I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam.
My order was #******* I ordered two bathing suits for myself and a one for a friend. The bathing suits fit great. I would recommend cupshe to anyone who is looking for good quality bathing suits at an affordable price! Also shipping was very fast. My order arrived within 3 business days!

The item I ordered was too big. When I emailed asking for the return process I received a prompt response and was provided a few options to choose from. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely order from here again. Looking forward to trying out some of the swimsuits!

I ordered 11 siwmsuits from Cupshe recently, some the same fit/style but in multiple sizes so I could keep only the ones that fit well. I have 3 that I want to keep and am trying to return the other 8. I have emailed customer service multiple times and sent everything they requested - photos, order #, exact name of suits, pics of barcode, etc. and they keep sending the same response asking for the info again! I am so frustrated as I actually like the 3 I want to keep, but cannot afford to not get my money back on the other 8. CupShe you need to provide my packing slip and refund soon or this is ripe for a class action lawsuit as you are not upholding the return policy on your website. Thank you.

Purchased 2 cover ups and 2 bathing suits. Had to return one of the suits for another size. The customer service I received was way above what I expected. The products were very well made and true to size. I will be ordering from this site again..

The bathing suits seem to all fit differently. The bottoms are usually too small and the tops are usually too big. I wish they would sell their swimsuits as separates because right now I am paying $20-$30 for just the top of a bathing suit. I haven't being able to wear the bottoms yet.
I cant get enough of Cupshe swim wear! I have 5 and another on the way! Im in love with all of them, they fit perfect to size, are made extremely well and look amazing on me! I recommend Cupshe to all my friends!

My swimsuit I bought from Cupshe fits super well. It is cute and modesta hard combination to find. It was also quite cheap in regards to swimsuit pricing. I would definitely shop there again.

I ordered 2 swimsuits on July 11 but I haven't received anything by today (August 1). It says shipping takes about 9 days so I waited and gave them some extra time. Emailed them and was asked to wait a few more days. I kept waiting for 5 more days but still haven't got anything. Emailed them again and they blamed it for the shipping carrier. I know it's the shipping carrier's fault but they could've worked with FedEx to figure out where customer's order is *Smh*. I politely asked for a refund but seem that they don't wanna give a refund. At this point, I think I lost my money :| Wish I could give them 0 stars :|

I am super picky too start off with so ordering swimsuits online was a nerve wracking thing for me. I ordered the suits and I should have went a size up due to my large chest. So the suits didn't work out but the customer service is amazing. I had a very quick turn around and was able to have new suits on the way immediately. A business customer service is the most important part of a company and they are on point. I will continue to order from them now on.

I bought 5 suits and two did not fit. Sizes vary from suit to suit. They responded since the suits were "sale" items they could not be returned. I believe they are based in China! Why would I ever purchase again if I'm not able to return an unused product? BYW... the no return policy was not easy to find on their website!

I ordered a 2 piece bathing suit and a pair of bottoms. I loved the design on the bathing suit and I believe they are great quality for how much you pay but there sizing is off. I checked the size chart before I ordered my bathing suit and made sure I got the right size and it still did not fit properly. Although the bathing suit and bottoms didn't work there customer service was awesome. The day I emailed them they got back to me a couple hours after and everything was done within a week. I love how they give you the option to keep your bathing suit and they will refund you full price other then they take $5 off. This great for people who want their money back fast.

I ordered two pieces which were great quality and I loved them but one piece was too small. I emailed customer service and asked how to return/exchange and they emailed back quickly, gave me options to choose from, and once I responded with my option that I chose, they gave my my credit to use on my next purchase. Very easy and fast! Will definitely continue to order from Cupshe!

I received an email on 02/06/18 confirming that my order had been shipped via POST. I can't find a shipping company called POST. I only know Deutsche Post, but they don't have my package. It should have arrived yesterday, but it didn't. I have no clue where it is. I tried to contact customer support, but they haven't answered yet.

The tracking number of this order is LX734244916CN. Courier is EMS. The parcel arrived at Germany now. Maybe you can contact local postal office for more tracking info.
Good quality, I have ordered from Cupshe many times before and, I am always satisfied with the great products.
This last order was great. I was expecting the bottom to be slightly higher than it is.

Beautiful looking suit with the horizontal stripes. I like that is has the underwire bra and extra strap with a hook across the middle of the back for more support and so the straps don't fall down your shoulders. I ordered a size 10 which is a perfect fit for me at 54 and 160 lbs. I ordered this suit and the black skirt with ruffles on the bottom in a size M and it looks great with this black and white suit, cupshe's products are really worth it, i see so many bad reviews here and wonder why, from my experience cupshe is just amazing, the site is clean, the give quality service, they are definitely recommendable.

My one piece suit was a great find! Price point, delivery, and fit was all great! I ordered size I would buy in a store. The fit was perfect! 5'7,125 lbs., small bust. I like how it is a one piece but sort of looks like a two piece suit. Exactly what I have been looking for. Will order again from them.

Love the swim suits I got! I admit I ordered 5 with the thought that I probably wouldn't like all of them, but I did! And for a little over $100 I had no guilt! Medium quality- definitely will hold up as long as I will want to wear them.

I ordered a large order because of the ability to return items (or so they claim). I have reached out to their customer service and filed multiple return requests, and have not heard back at all. It has been almost a full week with no response to any of my emails. This customer service is absolutely horrible and I wish I never ordered from them. They claim its easy to return, yet no one answers. It is a shame as I would have ordered here again if they made it easy to return. I really liked some of the suits I ordered.

I am shocked by some of the other poor customer service reviews. I ordered a medium as I fit in that sizing, but I am not small busted. When the suit arrived (on time!) the top wouldn't fit at all more like a B cup. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange for a bigger top as the bottoms fit fine. They quickly replied and said just keep the set and they will send a new one in what ever size I wanted. Which they did. My only complaint I wish I could just order a top in an XL and bottom in a M. But Love Love the suit. It was the All about U Stripe High-waist. I have a pool and like to use different suits to cover tan lines so I will buy again!

I ordered 3 suits over a month ago now and still havent gotten them. I have emailed their customer service and still have no answers as to whats going on. All they did was send me the tracking number that I already had and told me it was at the UPS store but when I called to pick it up they said they didnt have it... Im beyond upset. And frustrated that they have been little to no help and I still havent heard back from them. Im out the money I spent and dont have the suits I ordered. Ive never had such an awful experience ordering online. So if you want to give them money and not get anything in return, order from Cupshe!
They need to make their return policy clear and in bold print on the product page. The suit fit horribly and the return options are a. Order another suit with store credit they give you and pray it fits because it is not returnable or b. Keep the suit that does not fit and is useless and get a 50% refund. I was not up to taking the gamble on a new suit because of how awful the first one was and settled for half of my money back. If you are willing to sacrifice some money in hopes of a cheap swimsuit fitting then this is the place for you. If you are like me and like to be able to make returns from online purchases since you did not try it on - this site is not for you.

I purchased three suits! The quality is excellent. They arrived promptly. The bottoms were a little smaller cut in the back than I like so I chose to return. They gave three excellent return options and responded to my request very quickly. Will surely order from them again in the future.
