I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
Ordered a medium bathing suit that upon receiving did not fit. After fighting with the customer support about whether I should have to pay for the second bathing suit - when their return policy clearly states that returns and exchanges can be done for virtually any reason - the second bathing suit (a large) was the exact same size as the medium. I originally wanted to return the item and get my money back but they wouldn't let me. Since the second bathing suit was considered an exchange now the company will not return, exchange or refund me for the item. Altogether I have shelled out $53 and I have 2 bathing suits that I cannot use.
I had a great experience with CupShe. I purchased 4 swimsuits. Super cute styles and the price is unbeatable. Loved all but one. I reached out to customer service and the communication was excellent. I received a credit and I can't wait to use it!

The colour was accurate to the pictures on the website and I was quite impressed with the hand of the lining, which can often get neglected and be of poorer quality, this lining was well fitted and has a nice silky feel. I could be happier, I'm fully confident to purchase again and recommend without hesitation.
I bought a white bathing suit that seemed to have cups in the picture online but did not when I received it. I requested a return and they got back to me a day or two later. They gave me 110% credit to use on their site and I don't have the ship the item back
I ordered two suits on 2/10 (order *******). Both fit a little weird. I emailed about an exchange/refund on 2/15 including pictures, descriptions and everything asked to include. Have heard nothing. Followed up yesterday on both website and via email and still nothing. I understand it might take a day or two, but FIVE without any response? And online chat is only available 9-11PM?! I was tempted to just re-order the suits in another size but why would I send them more of my money? Bad.
UPDATE: After writing this review, and contacting/commenting on Facebook, someone promptly got back to me offering me store credit for the price of my items, without having to ship them back. I have re-ordered, with the understanding I can't do anything if these ones don't fit. Takes some effort but the suits are very good quality at very good prices. Appreciate the followups, when they finally did happen.

A friend of mine told me about this site after I complimented her very cute and unique swimsuit. I can not believe how cheap these bathing suits are! And they are so much cuter than victorias secret or other brands I've seen. The quality is good too. They also have some really cute dresses my niece likes.
I have purchased many bathing suits from this site and have loved them all. The last one was great quality, I just didn't like the style for me once I put it on. I messaged CupShe for details about their exchange policy. I received a response almost immediately, and the process was so much easier than I expected. LOVE LOVE LOVE the new suit too! CupShe is my go-to for swimwear!

Ordered 2 high waisted bikinis and they are just beautiful. True to size, good quality and very trendy. Got always compliment on my bikinis when I am at the pool or beach. Delivery was fast. Costumer service good

I am a UK customer and fell in love with a swimsuit that i saw on Pinterest. I purchased on the 5th of Feb and was advised that delivery would be around 13 days, with a max time of 15 days. I had a notification to say the item was shipped the day after purchasing however, that is as much information as i have had to date.
I tried chasing with an email on day 15 after purchase to which i have had no response.
I have sent a subsequent emails and still no response. There is no phone number to ring to speak with anyone and i'm completely lost as to what to do next.
I paid over £20.00 for the item and the money was immediately taken from my account.

I received my items quickly. I had ordered a size to big and was looking for an exchange. The exchange process was easy and well worth it. I thought the exchange process would take a while but with the coupon option I received my items promptly. I have recommended cupshe to my friends. The only thing I would Change is that I wish you could order the sets in different sizes. I am more bottom heavy then top and would have liked to choose two different sizes on the sets.

I ordered a cute bathing suit, it came super fast but just felt it was too revealing. Customer service was very helpful, offered multiple options and were quick to respond. I was able to order a cover up to wear over the bathing suit with a coupon!

We ordered some items that did not fit our trip was coming up and we were worried that maybe we would not have the items in time... Blair in customer service took care of us and we got the new items asap without any issues... Great Company...

I did everything right according to their return policy and it is now August and I purchased in May and I only got half of the return money back. They DO NOT want to refund money at all. First, they make it so hard thinking that I would give up and then they only returned one order and not the second order. They should not be doing business at all they are not reputable. Bathing suits are the ONE thing that would need to be returned because of size and fit. They do not care at all. I was lucky to get back $93.00 they still owe me $112.00.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it unless you don't want a refund.

I was surprised by the quality of the swimsuit I ordered. I was expecting a lower quality fabric and possibly poor seem work because the price was so reasonable. I was not disappoint. It fit perfectly. When I had an issue with an item customer service treated me well and took care of the problem. Other sites offered the "same" swimsuit but this one was better quality in my opinion.
Loved the service and loved the product. I'm a bit tall and have just had a baby so there isn't many styles that will suit me unfortunately. I'd love a one piece but they are too short in the body. So I'm just waiting until another beautiful high waisted two piece becomes available.

My husband niece had told me about this website because we have a trip coming up in June we were trying to pick out our swimsuits I got four for a really good deal had to return two because they were too big for my daughter but customer service was awesome and given me credit so I can get two more in the size that I needed... Might have to buy a couple More before June gets here.

I bought 3 swimsuits thinking I would return 1 or 2 of them but I ended up really liking all 3 of them! They're really flattering and seem to made really well, I've only worn 1 in the pool so far. I just wish that they weren't made in China and after seeing the reviews about difficulty in returning items I'll be more careful about what I order in the future.

The dress ordered in a medium was a little tight. They give you several options of return. Cupshe issued a coupon which I used to purchase another dress in large which has not arrived. Since I do not need to return the dress, it will be donated. Amazing company.

I was very impressed with the quality of the two swimsuits that I ordered. They arrived within about a week of ordering online and one fitted perfectly while the other wasn't a good fit. The return process was interesting but the company was very prompt with their replies and I ended up opting for a partial refund whilst keeping the swimsuit, which I plan to give as a gift.

I emailed everything needed to return my swimsuit and they said a return address and label will be sent and that was 1 week ago. They will not respond to any emails now. It will be past the window to return. Ugh... These swimsuits are not made for DD's, they simply will not cover.

They have terrible service. I paid for faster shipping, and now I am waiting to hear back from them about a size exchange. The first email said they could do it, and now I have not heard back from them at all. This will make my order late, and make it pointless that I paid extra for shipping. This is a scam

I love Cupshe! I also bought a dress to wear on my brother's wedding from Cupshe!. It was beautiful, made well, i used the sizing chart and it fit perfect! I received so many compliments from my friends and even they wanted to buy from Cupshe. Cupshe is definitely a star quality store.
Product is poor quality and the company is even worse. You can't even get a refund back. You have to pick between 70% refund or your full refund minus you paying for shipping. It's absolutely ridiculous.
