I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I have ordered from Cupshe several times now. They have cute stuff at affordable prices. The customer service is great also. They are prompt to reply and ensure the customer is satisfied in the end. What more could you ask for? I'm pleased with my entire experience.
Great bathing suits of high quality fit to measure and a suit for every body.
Buying a swimsuit online is tricky but the guess work is taken out of the equation as there are sizing guides for every suit. Delivery is fast. Service is automatic. If for any reason you are not happy, you won't be disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
A tip...be very careful about which swim suit you choose. Use the sizing guides. Note bust cup sizes. Look at customer reviews for each suit you think might work for you.

I bought 2 swim suits and a floral shirt cover. One suit did not fit my body. The shirt was for my sister. She fancied another cover on the website. The one suit I bought fit perfectly.

I ordered several swim suits based on the reviews which I now know are fake. Do not believe their return policy. It is fake as well. You will not get your money back and you will be lucky to receive your whole order. This is a scam operation. The prices look too good to be true because... they are. BTW- They remove all bad posts from their social media and website. Then block you.
I inquired about making a return the day I received the item and found out it didn't fit. Still have not received a return label and it's been weeks. I don't know if this is their way of stalling so you use up your 30 day return period? Will not order again.

I ordered an xs swimsuit for my daughter. We were sent an XXL instead. The exchange process was easy and Alice was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to my emails. Will definitely order from them again!

I bought a suit I wasn't crazy about and was worried about the exchange process because I didn't really look at it. No worries. Customer service is very responsive and were able to help. Will be ordering again!

Cupshe has original products made from quality materials, the bikinis are very beautiful. I created an order and when it was delivered, it was exactly what was displayed online. This is a store with an eye for perfection.
Bought two bath suits that were good quality just didn't look great on my postpartum body. Asked for a return, they contacted me via email in a very timely manner with a few different options to remedy the situation. Ended up with a 130% coupon, got two different bathing suits completely covered! Very happy with this company

I purchased 3 suits- shipping and arrival was quick! The sizing of the suits is bang on (true to size)- I just didn't love the style of two of the three- I contacted Cupshe customer service to see about returning- there team made my whole experience fabulous- it was a seamless, professional, courteous conversation and very easy process! I have already ordered two more suit- the quality, the style of the suits is exactly what I would expect for $$$ cost suits! I am so excited that I found this site! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing all around! I am leaving for Florida early Sunday morning. A friend recommended me to visit cupshe.com site I look at this website on Wednesday & I just received my new favorite bikini today! I was iffy on sending an email, majority of online shops take days/weeks to reply. I ended up sending an email just explaining my time crunch & less than 10 minutes later, I get replies THANK YOU Bikini Cupshe for the 110% customer service. Will be shopping here soon!
I order swimsuits and one came in and did not fit at all. The problem is the cups don't stay in place and in a one piece could drop to your belly. You have to constantly pull them up. They had me answer about 25 emails to finally say they would not issue a refund but would give me a 50% credit.
If you want a swimsuit in this brand I recommend just dealing with amazon. Their customer service is amazing. Cupshe is terrible and I will never order directly from this site.

I just received my swimsuit in the mail, and it doesn't fit properly. I wanted to send it back, and apparently they don't return items that have gone on sale. How could a company have such a policy?! I would NEVER buy from them again. 20$ down the drain. :(

I have purchased several bathing suits from CupShe after seeing their ads on Facebook and Instagram. I love the suits! I will definitely be going back for more. Not only are the bathing suits great, their customer service is top notch. When I needed to return a bathing suit for size, I was given several options for the return, with one being to receive a 130% coupon towards another purchase and keep the suit I had. It worked out perfectly. The turnaround time on their orders is within a week. I am going to try their clothing next. Thanks CupShe!

When shopping on line you never know the quality or fit. Well Cupshe has wonderful bathing suits nice fabric, well made and the size chart helps you get a good fit. I also ordered a dress which which was up to the same standards. I wish Cupshe would do more dresses because I can only buy so many bathing suit. There is no charge for shipping which is another savings. Thank you Cupshe!

I'm so happy with this company. I ordered four medium swimsuits that came suprisingly fast. I was disappointed at first because they were too small, so I emailed the Cupshe team to exchange them for larger sizes. They then proceeded to give me a 130% coupon to use online to reorder my items plus more and told me I didn't have to send back the original bikinis I ordered. I've never dealt with an online company this generous. Thanks Cupshe!

This is the first time I have ever bought swimsuits online and it could not have gone much better. I purchased 5 and 3 fit perfect. The other 2, the bottoms fit but the tops did not. Returning is a little tricky, but they give you several return options and the customer service lady I was dealing with was extremely prompt, nice and very helpful explaining how it all works. I am sold with CupShe and will be buying more swimsuits from them in the future.

I ordered three bathing suit, all of them were nice quality and l around beautiful looking. I had to return one for an exchange and customer service was right on top of things. I already ordered two more. Cheap prices for great suits! Cannot go wrong
I found out about this website through instagram ads. I had a wonderful shopping experience. I got a pair of jeans and shorts on Sunday. Good service and I received my products within 8 days. It fits me perfectly too.

My swimsuit came in 6 days with (free) standard shipping! The packaging was cute, and the swimsuit was really soft and good quality. I would buy from again! Just make sure to check their sizing chart before ordering and measure yourself :D

1. The suits are ill fitting and run very small
2. They do not honor their own refund policy.
I ordered two suits (S and M) I am a 6 and both were tiny so I wanted to send them right back. You need to request a refund via email. They responded that I could either get a 50% refund and keep both tiny cheap suits, or give me a store credit for 80% of the amount I paid (just a week before). OMG!
Cupshe was hands down amazing in every way to me during my shopping experience. Their site was helpful, saw their products and had several fabulous recommendations.
