I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I love Cupshe!! I also bought a dress to wear on my brother's wedding from Cupshe!. It was beautiful, made well, i used the sizing chart and it fit perfect!! I received so many compliments from my friends and even they wanted to buy from Cupshe. Cupshe is definitely a star quality store.
Product is poor quality and the company is even worse. You can't even get a refund back. You have to pick between 70% refund or your full refund minus you paying for shipping. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I payed for the expedited shipping and a week later I still have no recieved my package! Even when I track my order it says its being shipped but but all they have really done is print the shipping label. I specifically ordered these for a trip and now I know they deff won't be here by the time I leave. I will be getting into contact with my credit card company to dispute this so I can get my money back instead of going through the hassle of trying to get into contact with their customer service. Do not waste your time with this company unless you have a solid month before you actually need the products you're ordering.
Easy great shopping experience. I bought a lovely dress which looked exactly like the picture. Sizing is perfect just a little long but I am short 5ft3 so no big deal will just take the hem up. Would defo recommend and will definitely be shopping with them again lots

When ordering suits for this good of a price you cannot expect quality that is comparable to a $100 suit so I knew that going in. However, for the price you pay these bathing suits are great! I just recently ordered 2 suits, one fit great and the other did NOT. My advice is to read the reviews because that is how I knew which suits to order for my body type.
The main thing that impressed me was not the suits but the service.
Customer service was FANTASTIC! I have been emailing back and forth to figure out how to return the suit that didn't fit. I was given a coupon code to get another suit and didn't even have to go to the post office to return the item that didn't fit. I wish all returns were that simple and hassle free. Communication was great and I heard back within 24 hours from the same representative.

I needed to do a return on one of the items because it was small. When I initiated the return customer service was, efficient, polite and competent. All the products great quality and beautiful, I will continue to shop with them and highly recommend.

The reviews online are pretty accurate. I have ordered 5 suits and all of them look great I especially love the California line. The fit and quality was much better than I expected. Quick shipping. Very happy would and have purchased again and again.

I would not recommend buying from Cupshe! They have a horrible return policy! They do not offer a full refund on your suits! You are offered a Cupshe credit or 50% credit to your account! I will never order directly from this company again!

I ordered several items, which arrived earlier than expected. I had to return two of them and order different sizes. Customer service was responsive and handled everything politely and quickly, refunding my items to my original form of payment, minus shipping. I'm super happy with my items AND my experience with customer service! I have been scammed by other online clothing companies, which totally sucked, and because of that I was worried about this company too, but I didn't have anything but a positive experience with CUPSHE from start to finish.

We ordered two suits for our teenager. They are modest & we are very satisfied with their quality. We had a small customer service issue with one of the straps that had some unraveling. The response team & process was excellent. We were able to donate the one suit to a friend in need whose mother will pair the strap.

I ordered a swim suit for a vacation. Was told it would ship within 9 business days. Two weeks later the tracking still said "label created". I left for vacation, expecting it to be there when I got back. It wasn't. Tracking still said the same thing. I emailed customer service and they said, "your package was lost, we will order you a new one and your tracking will be updated within two days". Cut to four days later, still the same tracking info. Email again and was told, "your package was lost (again) and now we are sold out of that suit. We will credit your account." I told her, there is no way I am taking store credit, I will never be able to use it! Please don't buy from this store... story still continues

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered 14 suits, want to keep 2 and return the rest for a refund and NO ONE will reply to my emails. They dont have a phone number. How is this company even in business? Their website says returns are easy. Lies! I am reporting them to the BBB. And posting reviews everywhere. Everyone needs to know what a horrible company this is.

I love the color, fit, and the price of this swimsuit! I really appreciate that they give you the model's weight and what size she is wearing so you can gage the size you need. This is a great online company to purchase summer wear from.
No return policy, although they state that they do.
They refuse to return items that were purchased at full cost, no issues, tags still on items, and return requested within a day of the items arriving.
Terrible company. No support, they just stopped answering my emails.
Called the first time. It actually rang once, and you could they picked up and then hung up. Called again no answer, called again two rings hung up again. So, we got burned, it won't happen again. Scam artist would be a good name for them.

All of the suits fit so well, every time! I have bought multiple suits from this company and I am always so pleased with the quality and fit of them. I always recommend cupshe to my friends when they ask about suits and people are constantly asking where i buy mine. Love it!

I purchased 2 lovely one piece costumes which were super affordable and really great quality. Delivery was super quick. I had to return one as it didn't suit and they responded with options for the return. The communication was excellent and I liked that I had a choice of what outcome I wanted with the return. I ordered 3 swim suites on Feb 13 and still have not received them. The tracking number did not exist when I went to track the number and when I contacted the company via email, the got back to me but with really generic "solutions", one of which was to contact the delivery carrier. But they didn't tell me who the carrier was, so I couldn't even check with anyone. I had high hopes to review these in my blog but unless this gets resolved, will have a very disappointing review to write. My order number was #*******.

When I place orders online I'm a little afraid of the quality of the items, sometimes they look beautiful in the website but when you receive it it's another story... the item I got was exact as it looks in the picture, I am so happy with it.

I ordered 3 bikinis and 2 pair of sandals on cupshe. After about 10 days I received the order. Everything in the package was in a good condition an I was surprised of the quality delivered. The sizing of the tops and bottoms was really great, but unfortunately the tops didn't fit and I didn't feel save and covered. The sandals were to short for the size of my feet.
So I asked for conditions of returning the products and got an detailed answer in just a few hour.
The company doesn't provide shipping labels, but it wasn't a big deals to go to the post office an d get one.
After handing in the parcel ticket and the receipt from the post office, I received the asked full refund.

A great product of excellent quantity. The price was wonderful and the delivery, even at Christmas time was prompt. I paid for 4 day delivery (overseas) and it was on time. I would happily buy from Cupshe again.
