I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I just love the items that I received however they did not quite fit right. The service I was given was outstanding - I was offered a 60% refund but still able to keep my items. I shop alot online and things can go wrong. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely shop here again
I needed to exchange my swimsuit as I had ordered the wrong size. I initially sent my email requesting assistance to the wrong email address, but once I found the correct email address a few days later, I was quickly provided with a response offering a credit of 130% which meant I could buy the swimsuit in the correct size without having to worry about returning the original one I had ordered. So I ended up ordering two new swimsuits with the 130% credit. I am very happy with the service. Thank you CupShe! Xxx

So i have been seeing this website a lot via facebook, instagram, etc. and the bathing suits are SO cute and reasonably priced! However, do not be fooled by this ladies! I ordered two bathing suits on May 23rd and have been waiting for it to be shipped. I got the shipping email with the tracking number and was very excited because chose 6 day shipping. I thought all of the negative reviews for this company were wrong. But it is now June 5th and my package still has not been shipped. The reason they send you the tracking number is because they created the label, not because it has been ready to be shipped. I have emailed 5 different times now and only received one reply stating that they are going to ship it now. Still NOT SHIPPED! I chose 6 day shipping and it still has not even been shipped and it has been 13 days. I know you get tempted for the great prices but DO NOT be fooled. It is all sham.

I ordered a bikini, it got here very quickly and the suit fits pretty well, a little bigger than I thought it would be I ordered a medium but should've gotten a small. It looks exactly like the picture, and it has great quality. Thanks CupShe!

SHIPPING: 14 days, pretty standard for me
I purchased a few bikinis and one-piece bathing suits from this site and they are SUPER cute! I'm usually small but I ordered one size down, XS, and they fit perfectly! Keep in mind that I have wide hips and a bit of a booty.
The quality is so good and a bit thick so even if you order the white color, it won't be see-through. I'm going to order from them again next summer.

I ordered two bathing suits off this site. One of them was too big, so I followed the directions to try and return it. I was informed that I could follow the return policy if I would like, but that I would only get a partial refund and I could keep the item. If something that was ordered does not fit, I am not sure why anyone would want to keep it and then to find out even if I return it, I will not get the price I paid refunded. I like most customers want the full price I paid refunded once I ship the item back. I don't understand why this is so difficult, and you think it is satisfactory to offer less money refunded instead of the full price I paid for the suit. I will never buy from this company again.

I was worried about buying a bathing suit online but I was happily surprised! The quality was excellent and the service great! I needed to change by bathing suit and CupShe responded quickly and responded to my questions! I ended up by buying more bathing suits! They are pretty and of good quality!

I had placed an order with CupShe on a Saturday and paid for the express shipping. They didn't dispatch my order until Tuesday even though I had express shipping of 4-6 days and then I get a tracking number that is not recognized so I can't track my order. I spoke to a customer service rep on chat regarding tracking my order and she tells me that due to thanksgiving it'll be delivered 2 days after I fly out on holidays which didn't resolve the issue of the tracking number fiasco in the first instance. They shouldn't advertise express shipping if they know they cannot deliver due to public holidays... Their customer service is really bad. If you have a sale on and you know that that there will be high volumes of orders coming through wouldn't you plan accordingly? Wouldn't you prioritize express shipping orders first?
Lets hope the fit is right as their sizing guide online was a bit shady as well... Don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon...

I had a really great experience! My bikinis looked exactly as pictured and are a great quality! They were exactly what I was looking for and were so inexpensive. There are tons of other great, fashionable options at low prices. The quality is great -- way higher than I expected and way higher than what it's worth. I received my suits in a very timely manner. I love the variety that CupShe offers and the price is wonderful as well. I had to make a return for some suits that did not fit, and CupShe made that a very easy process as well. I will be buying from CupShe again!

So I ordered 2 suites. I got 2 similar suites in two sizes I was in between. Neither fit. One being way too big and the other being way to small. I am trying to return it and my options were to take a coupon for 120% of the value or keep the suites and have a 50% refund. I spent $60 before shipping. Why would I let them keep $30 because their size chart is way off? Plus the other option isnt appealing to me either, due to their sizing issues. When I asked for a full refund due to their sizing chart being so clearly off. They gave me two options, pay for expedited shipping (3 days) and tracking, or the 50% offer.
If you like the suites you are better off going on amazon prime to buy the suite. You get free shipping and returns. I will never buy from cupshe again.

In spite of the bad reviews some people have left, I had a good experience at CupShe. I ordered a swimsuit and it came about a week and a half after I ordered it (exactly when the site estimated) and it fit great. For the price, it was worth the gamble of ordering off of this website.

I ordered 2 bikinis and a dress. Everything looks just like the picture, is made well, fits well, and is exactly as described. Everything is very true to size. I'm 5'3" and 110, wear a C cup, and ordered smalls. Everything fits great! I have already recommended to friends and family!
I ordered multiple suits, because I had a 20% off promo code. When I submitted my order, I realized the promo code I put in had timed out. I contacted the company, and they responded that they couldn't resubmit the order. They were not accommodating, but it was my fault (sort of) so i didn't think much of it. THEN wanted to return 2 of the suits related to sizing issues. I contact them using the only way accessible on their website, and never heard back from them ( sent 2 messages). They are inexpensive bathing suits, but if they don't work for you, you're out the cost. Not very Impressed.

I have emailed this place multiple times about a return. They have my email address wrong and they have yet to respond back. If I do not hear back by this week I will be contacting my credit card company and filing a report to get my money back.

Customer service was great and quick and so was the delivery of the swim suits. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the suits I chose. I ordered 2 size small suits and was concerned about the tops possibly being too small for my chest but they fit great. I also appreciate the reusable bags each comes with.

I ordered two swim suits from Cupshe and although I did not love how they fit me the quality of the suits was amazing. I contacted the return center and they were very quick to respond. Since I have ordered another suit from them and love how it fits!

I love my suits I get. They are affordable and fit me well. I get a medium and am happy with the way it fits. I like how it arrives in a separate bag, I hold on to these so the suits stay as a pair in my drawer.
