back. I am a veteran and this is the kind of service that I get. Will be going back to my old provider. No wonder they provide cheap deals. BEWARE
My son went into the one in Lamesa and paid to get his girlfriends phone added to his plan. He paid (78.00) for it but Cricket ended up locking her phone from previous provider and then my son couldn't do it, credit. You would think they would give the kids their money back (they paid cash) but the lady said she couldn't to call support. While there they called support but support told them they needed to talk to the manager. Manager called (2 days later) said it was nonrefundable. They kept his money for what, nothing was done-this is sorry and robbery-NEVER go to Crooked Cricket! :(. .went to T-Mobile :)
Bought a phone from one of the retailers they didn't even know about their phones but they were selling and sold me a horrible phone that doesn't get service half the time then when I try to take it back to the store the manager put me off to the assistant manager who put me off to the manager and by then it was in the 8th day and they said I had to return it to the headquarters and get the same phone but only refurbish this time would never do business with them have for 12 years and I'm going to switch carriers
I have no complaints when it comes to cricket service they've came a long ways since they first started they reach places they never could before... their cricket phones like the cricket icon leaves alot to be desired. It locks up constantly. You send a message come back to send another message to same person and your last message sits in the message box to be sent even though it already sent. So you have to erase it all on order to type a new message. You have 7 days to return phone if dissatisfied... funny thing is it didn't start until after the 7 days... I don't suggest the cricket icon to anyone... the saleslady told me she had no complaints and find that hard to believe... noone wants a pjone that continuously locks up or where they hsve to erase before typing a message...
Went to local Cricket store asked how to send multiple pictures I was shown. I went to get a new phone and was told leave both phones with her to come back before closing they closed at 7 I was there at 6:45. The cricket rep said she could not transfer photos it didn't know how to transfer messages to talk to her manager the next day when they opened at 11 she wrote it down what did not transfer yet phone contacts messages pictures. The next day at 11 manager arrived open store to both my phones I went back at 12:30 nothing yet I went back at 4 she had and me both phones and said I could not transfer pictures have a nice day I looked at the phone no pictures a new phone but my gallery in the old phone was deleted nothing on my SD card all pictures on my SD card work deleted you call Cricket customer service oh well only recourse to send 2 page document I will sue Cricket in small claims court they are incompetent and pathetic
These people are some serious window lickers. So I bought a phone online, immediately wasn't satisfied with the windows operating system. So I called to setup a return for the device. The girl on the phone was so stupid, it literally took her 45 minutes to setup a simple return. I knew from the total lack of confidence in her voice that she had no idea what she was doing. I tracked my return and it showed as received by cricket on Monday the 2nd. Yet when I called on the 10th to find out wth is up with my refund, they told me they didn't receive the phone until the 6th and tried to pass the buck to the 4th of July holiday. Even though I was told the refund would take 7-10 business days from the time they received the phone, when I called to find out wth was taking so long, they rudely told me they have up to 10 days to process a refund. No sorry about the delay, nothing. "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" Nope! Thanks for nothing cricket! Losers!
Cricket sold me a bad phone and I went up to the store, nobody could get the phone to work. I stayed in the store for 3 hours after leaving work at 5pm and nothing was resolved. They started a claim and said it will take up to 5 days to get fixed. Who waits for a phone to get repaired for 5 days. I have kids a job and a bunch of other important things that I use this phone for. They totally disregarded me and the phone. DO NOT GO TO Cricket. WORST SERVICE.

Not happy with service with customer service and staff at stores they gave me price on phones before telling me bought discounts if i had phone for six months then couldn't get my account number cus i forgot my pass they were hopeless and worthless on that then phone i I bought is also worthless nothing works well on it then i was to have unlimited never got it so i I been this company since 2013 but im gona switch companies and probably file lawsuits aince since for all this as well having to phone longer than a month even if i have insurance
