I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

Do not believe for one minute that when this CupShe customer service rep comes and comments on your review that they are actually taking care of anything. They ask you for your order number and then follow up with an e-mail stating that they have already solved your issue when they have not.

Fair warning... I would not recommend nor buy from this company ever again.

DO NOT ORDER! If you're not satisfied with the product they will not allow you to return. They will send you a bunch of emails telling you they will offer you a store credit and how you can not return if you use a promo code. No where on the website does it say that! I had been back and forth with them for about 5 days and all I had been asking for is a return address to return the swim wear and still only offered a store credit. They would not give me a return address no matter how many times I asked. Finally settled on store credit because at least that was better than being out the money... new order shows up and there is a HUGE stain on the sweater! DO NOT waste your money! Horrible customer service! It's like a SCAM if your not satisfied your stuck with the product! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Cupshe is the worst excuse for a business I've ever experienced. They are Chinese scammers who have crappy products and use fake photos to advertise their swim suits. They're whole business model is to entice you with cheap swim suits and then they do not fit and you cannot return them. That is IF you even receive your swim suit. I ordered one, they offered me the credit to get a new one because they would not give a refund, and then the new one I ordered never arrived! HORRIBLE. This is they type of business that we need to keep out of America.

Was unhappy with 3 suits that I ordered from this site and wanted to return (I kept 2). The English in the email correspondence was terrible, the return options made no sense, and it took almost a month before receiving a return address to send the suits back. I google mapped the return address and it's a shady looking home in Ontario. Seems like they give all sorts of different return addresses- clearly not a legitimate company. Fake profiles and paid reviews of "5 stars". Buyer beware!

Paid extra for Express Shipping for 3-5 days. Arrived 3 1/2 weeks later. One bathing suit did not fit. Tried to return it. Said non returnable when it wasn't. Spent 30 mins on phone with chat. Demanded "evidence" of of my order when she had it in the system. Had to email them my confirmation email saying it was returnable. Took 30 mins. Would not credit me for shipping.And I had to pay for it to be returned. The bathing suits are poor quality and very very tiny.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from here.

I placed my order on 02/07/2018 received confirmation with tracking. It is now 02/21/2018 and I still have no package, no tracking information and many unanswered emails to cupshe.

What a joke of a company. Customer service is horrible. The Chat Now on the site doesn't even work properly. It only sends a damn email. NO phone number to contact anybody.

This will be the first and last time I ever order from this company. Obviously I am not the only

Buyer Beware - This company is completely unresponsive to inquires, regardless of the topic. It took forever to get my order. One item was delivered but their website showed both items were delivered. When I contacted them about the second item I got no response. I continued to email and received only canned answers. Eventually the item was delivered; two weeks later.

I was dissatisfied with both items. The fabric on the sleeveless dress is more like a material you would find in a nightgown. The vintage dress has a strange cut causing the neckline to plunge halfway down my stomach. Again, I sent communication regarding the return, expecting a return shipping label. Instead I received another canned answer that said they would refund 1/2 my money and I could keep the dresses. What a scam! The dresses are not 1/2 bad, they are all bad. I don't want 1/2 my money, I want all of my money. There is no address on their website for returns and they will not respond.

Absolutely terrible service. I spent $150 on low quality swimsuits. When I tried to return some for a refund, they just didn't answer. I sent three requests and no answers at all. Now I've wasted my own money on terrible quality swimsuits. I'm so angry and will surely never buy from them again. Don't make the same mistake I made, just don't buy from them at all to prevent from this to happen to you.

I have sent several emails in order to even obtain my Order Number since it was not put in the email confirmation and no one will email me back. I have even messaged through FB and nothing. There is no way to even contact a live person to obtain just this simple info! I paid through PayPal and now I am in a sitting an waiting game. It has been 72 hrs since I emailed to get my Order Number. So frustrating!

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a small and they sent me a large. All I have been receiving back is automated emails with no direction on how to speak to someone directly. This is not what I paid for. I am hugely disappointed. I will NEVER order from this website again.

Just like another the quality was cheap. A total joke nothing like pictures. One dress looks like made out of cheap shower curtain material! To top it off after laughing my butt off and went to return it… well you might as well keep it because you only get a few dollars per item!

I paid extra to get the bathing suits here in time for my vacation. Unfortunately neither bathing suit fit my chest and I requested a return last night. This morning I was told I could get 45% partial refund or 75% refund in store credit/coupon and both options let me keep the bathing suits I CAN'T wear. I feel like you are not honest about your return policy. Your website says you can return anything as long as tags are on, not worn. If you were clear and upfront about your policy I would have never ordered from you and plan to tell people to stay clear of your site. How many women can order a bathing suit online without having tried it on and have it fit perfectly? Not many, and not this person.

Ordered two swimsuits for my daughter. They don't fit. Almost 2 months later I am still trying to return them. They won't give me the address to return they won't do anything. They absolutely stink. There are plenty of poor reviews for them on their own website even

Do not order from this site! They only sent me half of my order and took the money for my entire order almost immediately! Their order tracking feature on their website says they delivered my entire order. Their customer service is an automatic response system and they DO NOT respond to facebook messages or emails! They don't even have a phone number. I will be disputing the credit card charge with my bank. The other reviews I've read on this company are horrific, too bad I read them after I purchased! I will NEVER order from them again.

Unfortunately I did not review this company prior to placing an order for over $200.00. They market these super cute clothes hanging perfectly on their American models & they should be sued for false advertising or fraud. The order took over two months to receive. Nothing arrived as it was marketed. The quality of clothes were cheap & unrecognizable. The phone number gives you an answering machine, return requests are denied & email responses are generic in nature. My biggest concern is having strong suspicions that my number was given to Chinese Telemarketers as I have been receiving spam in Chinese on my phone since ordering. I received no less than 50 text messages in Chinese in one cluster. I had to go to the Apple Store to straighten it out. Don't buy from these con artists who take advantage of online American shoppers. It is my hope they will get shut down, but only if we DONT PURCHASE & spread the word.

I order 3 shirts After more then a month finally got 1 out of 3 and I was so disappointed because the color of the flowers are all faded the material is really bad quality is shining not work paying 25 dollars for each, I spend 78.25 total and I contact them and they want to refund me 9 dollars they don't want me to return it because they say shipping will cost a lot they are not in the USA. I have expressed my frustration and each email I have explained I do not want store credit and that I want a refund. Please please don't spend a penny with this company is not worth it so disappointed

They don’t give refund they don’t do return they take for ever to reapply your emails and they force you to accept the 6 dollars they want to give you back when you spend 80 dollars for the order. They say sending back the order will cost you to much since they are not in the USA. Please don’t buy here you will lose your money

Do not, under any circumstance, order from here. The clothes I ordered looked NOTHING like they were shown online. They were made of cheap material and fit terribly. When I tried to return the items, it took over a month for someone to finally respond to my emails and give me a return address. They assured me that I would be refunded once I sent the items back. So, I sent the items back. It's been over 3 months and I've yet to receive a refund. No one will respond to my emails. At this point, I'd say my money is long gone. I will NEVER order from this company again.

This is my second order with Cupshe. The first one arrived within the 13-15 day estimated time frame. However, my new order (#*******) has been in transit since February 14th and tracking information shows only "label created" and states tracking info will be updated once item ships. I've emailed daily for over a week to get accurate shipping information or a full refund only to be told that my item did deliver, or that it's being delayed due to weekends and holidays or they send me the link to my FedEx tracking number which has still not been updated. At this point, I just want my money back and I will order from another site. Very frustrating!

I wish it was possible to give this company 0 stars. They tried to steal $220 dollars from me because I couldn't produce a tracking number proving that I returned their swimsuits. They said their warehouse didn't receive the suits and there was nothing they could do. Boy, were they embarrassed when my post office helped me locate the tracking number. Sure enough, they had received my package a week prior.

Per their comment below, they refunded a credit card that isn't even mine. I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Save yourself a head-ache and stay far away from this company. I only wish I would have read more reviews before purchasing. :/

Beware when you bought from this company. Not only that it is a CHINA based company, also the return is not free. You have to pay your own postage. If you don't want that, they'll give you 70% refund which they claimed to take 10 business day which in reality, if you don't contact them, they would not refund you, even after the waiting period.
Product wise: So so. Mind as well buy from USA based company.

Sizes are insanely small. They hide information on returns and won't authorize. The quality is very poor. Once they started getting poor reviews, they began 'promising' returns and customer satisfaction However, they won't deliver. Many poor reviews and disappointed buyers. Unfortunately, a lot of young girls are finding this out the hard way. They do a lot of heavy marketing in instagram and pinterest. Being in China, they can take your money and don't care.

I ordered from this company and paid for expedited shipping. I haven't received my order and they told me they are giving me a coupon to order again. All correspondence is done through email and takes days. I just want my money back! I have given up on the suits at this point.

This website is a scam. I e-mailed their return department "zendesk" (there is nothing zen about it) only to never hear from them again. I have never had such a terrible experience ordering online in my life. Do NOT listen to all the positive reviews on their website either. The sutis fit horribly as well. One of the bottoms were like a diaper and the material was cheap. My order # is *******.

Received an order of 8 swimsuits and 6 of them don't fit me properly. Emailed customer service to return items, included pictures of barcodes and followed return instructions as per their website. It's been a week now, and 3 emails sent by me, and still no response from anyone. Seriously disappointed with the customer service at CupShe. It's a shame because the suits are cute, but I won't be ordering from them again if this is how difficult it is to return items. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau needs to be notified?

Received two suits - looked adorable on IG. Fit was awful, material cheap. One was even sheer (and it was black, no less!). After reading awful reviews about return policy I didnt even bother - suits went in the trash. Read the other positive reviews on here closely - they are clearly fake. Wont buy from them again, ever.

I didn't really care for the suits I purchased, so I wanted to return them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.
Every day I get an email with a different coupon code, but no return address. I'm happy to pay for the return shipping, just want the money back for the suits!
I would have purchased from them again, but not now seeing as the customer service just gIves you the run around hoping that you will give up.
Really disappointed.
