I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 bathing suits on 5-23-17 & expedited order. As of today, USPS has not received the order nor has CupShe responded to my emails. Disappointment is an understatement. I know why their products are so cheap... it is because they do not ship them. They take your money before they ship the product & there is no one to call... only email service which goes unanswered.

I am having the same problem.

I ordered 6 suits and 3 of them I want to keep. I would like to return the other 3 but they are offering a discount to keep. I don't want to keep them... I just want my money back.

It says that you can't return if a coupon was used. I didn't use a coupon. It was a promo code over Labor Day weekend. I don't see how that would make it ineligible to return.

Poor customer service and system. I couldn't use my store credit with a discount because their system only allow one value per purchase.
I hope the system be updated to allow the use of a store credit with a discount. However, was bothers me the most was the lack of interest in keep the client.

So frustrating! The company is a joke. Uses emojis throughout the email at inappropriate times. That is only if/when they actually email you back! The suits are cheap and do not fit right. Although they are cheap in price, its not worth your money.

I tried several times to return a few suits I had ordered due to not fitting. I received several emails that were very hard to follow. I tried several times to complete the return process. Now I'm stuck with several swimsuits I cannot wear.

I ordered a suit and I will say that the the shipping was pretty quick. The suit though was way to small on me. I normally wear a small or a medium, I ordered the medium and it fit like an extra small. I have emailed the company twice, to try to return the suit per the instructions and received no response. I wish I had seen all of these negative reviews. I never would have ordered.

My wife and daughter purchased several swim suits with 2 different orders. My daughter initially purchased 5 swim suits, but 2 did not work as the fit was off. One would expect this to the case in trial and error with swim suits. I emailed customer service to initiate a return and the response was that we could get 100% Refund with a Coupon but only 50% partial refund and keep the swim suit. Keep in mind we have no use for the swim suits as they didnt work out.

My wife ended up liking the swim suits, so she purchased several which have been shipped. We wish we would have known about their terrible refund policy. There is NOTHING on the website stating anything about their Return Policy in line with the information I received in the email from customer service.

Buyer beware!

They take your money and run with it. They will not respond to any emails and have no address or phone number to call. I went to the BBB site to file a complaint and they already have an F rating. I wish I would have checked that before I placed my order.

Their sizes are off and they refuse to take any responsibility. I was charged $15 shipping g for getting my bikinies which were way off and they just were ignorent about it. They refused any assistance. Infact asked me to keep them and they would deduct $5 more off each item.! Like really? They don't fit me why will I want to keep them and on top of that spend more money. They refused to give me a return shipping label. So now I paid $15 for getting it $5 for shipping it back and all for nothing. So beware it's a hoax. Customer care is terrible. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. They send automated replies most of the time. Half the time I hear replies are not even answers to your questions, they are just random.
Worst experience ever.!

They are completely shady about their return policy. I read the fine print that said there was no refund on sale items, so I purchase bathing suits at full price. Not only was the quality poor, but the sizing didn't work. They are now trying to give me a run around with 75% store credit or 40% partial return. I will wait to see what they come back with, but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I will be going after the full refund with my credit card company as well. Total scammers.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for fast shipping, I only received 1 out of the 2 swimwear I ordered. I sent 2 emails To custumer service to see what was going on, no one ever respond to me. Still waiting for an answer. I don't recommande doing business with Cupshe.

All bathing suits I ordered were made to fit someone shorter than 5'7". Did they use any models of average height or taller for fittings? Clearly no. Did they make the straps adjustable for average height or taller women? Absolutely no. Furthermore the return policy is absolutely bogus. Couldn't get my money back for products that aren't even made to fit someone of my height properly. Will never order from them again.

I ordered 3 bathing suits last month. Received them in a timely manner. When I received the package -- one of the bathing suits came damaged/missing a string that ties up the front of the bathing suit / and it was stained. This item also came in a bag that looked similar to a zip lock bag without the cupshe logo on it. It seemed to be an item that must have been purchased - worn - and then returned without the company inspecting it prior to sending it out again. Upon emailing the company -- someone emailed me the next day and said I could get coupon cash -- I said no thank you I would like a full refund. Well since then no one has answered me to get a tracking number to return these awful bathing suits even after multiple emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I ordered 4 swim suits, the site crashed multiple times giving me error codes (this should have been my first indicator to NOT ORDER!). The site also would not allow my saved password to access their site & made me to reset my password 3 different times. The 4 suits didn't fit properly, I emailed them through their cimicat d return process and keep getting emails with "better" options. First a 50% refund, or a couple to purchase more, NOT happening! An email most recently stated I could keep the suits for $5.00 each. They were not transparent regarding the Return Policy.
Feels like I'm being jerked around by a scam artist! Now I'm concerned about my credit card possibly being compromised after reading a few.of the reviews here. Do the right thIng & return our money! Make the return process easier!
So glad I found sitejabber.com! Too bad it wasn't sooner! Submitting to the BBB as well!

I bought 5 bathing suits from this company and read the return policy before ordering but they do not live up to what they say. None of the suits fit me so I tried to return them so I could get a smaller size, they offered me a 8.00 credit and then a 15.00 credit. Then they said I could order one bathing suit for no cost. This is unacceptable, when you state in your return policy that the suits can be returned you should live up to that. I read reviews after the fact and learned that everyone has had problems with returns. I was so disappointed that they didnt live up to their word. And the bathing suit they said they would send hasn't happened. So be very cautious if you choose to waste your money with these people.

I haven't received my package, but I've been trying to make contact with them and I keep on getting error messages. I've tried tracking down my package and again I get an ERROR message. I should had known this was too good to be true.

First of all this is a Chinese company, which is not apparent on the website. I ordered 2 swim suits from them, while they did arrive in a timely manner, one was missing the strap to hold the top up and the other did not fit as pictured. I contacted them and they did respond quickly, and offered to that me keep the items and get a store credit for the amount I paid (shipping is free). Sounds great right? I thought so too. So I order some clothing, a sweater and a dress. The dress has yet to arrive, but the sweater I have receive is very poor quality, thin, scratchy material, I would discribe it as burlap and one sleeve is smaller than the other! It is unwearable. I again contacted them and their response was they do not except returns or exchanges for things bought with store credit! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I ordered 2 swimsuits on February 12 and they said the suits were shipped out on the 14th but I still have not received them. My tracking number from Fedex still says that they have not left to be shipped out, even though the cups website says they have been shipped. My emails have also gone unanswered. Order#*******.

I ordered a suit by the size chart and it didn't fit. I email the company to exchange the size and was told I could not exchange for a different size. At best, I could buy another suit for a 90% refund. So I paid another $5 dollars for a larger suit. I checked my order confirmation email and saw it again was sending a suit two sizes too small! I contact the company immediately via email. They said they will not exchange the size or give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. I can only speak to a rep via email, and the reps do not know english very well. At this point I don't want the suits I would return both, unworn in the same condition they were sent to me. Poor customer service and poor quality.

CUPSHE posts fake reviews and deletes any bad ones. Ive not even had an apology for the terrible customer service I received. I ordered a swimsuit in jan and chased its arrival. In Feb they said it was lost and asked if I wanted it resent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for it to be resent knowing I had a holiday this week. I chased and chased and Just had a reply saying can I resend my address. Totally missing the next holiday I want it for even if Im prepared to wait. Im not. I posted a comment on their Instagram page. Insta-ntly deleted and zero apology. Dont fall for the hype!

I purchased 3 swimsuits (according to their size chart) and only one out of three fit. Which means I CANNOT wear the two I purchased. But their ONLY options are to get a 100% Credit (in which there is no guarantee that the next set will fit AND you cannot get another refund if they do not fit with a credit) - or, you can take a 50% refund and keep the suits. What good does that do to me? The suits dont fit and I dont get my money back.

Terrible policy and not clearly states in their website. Wouldnt recommend to anyone or ever purchase again.

I bought two suits for my daughter. They did not fit, so I emailed to get return information. Was told I could keep the suits (did not want) and they would give me 120% coupon for another suit or 50% refund and I could keep the suit. I told them neither were an option and I would pay to ship the suits back. After sending the suits back and waiting for a refund, I finally emailed again a month later. They gave me the run around and then said they would refund. I am still waiting! Ridiculous. The suits were cute and good quality-but they didn't fit right. Horrible return expeience!

Good for you if you have a good experiences if not you will end up with 100's of us that have had the absolute worst experience. They talk a good game but it's all smoke and mirrors. IF you get your subpar quality products your lucky and if you need to return-well good luck. They will try to put a positive spin on all the bad reviews but blame their customers. Your better off with Venus or Zappos. I will not go into details of my 3 week ordeal but trust me you will want to go elsewhere. My unworn product will be brought to goodwill tomorrow for others to enjoy as it brings me no joy to own anything from this company. I'll eat the investment. That's how bad this company is to deal with.

After seeing my poor review here on Sitegrabber, Cupshe posted here that they would be happy to help if they had the order number. I provided all of the order details as requested and I never heard from them again. I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback because they never refunded my money after I returned the swimsuits to them. Scam, scam, scam! Stay away from this company!

Buyer beware. Do not order from this company. They take your money and they you are not allowed to return the items if they don't work out. Also know that the order ships directly from China so it takes forever to arrive. And then you can't return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Scam, scam, scam!

Sizing is alll over the place and they will NOT let you return. I have sent SEVEN emails asking for a refund and they continue to email back offering me a partial store credit?! I have expressed my frustration and each email I have explained I do not want store credit and that I want a refund. And then they will email me back the same thing. I am SO frustrated. What a waste of time and money!
