I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I didn't really care for the suits I purchased, so I wanted to return them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.
Every day I get an email with a different coupon code, but no return address. I'm happy to pay for the return shipping, just want the money back for the suits!
I would have purchased from them again, but not now seeing as the customer service just gIves you the run around hoping that you will give up.
Really disappointed.

I didn't do my research before ordering. Found their ad in Pinterest...
Received a incomplete shipment. They send things I didn't order, items were missing. The clothes looks nothing like their pictures online. Some of the clothes had an order so bad, I had to wash over and over before wearing. I contacted my credit cards to dispute the items that were missing and not sent. They do not have any return instructions, items came from china and another state. When contacting online customer service. They reply with odd message saying there is a short amount of time to response before the email is no longer available...
Long story short... SCAM... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM... There are so many of these type of online clothing business popping up.

It has been four weeks and my order still hasn't arrived. The tracking shows that it hasn't even left China yet! I've emailed CupShe twice and all they have said is that they will check with the shipping company to "hurry" the order... Don't waste your time!

I ordered 2 suits... which did not fit my daughters... Return policy states 30 days - now they are offering me a 50% refund... or a store credit... They do not even publish a phone number for you to call - horrible customer service and policy...
How can they even operate like this? I will be reporting them to BBB. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company... SCAM

Even though they said that my item would be shipped within 10-12 days, at this point there has only been a label created (even though it's now been 15 days). If nothing changes, I will be looking into having my item refunded, and will be warning my friends not to order items from this site.

I agreed with the rest of the review that it's a scam. They are Chinese based company and have horrible refund policy and fake reviews. Everything is on paper for ads but none is true. When I request refund for unshipped item, they offer coupon and allow you to go through all the trouble till you give up. I tried posting 1-star review but it never showed up on their website.
Shameful as it is, but this is their strategy. They charged you for full price even they realized some items are out of stock, hoping you could forget about it or give up going through troubles to get your money back.

Quality? Forever 21. Price? Higher than Forever 21.

My product came late, thus missing my entire vacation. By the time I got home and tried to return the product, it was 2 days past their 21 day return policy and they will not take back the unopened undamaged goods. Their customer service representatives are rude and terrible to their customers.

I cant remember the last time I experienced such terrible customer service. I purchased two swimsuits from Cupshe and one arrived damaged (thread coming undone at strap). I followed the instructions on the Cupshe website and sent photos of barcodes as well as a photo of the damage. I have now sent customer service FIVE messages via email and facebook messenger and am STILL WAITING for a response. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The swimsuits may be a good price, but they are poor quality and you will be hard pressed to get your money back if they don't fit perfectly or arrive damaged from shipping. Order#*******

I purchased two bathing suits from Cupshe for a vacation. When I submitted my order, the shipping time frame was 10-12 days. 20 days later and still didn't have my package and I didn't have it in time for my vacation. I was already annoyed and then once I received my package, one of the bathing suits didn't fit (even though they were the exact same size). I followed the instructions listed on their website to process a refund only to find out that they do not give full refunds and do not provide shipping labels. They basically lie on their website. Don't order from them.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 3 suits, 1 didnt fit and 1 was completely the wrong suit. It has taken me an entire month to get the coupon codes to reorder and now my suits wont be here for the trip Im taking next Friday. If I wanted to have them for my trip I would have to pay $15 in shipping. They refuse to help me with that even though the experience they created was horrendous. I think they try to make returns as inconvenient as possible in hopes that you will just get tired of it and they will be able to keep your money.

I don't even know if I would give this company one star. I received my order on 2/26 and emailed the company a day later to let them know i needed to return. My order number was *******. I keep getting the general email response and have sent them everything they asked for several times with no response. Can someone PLEASE respond regarding the next step to return these items so I can get my money back. This is terrible customer service! Laura Capps

I purchased a bikini set from Cupshe and the top didn't come close to fitting. The bikini I ordered was the Fete solid top and bottom in green. Their site says bikini sets can be returned and must be returned together. I sent the suit back in addition to a horrible "sweater" they referred to as a swimsuit cover-up. The company says I ordered a mix and match lingerie and it can't be returned. Mix and match would be 2 different products and a swimsuit is not lingerie. The fact that they won't publish their return address clearly on their web site is a red flag in itself. I have literally emailed this company for days.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They have horrible customer no-service. I made a return over a month ago and they have yet to credit me. I have emailed at lest 7 times and get the same frustrating bland non-response. Unfortunately, I did not send the package with a tracking number, so I feel I have no recourse. I'm sure the package must have been delivered to them, but I cannot prove it. Chalk this loss up to experience, but I am writing this now to tell others, "DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

This company is extremely dodgy. They plaster all over their site 'hassle free returns' within 30 days, however when you actually try to return they say 'returns not accepted on marked down items' (not mentioned in their advertising). The problem is every item in their store is always 'marked down' from an exhorbitant sticker price, so they never accept returns. The quality of the swimwear is really poor, unflattering cuts and poor quality material - will never shop here again! SCAM!

I placed my order 4 days ago and when i click to track my package it says it is ready but hasn't been picked up yet b the carrier. My clothes should be on the way as the shipping stated it usually takes 5 business days total (already been 4 and it hasn't even moved from Cupshe lot).

Rating zero isn't an option so I had to go with a 1. As many others have written we ordered two suits and neither fit (even tho we went exactly by their sizing chart). We have tried contacting CupShe with zero response, there is no phone # to get to a himan being. We are stuck with 2 suits that don't fit and can't get our money back. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Zappos is so easy to deal with... will go back to them!

I have emailed them contact them try to sign into my account to return two packages and then I didn't receive one package and I have gotten nothing back. Nobody has emailed me a label or anything and then they told me to go to sign in to my account and it locks me out saying that my email doesn't exist horrible customer service no one to contact. I just want to return my stuff and be done with them.

I purchased two bathing suits and was so excited to receive them in the mail. When they finally arrived I rushed to open them, what I found was unsatisfying. The first was much too big and the second had a tear down the side. When I went to Request a refund they simply turned me down and said sorry we hope you understand. I spent a fair amount of money on what I thought would be quality suits. Terrible customer service and suits- I would not recommend wasting your money.

I bought a few items on their website thinking it will come in time for my trip. Cupshe advertises 6-8 business days on the website. The time passed and I didn't get the mail. After I reached out, they said there would be a delay because of some shipping problems they are experiencing. They didn't even have the courteasy to let me know, until after I reached out. Who knows when my stuff will arrive. Poor customer service... despite their items on the website looking so cute, I would not recommend this place.

I paid extra for expedited shipping so that the product would arrive before a couple days before I left for vacation. HOWEVER, Cupshe messed up my address, forgetting to put the floor number, so I did not receive the item until after my 10 day vacation. They would NOT refund me the price I paid for expedited shipping and would also NOT let me return the item, even though they advertise easy returns. They only offered me a 75% off the next purchase? I will never, ever buy Cupshe again. Also, none of the phone numbers they provided were in service. Total scam.

Please read an honest review. I ordered on April 1st with 5-7 business day shipping. It's now April 19th and I have not received anything. The shipping says label created but still awaiting the item from April 1st. They claimed it was lost in transit and another package shipped out and and wait another 5-7 business days. If you want a full refund on products you never received, forget it. They will offer you a 100% off coupon to a future order though or only 50% refund on products you never received. What a joke. I would never recommend this company. What terrible customer service.

I had to send 5 emails to customer service until I got a reply. I specifically stated that I wanted to return my order because of quality issues, and they offered me an in-store credit! I never want to order from this company again so told them I wanted a full refund. Still waiting to hear back... This place is a scam, DO NOT ORDER. They make you tell them specifically why you want to return, with individual pictures of everything. I have never had another company do this.

I ordered 2 suits from this site, and 1 did now work out for me. So I wanted to return. I am getting no response from this company, after sending 3 emails with all my information for the return, and still no response. I was going to order another suit to replace the one I am not happy with, but now I will not be giving this company any of my business. I would like my money back CupShe!

I ordered two swimsuits with the hopes to receive them before vacation. I paid extra for expedited shipping and received an email the day after I placed the order saying the items had been shipped. However, the tracking number does not exist and no shipment info has been received/updated. I contacted customer service and, like other users, they said the order had been delivered and to check with the delivery carrier. However I never received any info regarding the carrier and no shipment has been received.

I have emailed numerous times to get tracking information on an order placed 2-19. My credit card was charged and I have not received any emails regarding my order. If I don't hear back soon, I will have to dispute this charge with the credit card company. I have tried contacting them via phone but the number does not work.
