I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I loved how fast it arrived and the quality of the bathing suit. The reason i gave it four stars instead of five is mostly because they printed my address wrong even when i wrote it right at checkout but other than that i love it!
I ordered 5 swimsuits some of them were the same but in different sizes - knowing I will return the ones that don't fit. I had the best experience with Gloria processing the returns.
Plus the swimsuits were fantastic quality. I only have good things to say.

Warning: DO. NOT. EVER buy anything from cupshe.com! I purchased a couple dresses, they lost my package and only informed me of this AFTER i contacted them asking where my product was. Then they told me they'd refund me but it's been 4 months and my bank confirmed that they never refunded me. They then went on to tell me I'm lieing about it and they did refund me

I usually never order any type of clothing online because I always like to try on first but I took a chance on Cupshe after seeing how cute and affordable the swimsuits are! I ordered a couple at first and love how they fit me. The material is great and flattering! I'll definitely continue to buy :) I'm around 140lbs and wear a 34 C and the medium works great for me.

I ordered 6 bathing suits on Feb 12. No bathing suits, no shipping number and no response after trying to email their customer service 5 times. I posted a review here and they replied with a lie saying they have responded to my email. There is no response.

I bought two swimsuits. They are both absolutely beautiful! One was to small so I contacted customer service and they helped me find a new one of my liking and let me keep the old one! Customer service is fast and extremely helpful~! Swimsuits are beautiful, fit true to size and wonderful material. I will be recommending lots of friends to this site!

I purchased 3 suits not knowing how their sizing was going to be and decided to just keep one. I reached out to customer service, had a reply same day and was able to get a full refund very quickly. I would recommend CupShe not only for the suits themselves, but the service was excellent!

I bought four new bathing suits from cupshe. They arrived within the 5-6 days as quoted. I was very impressed with the quality of the bathing suit as well as the fit for the price I paid. Only issue was as this was my first purchase, I was unfamiliar with the sizing. After trying them on found I had purchased the incorrect size. I sent an email to the cupshe team to inquire about how I could exchange to my correct size. They replied promptly, and advised they would provide a credit in the form of a promo to purchase all new suits in my correct size with no need to send the others back! What great customer service! Will defiantly be a continued customer! Thank you cupshe!

The quality is outstanding, I have ordered many bikinis on-line and I have purchased many bikinis in shops in Miami, so let me tell you that Cupshe is a find! The price is unbelievable. I almost don't want to say this because I don't want them to raise their prices. The quality is as good, if not better than the boutiques and other on-line sites.

I have a hard time liking how swimsuits fit, but Cupshes suits are great! Not only do they fit well and are true to size, but they are also extremely affordable! I will definitely be ordering from them again soon. :) (order #*******)

Wow, great customer service. Was not expecting what I got when the swimsuit I purchased just did not look good on me. The quality of the swimsuit was great it was just that the swimsuit did not suit my body shape. Within one day customer service responded and took care of my issue and gave me three great options to choose from to resolve the problem. Now how many companies do that? Highly recommend purchasing from Cupshe.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received this week regarding two bathing suits I ordered! I always order a medium and they always fit beautifully! These two bathing suits the top didn't fit. So I jumped on and asked it I could return them and immediately was told absolutely! Nancy gave me a coupon so I could reorder new bathing suits, I have received them and they fit beautifully as well! Kudos to your company for being so accommodating and easy to deal with! Cupshe!

I ordered my first bikini from CupShe. From the first time i saw pictures of it online, i knew it was made for me, and it was at a very low price. I did not have any reason to say no to it. I like how the top of the bikini leaves the bottom of my breast bone a bit exposed. Its exactly as pictured online, it fits perfectly well, and it got to me in time too. The material quality is as wonderful as i expected. CupShe any day anytime! Thank you for the great experience.

It sounds like the only time people have a problem, is when they are returning a swimsuit. I have ordered for swimsuits from here and have loved all of them. They are great quality and extremely affordable
POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. I used the link at the bottom of the email and waited a week between each request. Even if it takes longer than the standard 10 business days. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. It's not worth the 3 emails they send a day and lack of confidence I have in the company to order again. It's too bad.

Customer service does not respond. I bought a suit and I don't like the way it fits. I contacted them 2 days after I received it, trying to return or exchange it and it's been a week, still no response. I have sent them 2 additional return requests since then.

I was looking for a Bikini like the triangle one but not as expensive. When I opened the package I was so exited because it looked like it did in the picture. I'm 5'5 and 100 lbs and got a size small. It fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this.
I will say the quality of these swim suits are fantastic! The quality of customer service... I can't even say the words that I would describe it. I ordered five swim suits because I knew I would have to return a few. No way to make a return. No packing slip in either shipment, phone number has been disconnected and I have sent multiple e-mails with no response. So, if you have money to throw away, order from this company because you can not return or exchange!
