They have a very rude nurse who expects all the guys to pretty much kiss her b hind or you get disqualified.
Great place. I have a great time with the employees and the vibe is groovy. I really enjoy just giving my plasma and just getting the money.
Csl is a great place to donate plasma friendly staff clean facility if you like to donate to help others this is the place to visit
Feels CSL Plasma was very informational and great customer service and the site was very clean I also called and they were great on the phone very helpful
I've been donating at csl plasma for 20 years and it's the courteous respectful staff that keep me coming back
Vitals need assistance. The visit was okay, but the staff could be more attentive. Other customers need to wear masks appropriately.
Short story is they'll scam you out of promised bonus pay, even if your name is on a plaque on the wall for loyalty.
I've been consistently coming here twice a week since 2019. Multiple staff and management promised me on two separate occasions that I'd receive a $60 bonus for 8 donations in September. The app said it wouldn't count August 31st, which was in the same donation week. Management specifically said they'd include my last day of August as long as I got 7 in the rest of September. I did that and I was told I can redeem this pay on my next visit. They're now saying they won't honor my August 31st donation for the September bonus. They said they would have paid me if a note was left. They failed to do that twice when they assured me.
They said nobody there has the power to pay me. I asked to speak to management while I was there, saying I'd never return if they didn't fix this. It was closing time so I was told management might call me back another day when they're available.
The app says I've donated 159 times in the past year, which isn't even possible, but that's how loyal I've been.
They're either incompetent or liars. I won't be coming back until they honor their $60 promise to me.
They also lowered base pay on the 1st donation of the week from $60 to $55. That was also not ok. They'll say they give the same or more with bonuses for 6 or 8 donations a month.
Their turnover is really high too. They regularly have new staff that are learning, and I haven't heard good things about how their employees are treated. It's not uncommon for them to be short staffed with long lines. You'll probably wait 30+ min after reception waiting to go to the donor floor. Just go somewhere else
People don't have all dang day to wait! Needs a better process to get people in and out! Waste of time!
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
