I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I was pretty happy with the quality of my swimsuits for the price but they were too small. I had planned on reordering in a larger size but you have to email to get return instructions and after almost a week and 3 emails with no response, I will never order from this place again.

DO NOT order from Cupshe! The return is the worst I have ever encountered. They continually offer more and more of a percentage of store credit and never refund your money. Terrible customer service, they don't listen to you but have an automated response. You've been warned!

I ordered three bathing suits, and all were way too large and not the dimensions stated. I requested a return and refund, and instead they are trying to offer me 40% of the $ value in return. Their website clearly states they offer refunds for sizing issues, and I've emailed back and forth with them a dozen times asking for a refund and they keep telling me that they don't want me to send back the bathing suit and will only offer a very partial exchange. Total SCAM.

I ordered several swim suits based on the reviews which I now know are fake. Do not believe their return policy. It is fake as well. You will not get your money back and you will be lucky to receive your whole order. This is a scam operation. The prices look too good to be true because... they are. BTW- They remove all bad posts from their social media and website. Then block you.

I inquired about making a return the day I received the item and found out it didn't fit. Still have not received a return label and it's been weeks. I don't know if this is their way of stalling so you use up your 30 day return period? Will not order again.

I order swimsuits and one came in and did not fit at all. The problem is the cups don't stay in place and in a one piece could drop to your belly. You have to constantly pull them up. They had me answer about 25 emails to finally say they would not issue a refund but would give me a 50% credit.

If you want a swimsuit in this brand I recommend just dealing with amazon. Their customer service is amazing. Cupshe is terrible and I will never order directly from this site.

I just received my swimsuit in the mail, and it doesn't fit properly. I wanted to send it back, and apparently they don't return items that have gone on sale. How could a company have such a policy?! I would NEVER buy from them again. 20$ down the drain. :(

1. The suits are ill fitting and run very small
2. They do not honor their own refund policy.
I ordered two suits (S and M) I am a 6 and both were tiny so I wanted to send them right back. You need to request a refund via email. They responded that I could either get a 50% refund and keep both tiny cheap suits, or give me a store credit for 80% of the amount I paid (just a week before). OMG!

As other reviewers stated, return policy is ridiculous- I did all they told me to do (photos of tags on bags, etc), and my package shows delivery to them on june 2. It is now june 21 and still not been refunded. Try to email them on their site, and keep getting error codes. Total BS. I want my money back, cupshe!

I bought about 10 suits with the intentions of having multiple and giving 1/2 to my daughter for summer 2018. All of them arrived, and were of poor quality. 2 were damaged, one had a tear and one was missing the strap so was completely useless. I reached out to customer service and got the run around. I sent pics of the two damaged and noone ever responded. I followed up several times with no response. If you want to order from here because they are cute and cheap, do not do it! They are horrible and will not do anything for you even if they arrived damaged. It was my worse shopping experience to date!

I am sorry that I didn't read previous reviews before purchasing swimsuits from Cupshe. They are horrible. Bathing suits are shipped from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive and smelled horrible. Quality is poor and fit is not consistent. I ordered a small that was the size of an XL. Then when going to return the only options are a credit or to "return" for $5 per item purchased and then not send them back. SHADY! Do NOT order from Cupshe!

I ordered 3 bathing suits from this website at the beginning of the summer. I understood before I purchased them that they would be cheap and likely only last me a season. However, I wore the tie-dye blue suit for the second time today to the beach and the clasp on the back crumbled (yes-crumbled) into at least 7 pieces. I have no clue how this happened considering I was laying on a cushioned chair but when I lifted myself up my top was completely undone. The only way to keep my bathing suit on was to tie the straps into a tight knot which was very uncomfortable. I had to literally cut the bathing suit off of myself when I returned home. I get that these bathing suits are inexpensive and are made with cheap material- but the fact that I wore one for the second time and the clasp crumbled is unacceptable. I don't recommend and will not purchase another suit from this site.

- Cupshe Coupon: we can provide a 120% valued coupon which you can apply it to repurchase a new item. (note: the amount shall be calculated basing on the price of unsatisfactory items).
- If you are not satisfied with coupon options, we could offer 50% partial refund to make a compensation.

I ordered a suit from Cupshe and it didn't fit, they gave me a coupon to order another suit and when that suit came it didn't fit either. I used their sizing guide, but it was inaccurate and now they will not exchange either ill-fitting suit. So in the end I spent $30 and have no swimsuit to wear. Save your money and order from a company that will give you 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Do not order from Cupshe! I ordered two bathing suits originally in a size medium, and they did not fit whatsoever. The sizing chart is no where near what it says! I asked to return my items, but they offered me a coupon to try ordering in a size large. Which I did, and once again, did not even remotely fit. Medium was too small, large was too big. I tried giving them a second chance, but now I wish I didn't. I asked to return ALL items as there is no point in keeping them if they don't fit, and now they wont refund me my money because I accepted the coupon. Very disappointed with the sizing of these & not to mention the material is CHEAP and the bathing suits I got in large look NOTHING like the pictures. Will never recommend or shop here again.

For the low price, the suits are descent quality.
They do not honor their refund policy. Twelve days after they received the return there was no return on my credit card. I contacted them via the site web helper.
They made me jump through hoops for about an hour and then while I waited, they credited my credit card. I actually saw the credit. The next day the credit disappeared. They undid it. Very dishonest company. I will never do business with them again. My bank is handling it now.

I ordered my suit on Jan. 10 and never received it. Contacted Cupshe and they said it was lost in transit. Offered me store coupon with no code. Told them I wanted another suit shipped to me or full refund and not heard from them about this even though I have emailed them three times.

I ordered 3 suits on February 5th, on the 6th I received an email saying they have shipped. The tracking number they sent doesn't work. I emailed to try to get more information and the provided me with another tracking number. This numbers tells me it left China but there is no other information other than my order may have been sent back to the sender, it may be somewhere held for customers (But no additional info) or maybe the address is wrong. I was told to be patient since I choose a shipping time frame of 12-15 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I still have no suits. Of course your card is charged immediately. If they don't show up soon or I don't get any additional information I am going to have to call my credit card company to fight the charge. Extremely frustrating!

I bought swim suits before my trip and paid $15 extra for shipping. I had to email them to ask where my shipment was took extra days.
Now, I've been trying to return part of my order. Their directions instruct you to email them with the info so they can give you the next steps. I have told them that my order number is #******* and the email that contains all of the swimsuit information and photos is request #*******. I have emailed customer service at least 5 times. I have received an initial email back from them asking for all of the information that I already sent! I don't know if I will get any money returned now because the 30 day return policy is approaching. I am not sure if they are purposely doing this so I can't return? Or if they are just overloaded and do not have enough workers to reply.

I would strongly suggest not to order any extra suits expecting to return them. And don't expect your package to arrive on time.

Cupshe gives the worst quality in clothing and doesn't tell you. Things rip so easily and then they have a problem when you try and return things! Also if you are tall or have any curves just expect their clothing not to fit on you well! Never shopping from them again!

Ordered two suits three weeks ago. Still no update when I track the package. They blocked me on a Instagram when I complained in the comments (because I wasnt able to get a response via email.) Im scared they will use my CC info so I will be suspending and changing my card immediately.

It has taken 4 days for back and forth emails, and they just keep offering me coupons or store credit, when I am clearly asking for a full refund. So ridiculous. Clearly they do not honor their store return policy.

Swimsuit didn't fit so sent it back. Which cost me money. Company won't give me a full refund and are being very horrible about it. Why can't I just have my money back. You have your item please give me my money back. The parcel took so lo g to come to. Very unimpressed with cupshe and will never buy fro. Them again. Their returns policy is very unfair.

I ordered two bikinis and after a month of waiting three had not arrived.

I tracked the packages and apparently my address was 'incorrect or incomplete'. No attempt at delivery was made.

I emailed and sent messages on Instagram to try to solve the problem but have had no reply.

They charged me for the bikinis and didn't deliver.

Don't no use this company!

I am trying to complete a return, have provided all requested information including photos of each bathing suit. How do I get return info? Order # #*******, ticket id #*******. If I cannot get information I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is my 4th request for this information.

I received items that didn't fit so naturally I excepted the 130% store credit. I used this to purchase new items in the hopes they would work for me but none of them did. I went to do a return and they would only refund me for the amount I paid out of pocket in addition to my old credit. So it was 130% not worth it and the suits are just basic Chinese crap. Cute styles but not worth the $200 I lost in purchasing them. I will look somewhere else next time. If you don't know if they will fit, and don't want to lose money, don't buy from here.
