I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

Made a few purchases here all sent authority to leave parcel as requested until my last purchase I spoke with customer support to request this and she basically didn't want to do my request and cancelled my order which I'm still waiting for my refund of $278.60, I then stupidly repurchased my order spending another $278.60, and I emailed customer support requested authority to leave parcel, she assured me this has been done though when I got the email this had been shipped it was marked signature required I again contacted customer support she again assured me that this had been done today I received a text message from global express my order is out for delivery if I'm not home I will be updated with in 24 hours where I can pick up my parcel my closest depot is 45 minutes from me which due to injury I can't drive too, not happy with these liars and frauds at all they also tried to offer me a $10 voucher to compensate their mess up they can keep it because I won't be shopping here again, ive unsubscribed from their emails

I still have not received my $278.60 refund from Cupshe, avoid this company

The sizing of their swimsuits are very much off. I wasted money ordering a multitude of items because they were cheap and they were all too small. Fix this!

Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer.
Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour.

Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it.
As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it.
After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation.
I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again.
I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

It is impossible to return items. The site doesn't work for returns, And what's worse is that there is no help from customer service. No one answers the phone and I've written three emails in which none of them have been returned. I will never order from this company again!

The clothes are cheap. They are made for short people or people who don't mind dresses showing their bums. When you return your items you have to pay money on each item so you work get the full refund of each items. You also need to pay a 15 dollar fee for a shipping label. It's ridiculous. No one else does this. Garbage brand. Garbage clothes.

The bathing suit was pretty, and the dress was nice. However, as a plus sized girl, they do not cut their plus sized items for plus sized girls. They unfortunately just make it bigger without considering how plus size women are shaped. Hence, stick to vendors who make clothes specifically for plus sized women.
Worse, I never wore the items, left the tags on them. My BF took me on trip to Mexico (why I bought them) and upon my return, I was very busy with work. I forgot to process the return. I missed the 30-day window. But what is worse, they did not even offer a store credit. I would have given my niece my store credit. Better vendors offer at least a store credit. People have busy lives, with jobs, etc. I think it is a poor policy. No matter how cute the swimsuits may be, on principle, I will not give them my business again.

I've been emailing for 5 days about returning my items (which are totally cheap quality and don't fit right) and nobody has responded to any of my emails. I keep getting automated responses that someone will get back to me. Horrible customer service.

No customer service number that hasn't been disconnected. Waited 7 days and my product still has not been shipped. Contacted Zendesk who claims they have nothing to do with this company even though all correspondence has their name on it.

Contacting them is almost impossible. I have emailed for a return on the items that do not fit and they are being difficult. How is this an actual company. I don't understand how so many people can give good reviews - probably all fake. I want my money back.

Cupshe works very hard to make the return process long and cumbersome. They clearly do not want their merchandise back. The bathing suits I ordered did not fit. When I tried returning them, they offered me a partial store credit and said I could keep the merchandise. Why would one want to keep merchandise that doesn't fit and spend more money trying again? After about 5-6 emails back and forth, I finally offered to pay my own return shipping for a 100% refund. The return delivery was confirmed through UPS a few days later and now going on three weeks since without seeing a refund posted to my account. If you must order Cupshe merchandise, I recommend trying to go through amazon so that you can return the items. I will not bother ordering from this company again either way.

Please believe me when I say do not order from Cupshe! With so many other retailers to choose from, don't succumb to this one - it is tempting because you see the cute swimwear on Pintrest and it is reasonable priced. I ordered 5 suits, paid express shipping and when received late, the inner bags had Chinese stamps - the items come from china and there is a middle-man distributor. I had to return 3 suits because they were not as pictured. Well, many emails exchanged, offers for 140% store credit, etc. it took an arm and a leg to get my money refunded. The customer service is terrible - they don't even make sense in emails and I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and never got one. I actually had to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve. I finally received my refund. Trust me, do your research before you buy!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, but add another one to the list! First, it took 3 WEEKS for my order to arrive - in the states. I think we all do a lot of online shopping and this time frame is unheard of. I also am not satisfied with the fit of my suit - which was not on sale, and just like with everyone else, they are trying to offer me store credit or a partial refund. I can't believe this isn't more well known. I'll be putting reviews elsewhere to get this information out. Will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again.

I've been ordering from Cupshe since they began selling in US, about 10 orders of multiple items. The past 3 orders were of such poor quality I gave the products away. I returned my last order and they don't make processing a return easy. For these reasons I've decided not to shop there again.

Tip for consumers:
If you think you may return don't shop here. Also sizes have gotten smaller along with the quality. You should probably order a size up.

Products used:
none, both items on recent order were returned at my cost and I had to convince someone on "live chat" to send me the return shipping address. Then after it shipped I had to send them the proof of shipping receipt

I ordered well over a month ago. They say it shipped on Feb 27 but there is no legit tracking, just what they say. I'm very, very disappointed and it's not nice to steal from people. I will be reporting fraud with my bank.

I've ordered from Cupshe many times and most of the time I'm satisfied enough to keep the swimsuits, since they are so reasonable. This time my daughter used her birthday $ so I went through the process of returning one swimsuit. This company has no phone number so all communication is through email. There must be a time difference because they would respond the next early am. Finally after many emails they approved the return and I was "so called" credited. I waited for a week to see the credit and it never showed up. I then start again the email communication which is so frustrating! They send me verification that they credited some account ending in a random number. I sent them proof of the correct card number and amount but there response was "sorry, we already refunded so we can not help you".
Just know when ordering from this company, don't go to the hassle of returning. They will come up with a bogus account number to issue a refund.

I ordered on March 4th. It's been over 20 days and the status of my order has not budged from "Label created" on FedEx. I emailed Cupshe about this and they have not responded to me. If Cupshe is still not going to make things right by not delivering the order, I cannot wait to get my money back by filing a claim with my bank.
Here are Cupshe's and FedEx's order-tracking pages. Note how they differ from each other -- literally not on the same page in terms of delivery. I think it's a no-brainer to trust FedEx's information more.
Even with the success stories out there with Cupshe, better safe than sorry and don't support the company at all.

Suits are cheap, and customer service does not respond to emails. There is no way to reach them. I even tried the "chat" feature under contact us. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a response regarding a return.

I ordered 6 swimming suits and all of the bottoms were too small. I'm not a big girl, but the bottoms barley covered my my booty crack. I had checked the return policy prior to purchasing and it turns out their policy posted on their website isn't accurate. They don't a full refund... 45-75% back plus you have to pay $26 for shipping alone.
I do not recommend this website and think they are not upfront about the way they conduct business. Definitely disappointed.

Do not order anything directly from their website! Their swimsuits look cute, but are made completely overseas. The package comes from I don't know where because I can't read the Chinese or Japanese on the bag. There is no packing slip enclosed so when you email to get the address to return any items they asks for a bunch of information like the product code and the skew number that would be on a packing slip if there was one. Only for them to take days to get you back an actual address where you have to pay to ship back across the world! If you want to try them I think they sell on Amazon now so do that! At least then when you end up returning items, and you will, it won't be such a hassle!

Okay, so I've sent 4 emails to Cupshe, that have not been acknowledged, but they reply to my review on Sitejabber, claiming not to be able to find my order. I call BS! My order# is *******. They certainly didn't waste any time charging my credit card. I feel sorry for for the people (person because they're obviously short-staffed) that work for Cupshe customer service. They must get blasted with negativity and hate on a daily.

This company is based in Hong Kong (which I had no idea until I ordered), I ordered my wife a few bathing suits as a gift for our upcoming vacation. I ordered on a Monday evening EST, and the order didn't ship for over 2 full business days. 3 business days later, and the items are still in Hong Kong at a FedEx depot. I paid for express (3-5 business day shipping). When I chatted with Cupshe customer service, they were argumentative and offered no solutions, even saying that it's their policy to ship 1 business day after the order was placed... however it was actually 2 full business days, to which they offered no solutions or compensation for this order not arriving within their own 'guaranteed' timeframe. Hopefully the products are good, but the customer service is absolutely horrible, and clearly they don't care when/how you receive your products.

Similar to other customers, the product itself is cute, but the return process is impossible. I provided the order number, tracking number, and even a screenshot of proof of return delivery. It has been over two weeks since the items were returned to their warehouse and customer service will not issue a refund because they "cannot locate the package."
Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and find something similar on Amazon or Target.

I ordered five bathing suits and would like to return three. Once I sent multiple emails asking for a tracking/mailing label, I've gotten no response. Very frustrating! It's not worth the hassle to buy bathing suits here. Look elsewhere!

I made a mistake on my order and it said to call them within two hours and they would put it to rights, but the phone number, the email, everything is a false front. They will respond to your bad reviews to pull some cover up but you will not hear from them no matter how many times you call, email, facebook, instagram them. Just a warning to other shoppers to be more wise than me. Theres other local places that also have good deals.
