CSL PLASMA, is a good place to donate plasma, if anyone can save a life; we can…. The staff here on Bellfort are caring individuals, they make sure everyone that comes in is taken care of…
The staff at CSL are great! They are friendly, helpful and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a difference.
Some employees are nice, and they have new rules every time I come in. Always New employees that may take longer to process you
Very kind staff made me feel welcome and answered any questions I might have. Very patient and calmed my nerves. Will be coming back!
It was a great experience having someone that really knows what there doing like Karis she the best tech I ever met i would go back to her every time
It seems like every month that goes by, the payout is getting lower and lower, and I feel like it's corporate to blame! These companies make more money from returning donors than new donors, so it's no surprise why people come. Which is for a multitude of reasons. Though the staff is nice, it still doesn't change the fact that, on some days, waiting while standing the entire time in a long line that can last for hours
There are never any bonus codes, especially for returning donors. And to add insult to injury, you get half a bottle of water and individual mini-wrapped crackers that you'd find on the table of a diner. The company writes things like By donating plasma, you are helping save lives and earning rewards that can be used to support "your personal goals and aspirations. Like what? Gas money! Or something from the dollar menu!
Now that there are barely any people there, greedy corporate executives probably think that they will be able to make up for those dry days around the upcoming holidays. What they fail to understand is that nobody likes to be taken for granted, let alone feel like they're fighting a corporation like CSL that takes what they want and drops pennies into a prepaid card as if they're doing anyone a favor.
When you play people like that, all you do is make them find better, more reliable options. And pretty soon, it wouldn't shock me if these kinds of money-hungry people shut down! Because we all know centers like that are mainly in middle- to mid-lower-class areas, their main mistake is to assume their donors are desperate and would settle for whatever crumbs they're feeling like shelling out. And how much profit does CSL make?
The company's net profit after tax attributable came in at $2.44 billion for the year ended June 30 on a constant currency basis, compared with $2.24 billion the previous year Aug 14,2023.
I'ved donated hundreds of times over the years at different clinics (talecris, octapharm) and have never had even a tiny inkling of a bruise. My veins are giant and impossible to miss. Well some half asleep inept phlebotomist stabbed through the vein and I didnt notice at the time but it hurt way worse than normal. Next day this bruise had formed and I took the pic just to show friends because of how dramatic and huge it looked. I wasn't angry or anything since mistakes happen. However a week later after I let it heal and mostly fade I went back to donate on my other arm and they told me I couldnt because of the now mostly faded bruise that THEY caused. It'd be funny if I wasnt there because I actually needed the money. They didnt investigate, ask who did it, what the incident entailed, nothing. Just deferred and sent me on my way. That lady is probably still in there tearing veins up to this day. They make you sign waivers fine but that shouldn't give them the right to do this to people.
When u have nothing better to do I get up go. To the plasma center just enjoy going an donate plasma
They are fast and courteous. This is my 2nd visit and Ive had no issues thus far! Id recommend them. Its a good cause and you get paid!
I walked in and a woman at a cubicle was like I am waiting for the computer to turn on I called HR, and she was so uninterested and confused. Then I go to the front, I was told I have to leave and go eat a lot of food and come back. I was so full tried to tell them that. So I did just that, so now I am super full and uncomfortable at this point, and not happy, I did say its like stuffing a pig, it was ridiculous. Trying to prove where I live was a joke as well. I went in the back and was still not happy so manager comes in and starts talking that I have an attitude and she expects donors to be as nice as her employees. Well I was being as nice as her employees, in other words the employees were not right. Then she had the nerve to tell her employees if she gives you any more attitude let me know, in front of everyone. Like who does she think she is. Donors are there to make a difference, at least I was. Forcing someone to eat that is full is awful, and then shaming them for being mad is unreal. I know when I am full. I am a phlebotomist as well I understand the need to have food in your body. I understand people get sick and weak. I would not do that to myslef. Needless to say I wanted to donate to hopefully help someone. The manager has an authoritative complex. IF YOU WANT TO DONATE BLOOD GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE! I have spoke with a few friends that donate all the time and they were in shock. They go elsewhere! Rating is negative 100. I am so discusted.
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
