I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I ordered to bathing suits and was extremally disappointed. One was a halter top and it didn't even cover half of my boob. I will never order from them again

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a large order from them. Received package with suit missing. None of the suits fit. Emailed customer service to return and get refund for missing suit. They said they can refund me or I can select one of the two options:

Btw, before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options:

- Cupshe Coupon: Your coupon will be full amount of the returned items.

- Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the remianing amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 24 hours. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.

Let us know which option is best for you and we'll take care of the rest."

I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me since. I started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place.

The product itself is great but you better make sure you have the right size because returning an item and expecting to receive your refund is out of the question. I returned my suit the first week in June and still have not received my refund. I was asked for my order number Aug 3rd to get the process going but as of today COMPLETE SILENCE

My suit did not fit. They would not let me return it. Instead they offered me a 50% refund or 80%credit to exchange. Umm no. I don't want the suit. It doesn't fit. This is ridiculous.

This website is a complete scam, I know the prices seem too good to be true, and that is because they are! I made the mistake of ordering two bathing suits BEFORE I read all the terrible reviews! I paid an extra $20 for three-day-shipping, hoping to have them in time for my beach trip. 10 minutes after I placed the order, I sent an email to the customer service department asking them to cancel it for a full refund. A couple hours later I hadn't heard anything back, so I sent another email. And then another one, and then another one. I got no response until 3-4 days after I sent the first email, and then they told me it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been processed. Why would you process the order, when I sent you 30 emails 10 minutes after placing it, asking you NOT to process it?!?! It has been 3 weeks, and I still have not received my order, even after paying so much extra for expedited shipping! I highly doubt I will ever get these bathing suits. And if I do, I'm sure they will be terrible quality, like all the reviews state. Do not get fooled like I did!

If i can give it zero stars I would. Ordered 2 items - paid for it - waited... get sent a bogus "tracking number" that didnt even work and then received another email saying that one of the items was out of stock and was told i would get refunded. Well. I WAITED 3 AND A HALF MONTHS BEFORE GETTING MY ORDER! Got 3 different credit card statements where i never received a refund. And when i finally received my sweater it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. You couldnt even tell what it was, the fabric was cheap, the fit was for that of a small child and it smelled foul like polluted chinese air.

DON'T! Just do not ever buy from this site

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Ordering from Cupshe was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I gave myself 6 weeks to order a suit for a trip I am taking tomorrow. The bathing suit never showed up and when I asked about it, it had been sent back to the company because they never added my apartment number on my order. When I requested it to be resent, they kept responding with form emails asking why I wanted to return it -- clearly not reading the email. I cannot believe how incompetent Cupshe was. They never once accepted fault or offered to resend. I kept persisting and after a week of emails back and forth (most were form emails), they finally agreed to resend -- only to respond the next day that it was out of stock. WHERE DID MY ORIGINAL BATHING SUIT GO? I train business owners on customer service and this is a perfect example of incompetent business and the many, many times they could have fixed this. I will never be ordering from Cupshe again.

Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend working with Cupshe at all. I will never be ordering from them again.

After posting my review, cupshe commented and stated their return policy and asked for my order number. I get the policy, the issue is that they sent the wrong size and are refusing to fix their error. I don't see the point in contacting customer service and providing my order number when Jarvis ( the customer service rep who inspired My review) still continues to send rude emails placing the blame on me even after I've asked him to stop contacting me. It's like cupshe skipped customer service 101. I'm not even one to contact businesses regarding errors or post reviews but their service is so bad I'd be doing a dis-service to everyone by not saying anything. All I want is the shirt I ordered in the size I ordered and they're acting like I'm fat and trying to get free stuff. In one of the emails Jarvis sent he commented that he was sorry the shirt didn't fit when I never said it didn't fit, my issue was it was not the size I ordered. Is it me or is cupshe rude and aggressive? So much for the customer always being right (EVEN WHEN THEY REALLY ARE!).

They require authorization from customer service to make a return, but no one from customer service has responded to me and Ive made several attempts at contact. This company is a scam.

Just go to their BBB page and you'll see all you need! They are repeatedly scamming customers! For me, I ordered a package, they marked that it shipped, but never dropped it off with the carrier. They simply printed the label. When I tried to reach out to them, I only received generic form-type replies that were irrelevant to my issue. I then attempted to contact them on their website, Facebook messenger and then commented on their page trying to get a response. They marked each of my comments as spam shortly after posting them, and then blocked me from the page -- all I was asking is that they tell me when they planned on actually shipping my package as it has been more than a week since this label has been printed!

I have had to file formal complaints with BBB and PayPal, as have many who have had to deal with this organization.

It appears those who actually receive the items they pay for are the minority, and those who do receive items often find they are wrong or damaged!

Please take every positive review with a grain of salt as a great deal of these "positive" reviews appear to be sponsored. I didn't, and now I'm in the same boat as literally hundreds of others who have been taken advantage of by this horrendously unethical company!

Save your money and avoid CupShe.com at all costs!

If you're considering ordering from cupshe. Don't. It's a waste of time and I waiting over a month for a refund and they would never get back to me. I had to threaten them in order to get a response.

So my friend bought three bikinis from Cupshe and they arrived, super cute and quality material were used and the sizing was accurate. So then i ordered three bikinis from them. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY. My suites were made of a stiff low quality material, they were a size large and were probably small enough to fit a petite preteen. I had my friend try them on that wears a double zero, while they did fit, they were strange, bad hemming and lines. WHAT A LAME SITE!

I'll start with the quality of the items I ordered were good for the price, but they didn't fit. The one item was a sale item, however they obviously sent the wrong size (with no label or tags) and refused to accept the return. The 2nd items that I purchased were 2 bathing suits that also didn't fit. They offered me a coupon for 60% of the what I purchased it for saying "it will save me time and money". I responded with "I want a complete refund and it's unacceptable that they are offering a percentage of what I paid for as a store credit". I'm still waiting to hear back, but based on my experience on the first item it will take several emails back-n-forth to resolve. I've never heard of this type of return policy and it's not listed on their website. NEVER order directly from the site... order from Amazon to ensure you can return with no issues. I'm still in the process of trying to return. I will give them an opportunity to respond and resolve, but this is BBB report worthy because it sounds like they are ripping off customers.

Do not purchase from this company! I wish I had read reviews before I made a purchase. I bought two one-piece bathing suits. They did ship relatively and arrive relatively quickly. However, I found both suits to have extremely short torsos and one was so lowcut I knew I would never be able to wear it in public (did not look like that on the site!).

Immediately went onto the site to start the return process. Did not receive a response for almost 24 hours. Instead of return instructions, they offered me a 120% coupon to buy more (crappy) suits. Or they would offer me a 50% partial refund and I wouldn't have to send back the items. What!?!?! So I immediately replied saying I just want to return the items and get a 100% refund. 24 hours later, got the next response... they would give me an 80% partial refund OR I could send back the products for 100% refund but I would have to pay for and arrange for shipping.

It is 2018. Every tiny company on the internet has figured out how to handle returns and return shipping labels - and how to answer an email within a couple of hours! What is wrong with this company? I'm so tired and annoyed with dealing with their horrible customer service, that I'm just giving in and going with the 80% refund... since the shipping cost would probably amount to the 20% difference anyway.

I recommend if you do buy from this company and do like their bathing suits, that every order you go through the refund process and get that 120% coupon. Free bathing suits! Don't think this company will be in business for long...

Cupshe is a company of swindlers! It sells women's clothing at low costs and uses lovely photos to lure buyers. Too good to be true! In reality the item you actually pay for and receive in the mail is a cheap knockoff of the actual photographed item you thought you were purchasing. The clothes are sent from China and are nothing like the photos on the website. The website also boasts a buyer friendly return policy. This is also not accurate. You cannot submit a return without a return confirmation that seems reasonable. However I had to email Cupshe 5 times over three weeks before getting a response. Then I had to go through all kinds of hoops to get a refund including sending photos to justify thec return, sending the tracking number of the return to verify I sent it, and confirming my credit card for the credit. If at any point I did not follow through, I would not have gotten my refund. The return policy is designed to so that you will likely be stuck with a piece of knock off junk. Run from this company!

I ordered a bathing suit about 1 week ago. The email I received stated that my payment went to something listed in Chinese symbols. I received the suit yesterday, only for both the top and bottom to be too small (even though I went by their sizing charts). The packaging on the suit also had Chinese language on it. Through email messages sent and returned from Cupshe, a couple of the responses seemed automated and were not quite right when it came to grammatical skills. I received one reply that said I could exchange the product and that I wouldn't even have to send the suit back, they would just give me a credit. Then, I got another reply stating the suit was on sale and wasn't able to be returned or exchanged. THE BEST PART - - - I was contacted by my bank this morning about suspected fraudulent charges on my account and all of the transactions were coming from China. So, needless to say, this company has taken advantage of me and I hope enough people read this so that they don't make the same mistake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CUPSHE! First, they have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) They are flagged on the BBB for taking money and not delivering merchandise then providing invalid shipping numbers. It is a total scam and you cannot return anything for the full refund and their sizes are not consistent. To make a return you, the customer, will pay the shipping and send the item to an unknown address. They do not even provide the shipping label. Then if you question the address they will send you a picture of a past customer's shipping label without hiding the customers personal information, therefore, you cannot trust your personal information will be kept private. They do not even have a phone line to talk to someone on. You are stuck in an online chat with customer service reps that are condescending and not helpful. Spend the extra few bucks and order from another, more reputable, company like Lulus that actually sends return labels to their customers and offers a full refund. Worst online shopping experience of my life!

Also- they edit and remove reviews on their website!

Secondly, most of our swimsuits are true to size. The size chart is based on accurate measurements of average women's bodies. If you are not sure about your size, you can click the link titled "Which Size Fits Me?" near the size chart from our international website. You can also contact our customer service and provide them your bust, waist, and hip size, then they will offer you some advice. Meanwhile, we have sent the information to related departments. Hope the size guide can be more helpful soon.

Thirdly, to meet different demands from our customers, Cupshe offers several options for return/exchange, to simplify/shorten the process. Of course, we also support full refund, which is also given as an option for our customer to choose from. We absolutely respect our customers' choices and decisions. However, sorry that we don't put return labels within packages currently as we stated on our website. We have submitted your feedback to our related departments. In addition, the return address provided by our customer service is the real warehouse address. And most of our customers send the items to that address successfully when they request for return. What's more, we would like to reassure you that all the personal information of our customers has never been leaked by Cupshe.com. We also remind all customers to be aware of their online safety. There may also exist some misunderstandings during this process.

Next, we apologize that there is no phone line service at present, but we all hope the relevant department will work that.

I ordered two bath suit cover ups and I got a Email about a week later saying both my products were not in stock anymore and I was given a refund. About 2 weeks later I made another order and the Items again said in stock then a week after purchase I receive another email saying the product is not in stock. IF THE ITEAM IS NOT IN STOCK Let it be know on the site! Such a Waste of time and money! Never Again
