I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I emailed everything needed to return my swimsuit and they said a return address and label will be sent and that was 1 week ago. They will not respond to any emails now. It will be past the window to return. Ugh... These swimsuits are not made for DD's, they simply will not cover.

I payed for the expedited shipping and a week later I still have no recieved my package! Even when I track my order it says its being shipped but but all they have really done is print the shipping label. I specifically ordered these for a trip and now I know they deff won't be here by the time I leave. I will be getting into contact with my credit card company to dispute this so I can get my money back instead of going through the hassle of trying to get into contact with their customer service. Do not waste your time with this company unless you have a solid month before you actually need the products you're ordering.
Product is poor quality and the company is even worse. You can't even get a refund back. You have to pick between 70% refund or your full refund minus you paying for shipping. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I would not recommend buying from Cupshe! They have a horrible return policy! They do not offer a full refund on your suits! You are offered a Cupshe credit or 50% credit to your account! I will never order directly from this company again!

I ordered a swim suit for a vacation. Was told it would ship within 9 business days. Two weeks later the tracking still said "label created". I left for vacation, expecting it to be there when I got back. It wasn't. Tracking still said the same thing. I emailed customer service and they said, "your package was lost, we will order you a new one and your tracking will be updated within two days". Cut to four days later, still the same tracking info. Email again and was told, "your package was lost (again) and now we are sold out of that suit. We will credit your account." I told her, there is no way I am taking store credit, I will never be able to use it! Please don't buy from this store... story still continues

Called the first time. It actually rang once, and you could they picked up and then hung up. Called again no answer, called again two rings hung up again. So, we got burned, it won't happen again. Scam artist would be a good name for them.

I ordered 3 swim suites on Feb 13 and still have not received them. The tracking number did not exist when I went to track the number and when I contacted the company via email, the got back to me but with really generic "solutions", one of which was to contact the delivery carrier. But they didn't tell me who the carrier was, so I couldn't even check with anyone. I had high hopes to review these in my blog but unless this gets resolved, will have a very disappointing review to write. My order number was #*******.

I paid $15 extra to receive my package in three days in order to have them before my vacation. After five days my packages are still in China according to the shipment tracking and I leave tomorrow. I have tried to contact the company about being charged for late shipping and all I have been getting is automated email replies that do not pertain to my situation. This site is TERRIBLE! I placed an order on 3/1, they say it was delivered with no legitimate tracking info., and you cant comtact them except through email, and they will not refund my money. Keep offering me a coupon for 100% of the product to re-order, so I dont have to return. Im not sure how Im supposed to return something I didnt receive? I dont want to re-order, they have my order number and know what I ordered, if they are a legit company they would just re-ship me what I ordered. Seems like a scam to me! Buyers beware... I ordered about 12 swimsuits from Cupshe and wanted to return many as they did not fit. Their return policy on their website mentions that it's "easy" ---not true. At first they offered 50% back or a coupon which I wasn't happy with. Then they offered 80% of my money back. After going back and forth for a couple of days and agreeing to receive 80% back - they told me "sorry it has been over 30 days". I was so excited because they have a lot of cute swimwear and I told so many people about them but I'll be letting EVERYONE know not to purchase from them and I'll be reporting them to BBB. So shady.

I just responded that the response from a cupshe rep was helpful but it was not at all. Regarding shipping costs, I live in Hawaii and apparently shipping is free for the U.S. but a LITTLE fee for Hawaii residents. The only option available given was express at 17.00$. That is not a little fee.

I ordered 4 suits on 2/19 and paid extra for 3 day shipping. I received an email 2/19 that it had shipped with a tracking number but the tracking number didn't work in any common carriers and the link they provide didn't work. I did not receive the suits as of 2/23 and emailed CS. They said it was delivered and to check with my neighbors and family and contact again if it was not found. I checked our home surveillance and it was not delivered. I asked them to confirm the carrier and tracking info and have not heard back and that was 3 days ago. Be very weary before ordering, especially if you have a timeline for needing the suits. My order #*******. I'll update if I get my suits.

So i have been seeing this website a lot via facebook, instagram, etc. and the bathing suits are SO cute and reasonably priced! However, do not be fooled by this ladies! I ordered two bathing suits on May 23rd and have been waiting for it to be shipped. I got the shipping email with the tracking number and was very excited because chose 6 day shipping. I thought all of the negative reviews for this company were wrong. But it is now June 5th and my package still has not been shipped. The reason they send you the tracking number is because they created the label, not because it has been ready to be shipped. I have emailed 5 different times now and only received one reply stating that they are going to ship it now. Still NOT SHIPPED! I chose 6 day shipping and it still has not even been shipped and it has been 13 days. I know you get tempted for the great prices but DO NOT be fooled. It is all sham.

I ordered two bathing suits off this site. One of them was too big, so I followed the directions to try and return it. I was informed that I could follow the return policy if I would like, but that I would only get a partial refund and I could keep the item. If something that was ordered does not fit, I am not sure why anyone would want to keep it and then to find out even if I return it, I will not get the price I paid refunded. I like most customers want the full price I paid refunded once I ship the item back. I don't understand why this is so difficult, and you think it is satisfactory to offer less money refunded instead of the full price I paid for the suit. I will never buy from this company again.

I had placed an order with CupShe on a Saturday and paid for the express shipping. They didn't dispatch my order until Tuesday even though I had express shipping of 4-6 days and then I get a tracking number that is not recognized so I can't track my order. I spoke to a customer service rep on chat regarding tracking my order and she tells me that due to thanksgiving it'll be delivered 2 days after I fly out on holidays which didn't resolve the issue of the tracking number fiasco in the first instance. They shouldn't advertise express shipping if they know they cannot deliver due to public holidays... Their customer service is really bad. If you have a sale on and you know that that there will be high volumes of orders coming through wouldn't you plan accordingly? Wouldn't you prioritize express shipping orders first?
Lets hope the fit is right as their sizing guide online was a bit shady as well... Don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon...

I ordered multiple suits, because I had a 20% off promo code. When I submitted my order, I realized the promo code I put in had timed out. I contacted the company, and they responded that they couldn't resubmit the order. They were not accommodating, but it was my fault (sort of) so i didn't think much of it. THEN wanted to return 2 of the suits related to sizing issues. I contact them using the only way accessible on their website, and never heard back from them ( sent 2 messages). They are inexpensive bathing suits, but if they don't work for you, you're out the cost. Not very Impressed.

I ordered a really cute one piece swim suit or what looked like a really cute swimsuit for a great price. I should of known "you get what you pay for" because after reading all about their sizing I placed my order. A few days later my order arrived. The bottom [waist down] fit great. The waist was 5 sizes to small. And the bust was 5 sizes too big. The material was really cute so I went to a seamstress to see if it can be altered and I'm looking at 10x the price I paid to fix it. Buyer beware.

The items have still not been delivered.
My first email to customer services was answered with a generic response.
My last 2 emails have not even been replied to. That was 4 days ago.
The tracker has not been updated since the 25th of March.
I have asked for a refund. Still no response.
Resorted to the online chat. See screenshot below.
If my items dont turn up in 2 more days, I have to start the whole process again.
I asked why no one was replying to emails and received another generic reply!
UPDATE... I have sent 4 emails, one being a legal document demanding a refund and compensation... NO RESPONSE.
The only response I have received is because of this review.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE... do NOT be fobbed off with being told to keep an eye on the tracker as I have been in the comments below from Cupshe.
Your contract is with Cupshe NOT the delivery company.
I have now started legal proceedings.

Do not waste your time with them! I had ordered a bathing suit and quickly emailed them that I needed to change the address because it was accidently typed incorrectly. She told me it was too late to change it and that she couldn't do anything about it. When it was sent to that incorrect address and I had asked them if I could get a refund or another bathing suit sent to the correct address and she told me to go to the address and pick it up from the current owner. That is so unprofessional! Why would I invade someone else's property and privacy to see if they received my package?! I will never do business with them again!
