I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

When something looks too good to be true, it usually is. This is the case with Cupshe. Checking out is the only easy thing about this site. Tracking my packages was a rude joke. From the shipment notification until the package arrived in my mail, the tracking just read "in transit." There was no estimated arrival time, and certainly no actual tracking. But, the worst part is the return process! OMG, they couldn't make it more difficult if they tried. If something doesn't fit or simply doesn't flatter you, which let's be honest is probable with online clothes shopping, you have to email customer support and then take photos of what you what to return. Along with photos, you have to offer them a written explanation of why and all the product informationAND YOU HAVE TO SEND ONE EMAIL AT A TIME! Seriously, this company isn't worth the hassle. There are too many other online retailers to be bothered with this obnoxious process.

Cupshe is a complete scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought anything. I read the return policy before I made my purchase and when my swim suits did not fit I did exactly what the policy said to do. Now they want to offer me half the money in store credit. I want a refund and to return the items but they are giving me a run around. I can not believe they a scamming so many people. BEWARE!

I'll fitting cheap suits. The ones I ordered ran large. No receipt in the bag... I had to email to initiate a return. HASSLE! They want pics of defects and even the BARCODES for a return. This is 2017, really? The customer has the right to return no matter the reason. After this experience, it is clear to me this company wants to deter returns.

OH, and like others have mentioned, it took FOREVER to ship. I waited more than 4 weeks and was sorely disappointed.

I fully agree with the other reviewers... DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS MESS.

I wouldnt order from this company, the costumer service is awful. I cant get them on the phone, theyve only responded to one email, when Ive sent five about returning my bathing suits. I spent over a hundred dollars and theyre ignoring me. So do not but from them! Beware!

I ordered a shirt to wear to a proposal party. I even paid extra shipping to make sure it was here in time. NOPE it wasn't! Don't offer the express shipping if you can stand too it. After not receiving it in time. I tracked my order and it stated it was on hold. After three days of trying to contact to find out why they stated it was on the carrier and should be delivered end of day! Have I received it, NOPE! Over it! I wouldn't recommend it! Gave one stay because I had too!

I ordered this item on 8/14 for my Honeymoon, and expected to receive it in 9 days as they advertise 9 business day shipping. I did not receive it until 9/8 (22 business day shipping!). I was already almost a week into my honeymoon by the time it got to my house and no longer have a need for the bathing suit because it did not get to my house in time. I contacted their customer service and received the WORST customer service i have ever received. I emailed them before I left concerned that the item wasn't going to get there in time and received no help, then i asked about returning the item, was told i could only receive a discount on another item, and then was told that i couldn't even receive that and was stuck with this bathing suit that i no longer needed because it took them over 22 days to ship it to me when they advertise 9! HORRIBLE business i will never be buying from again. I ended up ordering bathing suits from Amazon with 2-day shipping for cheaper

I ordered 5 bikinis and none of the tops fit my properly. Their sizing is wayyyy off. Trying to return them and they say that they will offer 70% partial credit. I do not want a credit as their sizing is off and nothing fits properly. They say that they will not refund because i used a coupon. This coupon was automatically added- there was nothing I could do. Also this coupon was not "issued by customer service." I did not get an email from customer service giving me this coupon. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! Complete Scam

Frankly rubbish. Quality of goods is cheap which is a shame as online they looked lovely and high quality. Instagram ads are misleading as is their advertising - the influencers they partner with to promote their products must be being paid a lot to post about their clothes. Don't shop with them unless you're happy with rubbish fabric and paying crazy amounts for a return. Their return policy is hidden - you have to pay to return or they take it off your refund. Wish I had read the reviews before shopping with them, whoops! And looking at their replies to other customers on Trustpilot, just seems to be the same sort of reply each time and nothing new or helpful. Even the item I'm keeping I'm not happy with the fabric or quality but like the print so just going to keep it. Paid off my own accord to return most of my bits and if they don't reach the return destination I will have lost so much money. I never really like to post reviews but I have felt particularly misled and duped by Cupshe. I'll never be using again!

I received my Order of 3 swim suits/bikinis and have not used or washed any of the items I ordered. I want to return all of it - the sizing is off, the material is flimsy and now I understand why they're such 'a good deal' price-wise.

I am being offered a 50% refund and I can keep all of it - Oh YAY! I love paying for ill-fitting poorly constructed products, I mean they're basically on sale! NOT.

OR...

I can get an 80% refund if I ship the items back. LIKE WHERE DID THAT NUMBER COME FROM? Isn't it best practice, or dare I say, normal, to give a full refund to a paying customer who hasn't worn, used or washed the items?

There is nowhere on their website that says they only offer PARTIAL refunds especially on unused, ill-fitting, poorly-fabricated/constructed products?

Honestly, I just want a refund, and if that's not an option, I'm more than happy to spread the word on what a terrible company Cupshe is - and word travels fast these days... Thanks social media :)

Do NOT purchase from this company! Super sketchy, AWFUL customer service. I returned my product because it was the wrong size. Paid for my return shipping, and TWO MONTHS later still having issues receiving my money back. I am currently working with my bank instead of getting round about answers through cupshe. BUY ELSEWHERE!

Purchased from this company … will never make the same mistake again. Items are made non refundable after purchase (not on the page nor on the first confirmation email, just added in the future). The 'easy returns' are anything but, the link to the refund policy is faulty, the charge for returning is extortionate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 4 swim suits from Cupshe. Out of the 4 I ordered 2 did not fit so I wanted to return them. The process to return was crazy. First I had to email someone to tell them I wanted to return. Once I got this email back I had to choose options of like store credit, 60% off, of full refund. I chose the full refund and then I got another email with another 3 options. All I wanted was a refund! After I made it clear that I wanted a refund they told me I had to take multiple pictures of the product. Then, I had to mail it back and get the packaged tracked. Once I did this they told me I needed a picture of the receipt so I took a picture and asked for my refund. You think this would be enough but it wasn't. I had to highlight the shipping number or they wouldn't process my return. This long process was pointless and it had to be completed in 21 days or they wouldn't return my items. I'm still waiting on the refund but I will never order from Cupshe again!

I received a swimsuit in the mail that I had ordered online. The top did not fit me - I followed the instructions online for how to submit a return. They started emailing me saying that I could either A. Not return the item and receive 50% refund back, or B. Not return the item and receive 80% online credit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The tags are on the swimsuit still, I will gladly send it back and receive a 100% refund, just like how it should be. I will never again use this website and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY! Total scam.

My suits never came in the mail - when I asked for a refund, they told me they could give me a 50% discount... why should I only be refunded HALF when I received 0 items!?!? This is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They left me without any time to order any other suits from anywhere else or time to go shopping, so thanks for ruining that for me. Worst only shopping experience ever and I shop online a LOT!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WAIT, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE!

I BOUGHT 6 SUITS, TWO OF WHICH FIT. TRIED TO RETURN OR EVEN EXCHANGE, AND IT'S ALMOST BEEN A MONTH NOW. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, THEY'RE GONE!

I purchased two suits (which arrived relatively quickly) but finding that one of them doesn't fit, I followed their protocol for returns and emailed their support desk over 5 times IN A PERIOD OF TWO WEEKS without any response, resolution, or refund. I even messaged the company on facebook and continued to be ignored there. They make returns sound so easy but their customer service is awful and they ignore any attempts at reaching out to them about issues regardless of which channel you use. It's unfortunate because I really liked one of the bathing suits I purchased and was considering becoming a repeat customer but this has completely turned me off of the company and I will continue to tell all of my friends to stay away from their brand.

I have ordered twice from this site, the first time items arrived not together and the timing was weeks apart. My daughter wanted a few more suits for Spring Break, she talked me into ordering from them again! Disaster. We received an email two weeks after we ordered saying that due to the storm in the northeast things are delayed. All with terrible grammar (major indication that the Customer Services Sucks) I have inquired on an ETA for the items which total close to $100 and nothing. I have contacted them 3 times, through chat, through email, and forget the phone number since it's disconnected. Total scam. I even reached out and told them if I don't hear from them, I am turning it over to my attorney, which I have. Still nothing. So good luck to anyone who orders from here, it's pure luck on what you receive! The first order my daughter really liked the suits, they were good quality and fit her perfectly. Well, sadly, Customer Service isn't worth the money. You get what you pay for, cheap service and no product! I now believe this is a complete SCAM!

I agree with the customer who says Cupshe is a scam. Pictures on their adds are so very cute and enticing, and I did receive my suit within an adequate amount of time. That is all the good I can say. The style of the suit was crazy... the band that goes around the back fit over my boobs, leaving the cups empty. I need two additional boobs to fit in this suit, and I am a C cup, about average build. But the worst part is the returns. I still haven't received an address where I can return my purchase. This is after two weeks and 12 emails back and forth, and me contacting the company on Facebook. They appear nice, but then ask for information that I can't provide them. Their questions are repetitive. Evidently, they want you to get so frustrated that you give up on the return process. I sent photos of the QR codes, the tags, the suit, the shipping labels... everything I could possibly send. They told me to check my Amazon account. I didn't order through Amazon! Soooooo very frustrated at this point. Don't let the cute suit entice you too!

At first I thought these guys were just way behind the times in the e-commerce world of returns. But after many back and forth confusing emails clearly originating from a non native of the English language, I realized they had very carefully setup a nearly impossible to return situation on purpose. The "deals" they try to give you keep getting sweeter the further you push for a refund. They blatantly make it nearly impossible for you to return and all but force you to keep your items for some sort of partial refund or store credit. In both cases the math works out in their favor, as they still make money if you take the partial refund, and enough store credits never get used to justify the ridiculous 130% offer they eventually through out. I get why they are still in business, but I guarantee they will eventually run out of customers with these borderline criminal practices. If your suit fits, I am sure you are thrilled and this review is meaningless. If it doesn't fit, well you now own a suit that you won't be returning.

TIP! Even if you like the suit email them to return it. Within 24 hours you will have an email offering you a 60% refund and you keep it. Spread this around via social media and the company will be on its heals!

Don't believe the good fake reviews here. I ordered a bathing suit after reading all the "rave" reviews on Cupshe's website. I should have known better
There is not a single negative review because they don't allow them. After researching further and seeing all the complaints on the internet I went to try and cancel the order, but they had supposedly shipped it. Yet it didn't leave the sellers until 5 days later. The swimsuit itself was not true to size at all. If it had fit I would have kept it and been done with it, but it was huge compared to the sizing chart. Cupshe states it's easy to return items, but that is a complete lie. They basically make you justify why you're returning it instead of just being able to submit a simple reason, and then they offer you 75 percent store credit or possibly a 40 percent refund. It's extremely shady. If you've managed to get suits that fit and don't need a return, it's possible to have a bit of an ok experience. But don't believe all the rave reviews. They're fake.

Update - despite their comments I still am not able to return my items for a full refund in the form of my original payment, and I was notified by my credit card company that Cupshe had sold my credit card number and I now need to get a replacement card.

Look at other reviews online, this place is a scam. The return policy on their website makes is appear you can return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price - that is not the case. When I tried to initiate my return I was told I could get a coupon for 100% of the purchase price or a 50% refund. The suits are cheap quality, made in China and they have a chemical smell. The "returns" process is ridiculous, which includes having to send pictures of the items you want to return along with several emails. Shame on all the fashion bloggers giving this place a good review.

CUPSHE is the worst company to buy clothing or swimsuits. Be aware the material is horrible and the return policy totally sucks. You have to go through several stages to get your refund back and you have to pay for postage. Be AWARE do not buy from this company. They sent me lingerie set that was ripped and poor poor poor quality fabric. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
