I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

Will never purchase from Cupshe again. Very shady and amateurish. I placed an order for 4 bikinis online, assuming like any other online purchase, I would receive a confirmation email and/or order number. First ding was that I never received either. I did get the items in good time, however 3 of the 4 bikini did not fit, so wanted to process a return. I knew that I would have to pay for return shipping, but this was not a straightforward process. Instead of finding the info on their website (return address, instructions), you are forced to request the refund via email to get the process started. The package did not have a receipt or order number (VERY WEIRD) so I had to leave, a detailed email listing all the info I have hoping that they would find my order. Luckily they did and they replied giving me three options: keep the bikinis that do not fit and either get 130% coupon or 60% refund or return the items and get a full refund. I opted for full refund. I then received another email stating a new, one time only, hassle free option of keeping the bikinis for $5 each, and they would refund the rest. If that didn't suit me, I could still return for full refund. Since shipping would have been about the same amount as keeping them at this point, I went for keeping the 3 at $5 each. The fact that they were bargaining with me to try and get something out of this transaction was gross. It was obviously worth it for them for me to keep the useless bikinis, even at $5. At the end of it all, you're left feeling scammed. With so many online shopping options today, were processes are streamlined and so many have option of free returns, I will not order with Cupshe again. Not worth the hassle. And really bad business plan in that customers are left with products they do not want. That's what I'm left remembering after all this; not the bikini I did actually like, but the three crappy ones I'm left having to get rid of after five days of negotiating over email exchanges.

I have to respectfully disagree with other's reviews. I ordered a sequence blazer from them and could not get over how incredibly cheap it looked and felt. It's awful. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing it. It looked much nicer in the pictures, which is why I purchased it. The return policy is a pain, too. They are asking me to send pictures to decide the "next steps". This blazer has been in my possession for all of 3 hours. Just send me a shipping label so we can be done with this. I would not recommend and will never purchase through this company again. Lesson learned.

Thank you for your reply, as a representative for Cupshe, you are doing an absolutely fantastic job of driving away potential future business. The quality of your products and return procedures are issues that need to be resolved in order for your company to have long term success. If I were you, I would take the countless low rating reviews that outline these issues seriously instead of wasting time coming up with excuses or trying to defend the company's flaws.
When "called out" on these issues, making snarky, passive aggressive comments (ie-"I'm
Sorry this bothered you") is not at all helpful and is a poor attempt at deflecting blame. Cupshe has some issues that need to be resolved. Other 1 and 2 star reviews prove there is a problem. No one has enough free time in their day to leave a negative review unless there is a legitimate reason to do so, so please take the complaints seriously and be respectful when someone makes their voice heard. There is no excuse for ripping people off.

The are IMPOSSIBLE to contact and do not return your money if you need to make a return. There is no way this is legal and I wish someone would sue them and close them down.

WARNING!
SIZING CHARTS ARE COMPLETELY WRONG!
AND YOU END UP EATING UP THE COST BECAUSE SINCE THEY ARE IN CHINA IN MOST CASES THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE HIGHER THAN YOUR PURCHASE!

As you know, it is stated on our website that we don't offer free returns at present. Our return label for different countries has different fees and it is not as expensive as you said. The self-ship fee is decided on the weight and height about your return parcel and in theory, shipping fee is also

I made a couple of huge purchases online for an upcoming cruise my husband and I are about to go on. I normally don't do online shopping, so when I do I am rather hesitant. The other place I ordered from awesome loved almost everything I ordered. Cupshe on the otherhand, lets just start with how long the delivery process took, nearly two weeks! And then I only got half of my order, and the other half the next day. Most of the items I have to send back because either defected, like a zipper on a jacket won't even zip up at all and the rest of the items well... they certainly aren't what I'd consider 'quality' to say the least. Most of them do have a funny smell, they run at least 2 or 3 sizes too small and the fit themselves just isn't right for any average sized or shaped person. (Unless you are very petite or in otherwords a small thin asian woman). In fact the items do ship from China because the barcode on the packaging is in Chinese writing. I followed the absurd, time saking and absolute ridiculous return process as required, sent detailed emails, with pictures of each item, along with the barcode on the clear packaging each individual item came in. I have not yet heard back and I am very concerned that I may just be stuck with all of these cheap, non flattering pieces of clothing I have absolutely no use for whatsoever!

DO NOT ORDER! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT IS RELIABLE AND ACTUALLY HAS GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING AND DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HASSLE FREE RETURNS!

So I ordered one of their bathing suits and picked my size based on THEIR sizing charts, which was way WAY off. I reached out to their "customer service" and was told I could not exchange because the item was on sale. Even though the item is still in stock as a large.

I am a 32DD - 34D and their line about 'try the model in for size' was a 36C which is total bs because there is no way she's a 36C. I considered ordering a large, but only changed my mind because THEIR sizing chart said that a 34D should be a small and a 36D a medium and 3 8D be a large. Well I'm not a 38 or a size 10-12 for their large recommendations. I'm a size 6-8. So I didn't want the bottoms to be way too big and unfortunelty trusted their sizing chart.

I wouldn't even be upset if they would just let me exchange for a large or get a different suit. I totally understand not all suits fit all body types and I would be happy to apply my store credit to a suit that could actually fit me. But now I'm stuck with this tiny bathing suit that barely covers my nipples. I'm serious guys I would NEVER wear this outside of my house bc it's barley covers anything. I would hate to see what the small looks like.

I bought 4 suits in the proper size according to what they had posted. None fit well enough to actually wear in water and seem to be made of cheply. I reached out the same day i recieved them saying i would like to return them and i met there return guidline policy. They then replied with a 50% refund without sending them back or an 80% credit (none of which i will except being that none of the suit are wearable to me). This is complete crap that the product can not be returned and you recieve your money back, had they been truthfull on the website about the return policy i would never have purchased from them. STAY AWAY

This is what the website states... yet not what they will send once you need to return something
Return & Exchange conditions
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service.
Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis, both top and bottom, not one part.
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.

I ordered 6 bathing suits from this website. As soon as I placed the order, without even receiving a confirmation e-mail the company charged my credit card. Okay, fine. A day later I received a confirmation e-mail claiming in incomplete sentences and broken English that it would take longer than usual to process and ship my items due to high volume. I immediately e-mailed the company customer service asking to cancel my order, as I was leaving for a trip in a couple of weeks and really needed the suits before that time and if that wasn't feasible I would like to just be refunded and not shipped the items. I waited a couple of days, still no response from customer service. I followed up yet again asking to cancel, still nothing. Finally, after about a week of "processing" and me trying to get in touch with the company over Facebook Messenger and e-mail (if you try calling the phone number it just keeps ringing and then eventually cuts off the line), someone responded back to me saying that unfortunately my order has been shipped and they were unable to initiate the refund. So I say, okay fine I will just return the items whenever it is I finally receive them. To make a very long, frustrating story short, they ended up only shipping 2 of the 6 items I ordered and gave me a fraudulent tracking number for the remaining 4. Told me that they would not allow a refund for the 2 that I actually did receive, I was only allowed store credit even though their website claims all unopened unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund. I ended up having to go back and forth with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. When my credit company called Cupshe to dispute the claim, Cupshe kept providing the tracking number for the 2 items that I did receive claiming that they had sent all 6 in that order. I was finally able to provide my credit card company with a copy of the electronic invoice that showed only 2 of the actual bathing suits of the 6 had I had purchased were actually shipped and delivered and they were able to refund me for the 4 that I never received. As for the 2 that arrived I ended up stuck with them. They are of extremely poor quality and material and the sizing is far from what you would consider normal. Please do not waste your time or money here, I wish I would have read reviews on a third party site prior to purchasing. I only read reviews on their Facebook page, which news flash, is run by them, and they only allow 5 star and raving reviews on their page. I myself attempted to post a bad review of their services and it was promptly deleted. This company is a complete scam and should be sued and shut down.

First off, a fellow mom friend of mine posted a picture of herself in the cutest swimsuit and I asked where she got it and she couldn't stop raving about Cupshe. The prices were fairly cheap so I browsed through a few suits and finally found the one I wanted to get. I paid 7$ to have it in 3 days and was glad to see it arrive on time.

Here goes the hell path that followed the moment I opened the damn bathing suit.
It REEKED of cigarettes, or something close to cigarettes. I'm not sure if it was the fabric or the damn bag but holy $#*!. It's like I was hit in the face with a pack of cigarettes. I tried the swimsuit on to see it lokked NOTHING like the picture. I looked at the size and realized it wasn't even the size I ordered. I ordered a large to play it safe and I got a medium.

I emailed customer service to inquire about making an exchange for a larger size because on my cupshe account (which I screenshot) SHOWS I paid for a large and it was their mistake. I never heard anything back for a week and I wrote them again. After almost another week, I got an email back saying I could not ex hange for a larger size because it was 2 whole dollars off the original price. 2! I began to explain they sent me the wrong size and in their policies, it states if it was something on their end, they would exchange it. I go back to look at my cupshe account to double check the size again, and it was literally changed to look like I ordered a medium! I sent both screenshots via email to cupshe and 3 weeks now and no response other than noticing they blacklisted me from their site and I no longer can access my account with them
