Not only were all of my suits great quality, but the customer service at cupshe surpasses all other companies! One of my swimsuits didn't fit quite how I expected and the process of returning it was smooth and easy! I'll forever be a returning customer!

Excellent customer service. I realized I had entered my old address for my suit to be shipped to, within minutes of writing to ask if they could change it Sunny tracked it down and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend.

I placed an order on 2/6/2018 and my card was charged at that time. I received an email 2/7/2018 with a tracking # that I am not able to track. Order #*******. I've emailed several times with no response.

I ordered three bathing suits from Cupshe and each one was better than the next! I love all three! Cute styles, great fit -true to size, good quality and fast free shipping! I really love them and i will be purchasing more next beach season!

I ordered a bathing suit and I returned it bc it was too big. It is going on two months now and still have not received my money back! This is ridiculous! I for sure won't be ordering from this website again

I am in love with my new bathing suits. Customer service helped me with an issue with one of the items that didn't fit me. They were quick and helpful. The products arrived timely and were just as described on the website.

I have written this company several times regarding my order (*******) that was never received. They reply that it was delivered on 2/10/18. But that doesn't help if it never came to my house. They told me to look around for it, and contact my parcel carrier.

I Placed my order #******* on 3/1/18 and they had no problem charging my card. Then it shows shipped on 3/2 but no tracking information. Unless it was sent by someone walking on foot I think I should have received it by 25 days. I will be calling my bank to alert them to fraud.

I have been so happy with my experience with CupShe! The swimsuits are well made, flattering on the body, and my orders have arrived in a timely manner. Their Customer Service is quick to respond to inquiries and easy to work with if you have any order issues. I will definitely order from CupShe again!

I ordered multiple suits and need to return some and I'm afraid no one will help me in time (30 days as it states on the website) to get my full refund! I have emailed them 3 times now and no response. I need someone to help me ASAP. I sent them EVERYTHING they requested one day after the package arrived. Customer service is extremely poor. My order number is ******* and the return number is *******. I'm getting really frustrated and really want my money back!

I bought one two-pieced bathing suit from here and absolutely love it. The sizing information they put in the description box of every bikini is so useful and my bathing suit fits true to size... (I got a medium). I was hesitant to even buy from here because you have to get the same size bottom as top and I normall get a small in the tops and a large bottom. Ur the medium fit perfectly and the straps on the bathing suit are adjustable so you can set it to your preference of support. The fabric is also thick and comfortable so it's not rubbing on your legs and irritating you like some other bathing suits do. The shipping process was a bit long but they do a great job at updating you and if you have any questions about your package they instantly replied to me on Facebook about the status of my order. Definitely will be purchasing again!

I absolutely love CupShe and from now on will always order my bathing suits from them. The first swimsuit I ordered fit perfectly (it was a 2 piece) the 2nd one (1 piece) was a little small, but I emailed about exchanging it and they responded right away, gave me 130% refund and I didn't have to worry about returning the other one. They have great customer service, material is great, and the swimsuits are just as the picture shows.

I am curvy and usually dont want to take off my coverups because of the bathing suit underneath. But this suit is absolutely perfect. It made me look really great (hubby couldnt stop starring) and wasnt too tight around my back which usually creates the less than lovely back fat. I almost ordered a size up but I got a 12 and I am glad I did because it was true to size. I am going to purchase another! Thank you cupshe.

It has been 13 days and I still didn't received any notification from any courier company with whom my parcel had been in charged to. No wonder why I didn't get notification through text because the parcel was handled by the New Post which is slow. I got my parcel now and it is 14 days. I am satisfied with my swimsuits, my first swimsuits ordered online and they are perfect. But the tracking is hard, because its New Zealand Post, but that is alright. It is not a fake company and I will do business with this company again, although I had to give allowance for its slow delivery.

I recently purchased two swimsuits with Cupshe on 2/15/18. I payed a small fee for expedited shipping to receive them within 5-7 days. I received an email stating my swimsuits were out for delivery on the 16th, but since then have had no updated information on the whereabouts or my package! I emailed them asking for an update and they first stated sorry for the delay due to the weekend and holiday and then went on to say you package has been delivered now and to check around the outside of my house or with a family member that my have picked it up without my knowledge. I want what I payed for!

Save yourself from this company and do not order from them. Low quality, manipulative customer service, and unprofessional information. A cheap, poor-fitting swimsuit has cost me hours of my life trying to get a refund for. Even though I shipped back the items, customer service might not give me a refund because I didn't save a copy of my receipt... which they didn't ask me for until AFTER they told me I can ship back my items.

I saw Cupshe all over Pinterest and loved the swimsuit style sand prints. I was shocked by the price and ordered 3 thinking maybe only 1 would fit. Well, all 3 bathing suits fit great and I love the styles! I paid the very low shipping price and they arrived within 7 days. Definitely, recommend this site!

I paid for expedited shipping that should take 6 business days. It has now been 5 business days and my package tracking said that it started in Texas but was never updated and when I contacted USPS, they said that they never received my package into their mail stream. Contacted cupshe three times and no response yet. Not happy!

My first order did not fit me ( I imagined myself smaller) and got back to customer service where they issued a coupon to be applied on a new order. I'm currently waiting for my new swimsuits and hopefully they fit this time. Customer service have been in contact all the time with updates and tracking info from my order.

I ordered several bathing suits and was very happy when I tried them on, they looked great and were what I expected. I did have to return/exchange 1 or 2 for fit and the return process was very simple, easy and quick. I will order again from Cupshe and highly recommend them. I am very happy with my purchases.

This site offers a large number of garments of the highest quality which have the colors that are fashionable at this time of year, also they have a large catalog of clothing of all types that any girl would want in their closet and their swimsuits should not be overlooked this page has the best models and colors worth seeing on their website!

The company is fraudulent and tries by all means to keep the money. It will be advertised with a free return, which, however, will not be offered. When you then return the goods, you must send the tracking number to the company before a refund is initiated.

The company is super dubious!
Don't shop here!

I bought a swim suit and after 3 weeks it still did not ship. Although the money was out of my account immediately. I contacted them about it and they said my shipment was lost. They will only give me a store credit not my money back. Also told me they couldn't send me it again cause it's not out of stock. That is not true considering I can re buy it online. After losing my package, lying to me, and now won't return my money for a item I did not receive. Never buy!
