I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I want my money back. I was very excited about my purshase and nos I am dissapointed.
I bought a cupshe suit for about a month now. I swim 5 days a week in the YMCA pool which has a lot of chlorine. My last suit which was not a cupshe suit faded and did not hold its form so I bought this cupshe suit, so far so good, holding its form, isnt fading, and feels great, i really love the quality of the material and enjoyed using their site. Cupshe really are worth every penny.

I ordered 3 one pieces from cupshe. Everything went well and I received them in 3 days. Later I ordered one more. Days went by and I didn't get any shipping details so I emailed Cupshe. It was out of stock. They offered me 3 options and one of them was full refund. So in total i had sent 2 emails - one asking where my suit is and one asking for a refund. 2 days later I got a full refund. I was so surprised because I was sure to be scammed. When I received my refund I continued shopping from Cupshe because I love the suits and I haven't had any bad experiences!
Very fast shipping and very cute swimsuits made me very staylish for the summer! Very reasonable priced made for a great shopping experience! Loved all the styles and colors & patterns you could pick from!

I've been searching for an affordable bikini for a year now and I decided to risk buying this one. I LOVE IT! The fabric is super soft and thick!. I would recommend CUPSHE to anyone similar to my size.
I ordered three swimsuits and they arrived a week later. Two of the suits didnt work for me and within a day I had a coupon code to purchase two new suits. I love the fit and quality of the suit I kept. I highly recommend ordering from Cupshe, I will definitely order from them again.
It took over a month to deliver. Sizing was perfect! Customer service was great. Quality was not the best for the clothes but the bathing suits it was good. Not sure I would order again due to time it takes to deliver- over a month is ridiculou. S!

I have purchased many suits and coverups. The suits are well made and cute styles. I did have a top that did not fit at all I contacted them and was given a choice of a credit to purchase another suit or a refund. I just wanted another suit. Another issue was a shipment was lost and it was replaced. I feel very confident ordering swimsuits from Cupshe.

When something looks too good to be true, it usually is. This is the case with Cupshe. Checking out is the only easy thing about this site. Tracking my packages was a rude joke. From the shipment notification until the package arrived in my mail, the tracking just read "in transit." There was no estimated arrival time, and certainly no actual tracking. But, the worst part is the return process! OMG, they couldn't make it more difficult if they tried. If something doesn't fit or simply doesn't flatter you, which let's be honest is probable with online clothes shopping, you have to email customer support and then take photos of what you what to return. Along with photos, you have to offer them a written explanation of why and all the product informationAND YOU HAVE TO SEND ONE EMAIL AT A TIME! Seriously, this company isn't worth the hassle. There are too many other online retailers to be bothered with this obnoxious process.

I have had a great experience with cupshe. I love the bikinis i get from cupshe, they are unique and long lasting ones. The material qualities are very fantastic. I have made several purchases from cupshe and i am always pleased with the bikinis i get. They are also affordable, i get the same sizes i order for and they fit well enough to get compliments when i wear them always. I am always being wowed by the shape and styles of every one i buy from them and the shipping is never delayed. I am thoroughly impressed thank you!
I ordered the wrong size because I need different size top and bottom and I was hoping to make it work with one size. It didnt. I emailed to request a return and they wrote back quickly to offer me a refund for a return, or store credit. I took the store credit and ordered the same suit in a different size, so now I have a great fitting suit. It would have been simpler if I could have ordered the suit originally like this, but either way I got what I needed, and the customer service was fast and friendly.
I just recived my bikini and it is gorgeous, just like in the pictures advertised, i feel beautifull wearing this. (i bought the white bikini with green leaves).

These suits are good quality and come in a timely manner however if you need to return something you ha e to jump through hoops like a monkey in a 3 ring circus. I jave ordered from them for years. I wear a size Large (10/12) have always purchased a Large. This last time I ordered 3 suits and a bottom 1 suit size Large was labeled a. Large but would have fit a 10yr old only and the bottom (separate) I ordered size Large would have fit a 300lb lady. The other 2 suits were as expected. Trying to return the 2 mis sized items has been going on for 2 weeks now and I finally told them today nevermind. It was taking way to much of my brain power to deal with them and their lies. I unfortunately won't order from them again

I purchased a one piece suit and found it a little short in the torso, especially since I am larger chested my celevage was a bit much. I contacted them about an exhange and they said I could keep the other suit and they gave me a credit for another suit. So I found another one I liked. I got that one and it is still a little short in the torso, but works much better. I am 5'10 so if you are a taller person; you may want to keep that in mind when buying one piece suits. But their customer service was good and the suits came quickly and are very cute!

Cupshe is a complete scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought anything. I read the return policy before I made my purchase and when my swim suits did not fit I did exactly what the policy said to do. Now they want to offer me half the money in store credit. I want a refund and to return the items but they are giving me a run around. I can not believe they a scamming so many people. BEWARE!

I had a great experience with CUPSHE, I had paid for expedited shipping as I needed the products quickly but due to unforeseen reasons they did arrive in time. CUPSHE gave me a great coupon and offered to process the return; all done very quickly and with no hassle.
I ended up keeping the products and they are really great quality and very cute on - true to size and descriptions. I'll be back.

I'll fitting cheap suits. The ones I ordered ran large. No receipt in the bag... I had to email to initiate a return. HASSLE! They want pics of defects and even the BARCODES for a return. This is 2017, really? The customer has the right to return no matter the reason. After this experience, it is clear to me this company wants to deter returns.
OH, and like others have mentioned, it took FOREVER to ship. I waited more than 4 weeks and was sorely disappointed.

I bought a few swimsuit i didn't end up loving the fit but instead of reaturning them they deducted 5$ from each swimming suit for shipping and refunded me the rest so i didn't even have to go to the post office to send then back! I just recived my order and i was not disapointed, it was exactly what i expected, it seems to be made with good material, and the scariest part about buying online is the fit and the size, which was on point, i look gorgeous on my bikini.
On the other hand the order was really easy to track and arrived on time.
I would 100% recommend the site.
I wouldnt order from this company, the costumer service is awful. I cant get them on the phone, theyve only responded to one email, when Ive sent five about returning my bathing suits. I spent over a hundred dollars and theyre ignoring me. So do not but from them! Beware!
I ordered a shirt to wear to a proposal party. I even paid extra shipping to make sure it was here in time. NOPE it wasn't! Don't offer the express shipping if you can stand too it. After not receiving it in time. I tracked my order and it stated it was on hold. After three days of trying to contact to find out why they stated it was on the carrier and should be delivered end of day! Have I received it, NOPE! Over it! I wouldn't recommend it! Gave one stay because I had too!

I love these bathing suits and i am a curvy girl and get size Large and i love it i did deal with customer service and they were so prompt and nice it was amazing. There is tracking and they do tell you the shipping which does take a little while but they give you all that information. AGAIN i LOVE these bathing suits
I ordered this item on 8/14 for my Honeymoon, and expected to receive it in 9 days as they advertise 9 business day shipping. I did not receive it until 9/8 (22 business day shipping!). I was already almost a week into my honeymoon by the time it got to my house and no longer have a need for the bathing suit because it did not get to my house in time. I contacted their customer service and received the WORST customer service i have ever received. I emailed them before I left concerned that the item wasn't going to get there in time and received no help, then i asked about returning the item, was told i could only receive a discount on another item, and then was told that i couldn't even receive that and was stuck with this bathing suit that i no longer needed because it took them over 22 days to ship it to me when they advertise 9! HORRIBLE business i will never be buying from again. I ended up ordering bathing suits from Amazon with 2-day shipping for cheaper

Quality is as expected for the very good prices but the return process was quite a hassle and expensive.
It's difficult to buy a suit without trying it on, so I ordered several options. I ended up keeping 3 of the 8 items in the order because I found most suits ran small and had an awkward fit on me. I initiated the return online & was told my return was "Pending Review" & I should get an update in 24 hrs. Two days later after no update, I contacted customer care via online chat & was told I'd have my label in 24 hours. Guess what -- no label came in 24 hours. I contacted chat again & was told I should just wait another 24-48 hours. They blamed their web portal, yet to my knowledge, there were actual people on the other end of chat who somehow were not empowered to email me a return label. Knowing, there is only a 30 day window for returns, I elected to self ship. It cost me $11.90 vs the $9.99 cost of the return label that Cupshe theoretically provides for returns but that I could never get from them. At least I finally got my refund. I am not sure if the problem is intentional --seeing if customers will forget to follow up and miss out on the 30-day return window or if it's just incompetence, but if the website portal and 2 agents can't get a return label out in a week, it's not a company I will choose to do business with again.
