I did my research on their website and read all the shipping and returns rules and regulations and decided to trust it. I bought three items and received my order confirmation right away. I knew it would take a while to get to me since some business days are for processing and then an additional some days for shipping. I received all my items within just 15 days and everything was as it was on the website. Isn't it great to receive items so fast.

This site is TERRIBLE! I placed an order on 3/1, they say it was delivered with no legitimate tracking info., and you cant comtact them except through email, and they will not refund my money. Keep offering me a coupon for 100% of the product to re-order, so I dont have to return. Im not sure how Im supposed to return something I didnt receive? I dont want to re-order, they have my order number and know what I ordered, if they are a legit company they would just re-ship me what I ordered. Seems like a scam to me! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card!

I have placed 3 orders so far. The first order delivered within 5 days and so did the third order. The second order however took about a month. I ordered two bathing suits. It took about a month to deliver ( but I was totally ok with it) since I didn't need them. I called customer service just to check on status to ensure the order was not lost and just delayed. The customer service person that helped me was extremely helpful and courteous. The quality of the product is excellent and the prices as well!

I haven't received my purchases yet, but I made a mistake in my original order and ordered two of one of the items. I immediately went on the chat function and within minutes, they had adjusted my order and issued me a credit. Great job!

I made the purchase of 5 swimsuits and I liked them a lot. It has good quality, the fabric is excellent and they all fit me very well. I had some doubts with my shipment and I wrote to customer service and the service was excellent, they answered me immediately and solved my doubts. Very good experience with my purchase. My one piece is made well and fits perfectly its so cute! I was hesitant when ordering but as soon as I got it the packaging was well thought and I was excited to try it on. The material was sturdy and the fit was true to size. It actually looked the same on me as the picture online so I was impressed! The price couldnt be beat for such stylish swimwear!

I received my swimsuits and love them. One had a snag in the bust seam and customer service helped me quickly. My replacement suit was out of stock and a coupon was given for one that was in stock. Shipping was taken care of and no need to send out damaged suit. Now just waiting for new swimsuit to get here for out trip.

Do not purchase from this company.
This is not an ethical business. They will not accept returns! They make it so difficult that you just keep the suits.
I have notified my credit card company and they are reimbursing me.

Buyers beware... I ordered about 12 swimsuits from Cupshe and wanted to return many as they did not fit. Their return policy on their website mentions that it's "easy" ---not true. At first they offered 50% back or a coupon which I wasn't happy with. Then they offered 80% of my money back. After going back and forth for a couple of days and agreeing to receive 80% back - they told me "sorry it has been over 30 days". I was so excited because they have a lot of cute swimwear and I told so many people about them but I'll be letting EVERYONE know not to purchase from them and I'll be reporting them to BBB. So shady.

I purchased 4 bathing suits from this website and it was my second purchase from them. I lucked out with sizing my first time around but my most resent purchase I received the swim suits and one did not fit correctly. I reached out to customer service and not only did they get back to me straight away they offered me a special code to the value of the bathers to redeem a new bathing suit. I did not have to muck around trying to send back the ones that did not fit and will now gift them to someone. I highly recommend this company and will continue to shop through them, the bathers are of good quality and if you have any issue with sizing they are happy to help, Which gives you peace of mind while shopping, they have a huge range and are right on trend. With sizing I recommend going one size up than your usual one.

Great customer service! The bathing suits I ordered were beautiful, but just didn't fit my long torso properly. I emailed the company for instructions on what to do next, and received a truly hassle free exchange experience. I was given a 130% coupon for my exchange and was told to donate the suits that I couldn't use. I already loved the quality and price of the bathing suits I've ordered in the past, but this puts this company over the top for me! I highly recommend to all of my friends and family

Suits are exactly as pictured and quality material! I instantly received shipping and tracking info and received my package within the designated time period. I ordered a suit that was a tad too small. They allowed me to keep that suit and give me a credit for what I paid for the suit. Thanks!

Great product. Had a delivery glitch due to issue with incorrect address auto-populating when I placed the order. However when I sent an email (out of business hours), I received a prompt response with the necessary information to quickly sort out the issue. Would recommend this business (and product of course!).

I ordered 3 suits and loved them. One did not for me the way I wanted so customer service responded fast and took care of it. I got my order fast and LOVE my swimsuits. I got tons of compliments and I can't wait to take them on vacation!

Tire shop here all the time and my return never had to do but this is the first time they had to let it very very well very pleased that happy with the overall experience with cupshe totally love them

I ordered 2 bathing suits and when I rec'd them in a timely manner, I found that they did not fit to my liking, although they looked great. They promptly proceeded to give me a credit to use towards a new order. I would recommend them to my friends.

I was going on vacation and received my bathisuit in great timing except it was too small for my big top. Over all, it was beautiful, almost perfect. I emailed Cupshe and they gave my credit to order another one and rush it to me without having to send this one back. I was very impressed and super happy with the customer service!

I am very happy with the quality of my purchases and they look exactly like the pictures.
One item was a little large on me and the customer service team have been extemely helpful and attentive in organising my refund. Overall very happy.

I just responded that the response from a cupshe rep was helpful but it was not at all. Regarding shipping costs, I live in Hawaii and apparently shipping is free for the U.S. but a LITTLE fee for Hawaii residents. The only option available given was express at 17.00$. That is not a little fee.

I ordered 4 suits on 2/19 and paid extra for 3 day shipping. I received an email 2/19 that it had shipped with a tracking number but the tracking number didn't work in any common carriers and the link they provide didn't work. I did not receive the suits as of 2/23 and emailed CS. They said it was delivered and to check with my neighbors and family and contact again if it was not found. I checked our home surveillance and it was not delivered. I asked them to confirm the carrier and tracking info and have not heard back and that was 3 days ago. Be very weary before ordering, especially if you have a timeline for needing the suits. My order #*******. I'll update if I get my suits.

I've ordered suits a few different times and the last time unfortunately the suits didn't work out... one simple email and I received a quick response and concern with how to resolve my issues! Long story short I was given a discount coupon code to replace the three suits I had that didn't work plus an extra for free and I didn't have to return my bad fitting suits couldn't be happier with that!

I needed to exchange a swimsuit, and I have to say the time spent helping me by the customer service reps went above and beyond. The responses were timely which made the entire process easier to handle.
