I went to the Hagerstown, MD location Thursday for the first time. Nice staff, good cause and a way to make extra money!
The extra cash helps with weekly incidental expenses while leaving extra money to pay bills. Helping the medical community is a bonus too!

Everyone is always nice. The facility is always clean. It's been a good experience. They do thier best to get you in and out as quick as possible.
I've been donating plasma to help pay for a 5000. 00 surgery a rescue pup needed. Most of the staff are nice people. My biggest gripe is they don't offer anything to drink. The 1st donation they gave a pack of crackers and a small Gatorade. They never offer it again. I asked for a Gatorade the 4th donation because I was thirsty and they told me only 1st time donators get that. So I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get something to drink after I was done. They say to drink plenty of fluids before and after you donate, yet this place only gives it the 1st time? That really rubs me wrong. I probably won't donate plasma again after i get this puppy surgery paid for. You know darn good and well they are making a lot of money off your plasma and they refuse their donators a. 50 Gatorade and don't even offer water? That's just wrong to treat people like that. EVERY PLACE I HAVE EVER DONATED BLOOD, OFFERS REFRESHMENTS BEFORE AND AFTER YOU DONATE AND THANKS YOU FOR THE DONATION, NOT THIS PLACE.
BTW, if anyone can help donate for the puppy surgery, search puppy Aanika on go fund me. I could really use some help.
